ORIGINAL STORY: Thought of this after watching JUNIOR.
MAY seem like others but it's not.
Experiment premise:
185 MEN & 85 Women have been chosen to undergo extensive genetic testing
and medical tests to get them pregnant/pregmant.
Staff of Doctors,Nurses,Dietaticans, Fertility Specialists at exclusive private Clinic.
MnPreg/FePrg.
Doctors involved in two other stories
Pregmancy/Pregnancy Dreams come to LIFE!.

Still alot to tell on this story not all of the first patients in the expeiment are finished giving birth. but you'll like the finished product.

Chapter 1.
Somewhere on a secluded private island off the Mediterranean coast of France,there's a experiment
going on to get men and women Pregnant/Pregmant
175 men/75 women are here because they want children,
but they can't have them for various reasons.
The main option is to get A REAL MAN PREGMANT!
NO THOMAS BEATIE,"I'm a man but I was born a woman"
stuff here,the doctor's objection is for a man with
a penis to give birth to a baby or babies.!
There are also a group of doctors,who specialize in
Fertility / Reproduction Problem in men/women.
There are a team Endocirnolists also,ready to handle
any problems that may arise with the patients/babies.
There are 1000 doctors who specialize in all kinds of
Fertility/Reproduction and Gestation Problems,along
with Cardilogists,Allergists,Nutritionists,Nurses,A Urologist for the men involved and full time Pharmist,who's oncall/24/7 and dietitions and chefs,
who take care of pregnant/pregmant patients.
Then there is Full Staff of OB/GYN's,Neonataligists,
Labour/Delivery Nurses,Sonogram techs to care for the
patients while they're here on the island.
Also don't be suprised, if one/more of the Doctors/Nurses is part of the Protocal.?!
At any one time you can see a doctor or nurse who has
a huge belly of his/her own while being treated.

The Women who have been chosen,are here due to the fact they can't get pregnant or can't stay pregnant.
Or they've had their uterus removed for medical reasons, but still desire children desperately!.

The Men,they're here because they want to carry a
child for either their wives or life partners......
The particpants are either gay,or straight,married or
in a committed relationship,they are also normal males or they are birthing males from all parts of the World,all Nationalities,all colours............

Day 1, Orientation
The 175 Men and 75 Women we seated inside of the
Auditorium, awaiting the beginning of the lecture,by
the head doctor,Dr.Frederick J.Harper,out of Cambridge, England and his collegue Dr. Alan Nash.
Both doctors were specialists in the field of
Endocrinolgy and Reproduction,also joining them were
Doctors Eli Westin,and Mason Olla.

Doctor Harper took the stage first,addressing the
group of men and women,making them feel at ease.
"Ladies and Gentleman,I want to welcome you to a place that will make your Dreams of having a Family a reality.
You will have the children you so desperatley desire.
The doctors here will help you to have them.
To the women,who can't have children or who can't hold a pregnancy.
We say you will see yourself have the the huge bellies that you covet"

"And the men assembled,who are envenious of the women who have those bellies?
We shall get you pregmant with your own child!
And for the husband's who want to give their wives a " special gift" we will get you pregmant!

The Auditorium broke out in loud applause,which went on for a solid twenty minutes!!!
Now if you'll sit back,we'd like to show you a slide show of some of our patients.
Who we've helped have the babies they've always wanted.
The lights dimmed and there on the screen were pictures of men, women with heavily gravid pregnancies.
Then the doctor began his talk.
"The lady you see before you was diagnosed with Uterine Cancer when she was 16.
Which requiried her to have a partial hysterectomy.
Next slide please, here she is now and as you can see, she is carrying twins.
She is scheduled to deliver in two months time.
IF you're wondering how this was acheived,we implanted a Sustainable Uterus into her.
The sustainable uterus which is like her own natural uterus.
Only the Sustainable one it's made out of a bladder of a pig."
"We are working on a uterine transplant,where the uterus of a cadavor is transplanted into a healthy woman.
who can't have children and wants them. Hopefully we can do this within the next twenty years?"

"Next slide,please"
The photo of a man holding his very huge belly appeared on the screen.
"This, is Richard Storm, he's just recently given birth to quads,2 boys/2girls~~and they were identical"
"His was a natural Pregmancy,he became pregmant after
having a night of wild sex with his ex fiancee.
She'd caught a virus,that enabled her to pass 4 eggs into his penis.
Where they implanted themselves in his stomach. The eggs fertilized when they had vaginal
realations,the fetilized eggs travelled up to the area behind his penis and implanted themselves"
The doctor shows a photo of Richard,and the quads.
"This is Richard's wife,she's expecting triplets"
They became pregnant at the same time,about a week apart,she's expecting 2 more girls & another boy!
The audience goes wild,especially the men............

After the applause died down,Dr.Olla introduced another of the team's doctor's.
Dr.Andre Kossanne, who's speciality was Internal Female Medicine.
He explained some problems that women can encounter that can hinder pregancy in a healthy woman.
He also showed slides along with his lecture.
Then he assured the women who couldn't get pregnant that by the same time next year they'd be bouncing fat healthy bundles of joy on their laps!!!!And all of them would be smiling"

Next Dr.Frederick J.Harper,introduced the other doctors involved with the project,Dr.Michael Esposito
Dr.Laura Duquette,Dr.Ingrid Rosenthal,Dr.Melandoz,
Dr.Florentine Parmintuan,Dr.Neil Brodsky,Dr.Koss,
Dr.Alicia Richter,Dr.Patrick Steptow.

Drs.Harper/Brodsky explained to the patients,what was going to be happening to them in the next weeks/ months.
The tests they'd be given,the procedures that they would have.
And how the doctors/staff would help the patients to have healthy pregancies/baby's.

Dr.Harper,along with Dr.Westin explained that four of the forty groups,11 men/11 women would be having
multiple pregnancies/pregmancies.
That these would be chosen randomally,buy luck of the draw/age.
The rest of the patients,would either be having one child or two.
But there was always a chance that someone would become pregnant/pregmant with more than one child....

The remaining 36 groups will be having one or two children,each group will begin the Protcol a week after the other ends: Example,if one group begins on
December 20 the next group begins on December 27 and so on till all forty groups are in various states of
Pregnancy/pregmancy. The Patients will stay at the Facility till the last baby is delivered,and the experiment is compleated.

The Doctors wish to begin the testing of the patients on January 1,2011.
When all of the women will be given hormone injections to regulate their cycles.
Then men will begin massive doses of the female hormone Progesterone.
"The Progesterone is given to get them ready to begin to ouvlate each month.
This will "trick their systems into being pregnant".
This is a three year experiment and it is being paid for by private funds"

After the first day orientation,the doctors meet with the people who were going to become part of the expriment.
The 175 men and 75 women the doctors decide which men/women would become part of what group.
Also which 11 men/11women would be having mulitple pregancies/pregmancies.

The MEN:
Alan Marsden 30,in a committed relationship Quads
Paul Ortiz,32 wife can't have children Quints
Chris Butler,married,wife can't have children, 6
Neil Brodsky,28 married,wife can't conveive Quads
Claude Emory,24,gay,committed relationship imp.3
A.J.Black, 29,gay, committed relationship imp.4

The Women:
Alicia Harper Stewart,29,Married 6 miscarriages 6 fetuses~3 boys/3 girls

Christina Moore-Tripp,33,Married Partial Hysterectomy 6

Then the staff would assign the 40 groups rooms,5 to a room, no mixed groups allowed.
The two groups who were going to have multiples were placed first.
The the the 65 remaining woman were placed in groups of 13 depending upon age/fertility problems.
Then the remaining 165,men were split into 33 groups.
These also depending upon fertility problems/age and desire to carry a child.

Once settled into their rooms,the patients had a choice of having dinner in their rooms.
Or joining all of the others in the dining room and getting to know each other and making friends.
Most chose to dine with the other patients in the experiment.

Day 2.
On the morning of the second day,all of the patients were required to begin pre-testing.
This would be done by the nursing staff,who would take histories,from the patients,get their heights/weights.
And finding out if anyone suffered from any allergies and what medications they're on or been on.
Also the patients would undergo blood tests,and urine anaylsis.
While the men would also be asked for sperm samples to undergo genetic testing.
The genetic testing done on the women,was done at the same time the blood was drawn.

The women,especially,they would be asked what fertility drugs they have been on,which ones were tried by their former doctors.
Which ones worked and didn't also if they did become pregnant,how far along where they where they when they miscarried.
And if any of the had delivered a child while on any fertilty drugs, what reactions did they have?
While on these drugs so that they can be advoided.

Then there was a three day break,while the doctors waited for all of the test results to come back.
The onsight professional lab,whose workers were handpicked by the head doctors to ensure that no mistakes were made.
Also by having a inhouse lab they didn't have to wait for results the Doctors received the results faster telling them how each patient was doing at each step of the protocal.
When a patient became pregnant/pregmant,if they were having any complications these could be addressed.
The inhouse lab could help the doctors to advoid any complications that might arise.
Due to any part of the protocol a patient might be allergic to.

Day 3/January 6th.
After the three day testing break,the doctors meet with the endocrinlogists/fertility/dieticians to talior specially planned prepregnancy/prepregmancy diets which will help in the patients becoming and
staying pregnant/pregmant. Each diet,while having healthy doses of nutritional things,like carbs,fats,
and fiber also has added things like hormones,and medications to help in acheiving pregancies.
The fats that are used in this expriment are helathy,ones like Olive,Canola,oils. Palm,coconut oils ares never used in the cooking of any meals.
The patients are given lots of fresh fruit with all of their meals,and only Fresh Squeezed orange,pinapple,grapefruit,juices are served.
The foods/juices are preservative free.
And the only water served is Natural Spring Water.

Any allergies,that any patient has are taken into account when making up his/her diet to advoid any
reactions that could become a threat to them or their
unborn children,once they became pregnant/pregmant.

The diets are begun on the following Monday,and the patients will be on these diets till after they each become pregnant/pregmant. When the doctors find that the patients have become pregnant/pregmant each diet,will be reworked according to each patient's needs/and how many children he/she is carrying.
Some of the fresh vegatables the patients are fed have a tendency to make the patients become very gaseous,and will blow their bellies up considerably,making them take on a pregancy appearance and at this time they are given ultrasounds to see where the best place for the implantation of a faux female uterus into the men,and the women who've had either partial or full
hysterectomies enabling them to carry a child.

During this phase the patients maybe come heavily constipated,thus they made need to have special enemas adminstered weekly to help them releive themselves from time to time.These enemas will be administered by doctors and nurses who were specially trained in the adminstering of High Colonic
Enemas and who could bring on a patients labour if necessary at the end of a pregnancy/pregmancy.

Day4/January 12th.
After the men/women have begun their specialized diets,the first group of six men begin the testing
that will lead up to the implantation of a faux female uterus into their bellies.
One man at a time,is taken into a exam room,then he's told to get up onto the table.
Where he's given an ultrasoud,to get an idea of how his stomach looks inside his belly.
Then a doctor fills his belly with nitrous oxide,which pushes his belly out further.
The procedure is done laproscopically,thru two small incisions,one in the belly button,another in
the area of the bladder,above the man's penis.
This trocar,has a small camera on it,which enables the doctor to see inside of the man's belly.

Next another ultrasound is taken,this one tells the doctor as to where a good placement site of the faux female bladder/uterus would be leading to a pregmancy
The bigger a man is internally,the bigger the uterus, that the doctor will be able to implant.

The doctor does this process to each of the six men, who are in the first group.
Then he begins on the first six women in the women's group.
This procdure is done on all two hundred patients,with a period of two weeks inbetween each group.
When all of the patients have had this procedure done,the doctors gather the results of the tests.
Once they see the results from the first group of women and men,and have time to study them,only then do they begin the implantation of the faux female wombs into those who be needing them. This will be the men and some women.

The wombs are inplanted under general anestesia,and they are implanted one of two ways,depending upon the
sex of the patient being operated on.
If the patient is a man,implantation can be done either thru the man's belly button or penis or rectum
And when done on the woman,it's implanted,thru her vaginal canal and put into the place where her natural uterus would be.

After these operations,the first eleven patients are kept on strict bedrest,while their bellies are filled with a sterile saline solution.
This solution is introduced into them via an IV line put into their rectums or vaginas while they sleep at night.
The lines are put into place,when the false uteruses are implanted and they run down the inside of the patient's legs,the lines have a spigot that hooks up to the IV when it's introduced by a nurse.
This is done nightly for a period of two weeks,each night,filling the patient's bellys till they're firm.
And the patient's begin take on a pregnancy/pregmancy appearance in their bodies.

If after two weeks,the first 11 patients who have had
the sterile solution introduced into the false uterus,have no reaction or rejection of the uterus then the sterile solution is drained and they undergo implantation of a fertilized egg-the women have their own eggs implanted with a single male sperm from their husbands/boyfriends or donor sperm then the fertilized egg is implanted into the uterus.
The first six men have donor eggs implanted with their sperm implanted into the false uterus in their
bellies,now both the men/women are on strict bed rest till they all have positive pregancy/pregmancy tests.
The mens pregmancies are acheived by the pairing of their sperm with that of a donor egg either from their wives or from couples who have undergone invitro and have extra eggs they don't want.
The woman's pregnancys are acheived using either their eggs or donor eggs and their husband sperm or donor sperm and both procedures are done by special IVF procedures where one or more eggs/sperm are joined to make an embryo or embryos.
This is obtained by giving the patients massive doses of hormones,the men are given female hormones,namely progesterone,HCG,and estrogen.
The patients are also given Expectancy. Expentancy is a synthetic hormone which helps to boost the bodies pregnancy expectancy in both males andfemales.
The Expectancy and the hormones are administered to the patients nightly via IV's while they sleep.

When the first group of men/women all have positive pregnancy/pregmancy tests the doses of Expecantcy are
kept up till their first group is safely through their first trimester,and their bellies are showing.
The doctors may chose to keep some patients on doses of Expectancy thorouhtout their entire pregmancy/pregancy depending upon their histories.
If a woman has miscarried before,she will be on Expectancy her whole pregancy to ensure she carries a child to term.
Men will be given doses of Expectancy till they are throught the Second trimester and safely into their eighth month
Then the second group undergoes the first step towards the implantation of eggs in their bellies....

All of the men and women undergo the implantation of faux uterui till all 200 are done.
Then each group has a two week period inbetween when they undergo the testing of the implanted wombs,then they undergo the final stage which is the implantation of fertilized eggs into the wombs.
At the beginning of the protocal,11 men and 11 women were chosen to undergo special multiple implantations
of fertilized eggs into their wombs.
The first group of six men will be implanted with multiple fertilized eggs,they will be considered to be Group 1.
They will be followed by the first six women to be implanted with multiples. They will be Group 2.
Where the third group of five men will be Group 3-they will only be implanted with one egg each
All of the patients are on Expectancy to help them have the babies they so badly desire .

When the last 11 men and women are left,they will each be implanted with multiple fertilized eggs,and depending upon the size of the patient,that could be either twins,triplets,quads or quints or more.
When the last group has been implanted,the first groups will be almost ready to deliver their children
Now as part of the protcol each man's wife will have to wear a faux Maternity tummy that will mirror the amount of babies implanted in her husband's belly.
This will be done one or two ways,one way is for a paitent's wife to be inplanted with an air bladder which will be inflated with a certain amount of air each week to mimic her husband's growing belly.
The wives of the men who don't want an implant will be fitted with a faux pregnancy pad. This will be switched out every two weeks with a larger on till her husband successfuly delivers his child/children.
The wives of men undergoing the procedures will be required to wear maternity clothes.

Week 40/Last Group Impregnated
The first six men and women have been on strict bedrest since they began their eighth month of Pregancy/Pregmancy,especially since they're all carrying multiple fetuses.
The doctors ordered the first group of men/women of strict bed rest to prevent any miscarriges.
The patients have very swollen bellies of various sizes depending upon how many babies they've been implanted with.
Each patient is hooked up to a fetal monitor,that tells the doctors the babies heart rates,the mother/fathers blood pressure.
The monitors are also capable of telling the doctors when the there is fetal distress.

When the first patient begins to have cramps or any discomfort he/she is taken to a special delivery suite and is made comfortable,then hooked back up to a special fetal monitor.
This monitor has a sensor probe that is inserted into the patient's rectum or vagina depending upon the sex of the patient.
This sensor tells the doctor/nurse how much the patient is dialated,and when he/she can begin to push
Now when a men begins to experience his labour coming on the man is placed into a special bed which has special striupps for his legs and a special sling which holds his penis and his scrutom away from his rectum and enables the doctor to have full access to the man's rectum/birthing canal.

This special birthing bed was designed by a doctor,who himself is a birthing male and has had two sets of twins.

During this time,the patient is also kept well hydrated,via an IV of enriched water with minerals.

Inbetween the last group being impregnated and the first group going into labour,the other groups are in varous stages of pregnancy/pregmancy.
Each week,the groups are given ultrasounds to tell the doctors how they're progressing and how their babies are coming along.
They're also given weekly checkups with a OBG/YN to see if they're OK.

Each patient is on the speciality formulated diets that were planned out with help of nutritionists.
Some patients maybe come constipated due to these diets,if so they're given relief by the adminstration
of special high colonic enemas,adminstered by trained technicians/nurses who specialize in pregnancies.

Week 41~First Baby Delivered.
One of the first men who was implanted with multiple fetuses begins to experience Braxton-Hick cramping in his greatly swollen belly,these contractions are a precourser to actual labour pains.
Braxton-Hicks,help the man's belly get ready to deliver his child.
The severity of the Braxton-Hicks cramps depends upon
the number of babies that have been implanted into the patient's abdomen/false womb.

On or about the latter part of September 2011,the first patient tells the nurse he's in alot of pain.
"Mr.Marsden,I hear your experiencing a major amount of discomfort in your abdomen"
"Yes,Dr.Harper,I'm experiencing extreme cramping in my rectum,hips and lower back"
Dr.Harper,puts on a pair of sterile gloves and then the nurse puts a large amount of KY jelly onto the glove.
"Alan,I'm going to examine you to see if you're beginning your labours,this may hurt so take a deep breathe in let it out slowly"

Dr.Harper took two gloved fingers slideing them into
Alan's rectum slowly"That's really hurts and is very uncomfortable,ough umm ouch am I in labour?"
Dr.Harper removed his fingers from Alan's rectum,throwing the glove away.
"Yes,I'm transferring you to a birthing suite and getting you ready to birth these babies,a team will help you deliver them"
Dr.Harper also felt Alan's heavily gravid belly which measured more than 78".Then took a tape measure from his pocket streching it till it read 97"inches around with a fundal height of 49".

Dr.Harper allerted his team,"The first man is going into Labour,we need to get him prepared and transferred into Birthing Suite #1,I need a team of nurses to help me transfer him into a Birthing Bed and get him all hooked up to the fetal monitors"
"Now Alan,we're going to make you comfortable in a special room we have all prepared,you're also going to be transferred into a special Birthing Bed and hooked up to a special fetal monitor which will help me to follow the progress of your Labours"

"One thing I have to know is when did you begin to have cramps,do you remember the day/date/time?"
"I began having cramps yesterday evening,around 8:00PM but they became really severe about 11:00AM"
Dr.Harper looked at his watch "OK,you've been cramping since around 8:00PM last night when we get you hooked up to the special monitor,we'll see just how far along you are in your Labours-but from what I
can tell you've been in Labour for almost 12 hours"
"Am I going to be able to have any drugs during my Labours or is it too late for them to be adminstered?

"I'll be able to make that dicision when after I hook
you up to the special fetal monitor in the Birthing Suite and get the feedback from it"
"You just lie back,and rest you'll need all of your strength for when you begin your active Labours".

Dr.Harper,along with his head nurse wheeled the first pregmant man into a Birthing Suite,once there the patient,is transferred to the special birthing bed and he's hooked up to the special fetal monitor.
The patient is also hooked up to a blood pressure cuff,and a temperature strip is placed upon his forehead and a clip placed on a finger.
Now once Alan has been transferred to the birthing bed Dr.Harper inserts a special rectal probe into his rectum.
The probe has a sensor that can tell the doctor just how far along Alan's Labour has progressed/also how dialated he's become.

"Alan,you've been in Labour for about 12 hours now,and you're only 4CM dialated I have to let your Labour progress naturally,because you're carrying quads I can't really give you any drugs. Once your Labour progresses to the point where you're 6CM's I'll break your bag of waters and your first Labour will speed up rapidly.For now just breathe thru the contractions if they become too painful,let nature and your own body birth these babies-and if it really hurts make noise don't try to be a "big man".

As his Labour progressed Alan moaned gripping his severly swollen stomach, "Augh,ouuuughh uughhh". Between contractions he rubbed his belly trying to rub the pains away,they were coming every half hour.
These pains were uncomfortable,they began deep inside of his belly and radiated to his back and finally to his rectum and pelvic region. Inbetween the really strong contractions Alan was experiencing waves of smaller contractions that could be seen.
The surface of his belly would quiver with each wave making his belly come alive.
Sometimes these contractions would be really extremely painful.

After an hour and a half Dr.Harper checked Alan again he put three gloved fingers into Alan's rectum,then he felt to see how far along he was. Dr.Harper's trained fingers felt Alan's rectum stretch open more.
"You've reached 6CM. I can feel the placenta it's at the base of your rectum,your pains are going to increase as it pushes your hips wider I want you to reach 7CM before I break the bag of waters"

Alan's pains began to increase in severity and they were now coming every 20 mintues.
He was really very uncomfortable "ugh aughh ughhhh" he would moan and he would also toss aroung trying to make the pain go away but no matter how hard he tried the pains only got worse and his belly would only quake more with each contraction.
"IT's burning help me"Alan screamed
The nurse got Dr.Harper.
"Ok Alan,let's see what's going on" Dr.Harper examined Alan's rectal area which was engorged and sensitive to the touch.
"Alan you're at 7CM I'm going to break your bag of waters when I do so things will really speed up quickly and you'll begin to experience really strong intense contractions.They will feel like they're right on top of one another"

Dr.Harper took a long thin metal hook inserting it into Alan's rectum then he caught the bag of waters and broke it.
The ameneotic fluid which was a mixture of merconium,water and a bit of blood soaked the sheets.
"Nancy,could you please clean Alan up and change his sheets makeing him as comfortable as he can be while his Labour progresses"" We have to take care of Mr.Marsden" He is the first patient in Labour".

As soon as Dr.Harper broke Alan's bag of waters his Labour began to speed up rather quickly,the pains that he began to feel in his heavily gravid belly began deep within side of him.
They raditated thru his whole belly and his body ending in his rectum.
"Aaaahhhh oooouuuuugggghhhhh,it hurts uuuummmm make it stop oouuuugggghhhh help me"

"Alan if you become too tense the pains are only going to get worse but if you let nature take it's course and don't fight the pain things will go easier if you breathe thru them or pant.
The pains you're experincing are helping your body to expel the baby thur your rectum,each pain makes hundreds of muscles inside of your rectum push the baby out of your body.
You're at 8 1/2CM when you hit 9 1/2CM I'll get you ready to push the first baby out.
"I'll be putting your legs into stirupps and your penis/scrotum will be put into a special holder that
will take them out of my way so I can help bring the first of your four babies into the world"

Alan continued to experience extremely painful contractions "aaaauuuuuggggghhhhh oooowwwaeeee make it stop pleasssseeeee" he said grabbing his belly.
As each contraction slammed into his belly and rectum Alan moaned ever louder then the last one till he was almost in constant pain. Dr.Harper stuck two gloved fingers into his engourged rectum
"AAAAUUUUMMM that really really hurts take them out NOW I have to push"

"Alan you've reached 10CM,I'm removing the rectal probe and when you feel the next intense contraction
I want you to focus all of you strength on your rectum and bear down hard as if you were having trouble going to the bathroom,like you were constipated really bad. Now when the contraction hits
I want you to take a huge deep breath in and bear down-if you have to breathe like this *hee hee hoo*

When the next contraction hit Alan grasped the sides rails and bore down "uuuuuggghhhh aaahhhh ugggghhh",
then he pushed down again "aaaahhhhh uuuummmm aaahhh" "wooo ohhhh uuugggghhhh"
"I'm thirsty" uuummmahhh"

The nurse gave Alan some ice chips to suck on as she wiped his brow "uuuummmmm ooohhhhahhh" as he continued to push thru each pain. "AAAHHHHH uuohhh ha eeemmm,it's burning make it stop"
"Alan keep on pushing,I know it hurts but you're making very nice progress"

Just as Dr.Harper said the last word Alan screamed in extreme pain.
"AAAHHHH ohhhhhh I'm tearing it's really burning AAAAHHHHH oooohhhhhh uuuggghhhhhhh"

Dr.Harper who was seated at the end of the special bed spoke.
"Alan I want you to put steady pressure in your rectum don't stop pushing unless I tell you to"
Alan bore down hard "AAAAAAHHHHH oooohhhhh uuuggghhhah whoo whoo eeeehhhh ahhhhah uummmah"

"Very good Alan the head's almost out"
"AAAAHHHH uuuummmahhh ooohhhh woouuhhh" then with another hugh push "UUUGHHH aaaahhhhhh ooooahhh"
Alan delivered the head. "very good the head's out".

Dr.Harper cleaned out the babies nose/mouth and afterwards Alan began pushing the shoulders out.
"AAAGGGGHHHH,uuugggahhhhh ooooohhhh it's really bad help me"
"Alan the baby's almost out all I need from you is one or two more steady pushes"
With the last contraction Alan pushed his first child out of his body and into the World.
"AAAAGGGGHHHH uuugghhhh ooooooahhhh" fallling back onto the bed.
"Alan you've just given birth to a little girl would you like to see her?"
Dr Harper said placing the little pink squirming bundle on Alan's belly......

"Well hello there,it's nice to finally meet you" he said placing his pinky into his daughter's little hand and giving her a small kiss.
"Alan you rest before your second Labour begins".
"You get acquainted with your daughter and Congratulations you're the first real man to give birth".

About two hours after his first child was delivered Alan began to feel his second Labour beginning when
he was hit with extremely severe cramping in his belly and rectum.
"oohhhh woooo uuummmm aaahhh I think you better get Dr.Harper aaaagggghhhhh owe".
The nurse paged Dr.Harper to come to BirthingSuite 1.

"What seems to be the problem?"
"Mr.Marsden beleives his second Labour's beginning"
"Alan tell me where it exactly hurts" Dr.Harper said while he put on a latex glove to examine Alan.

"I'm experiencing severe cramping in my belly,lower back and rectum and pelvic region" just as a severe contraction doubled him over. "oooohhhhh aaaagggghhhhh whooo heee heee".
Alan said biting his lower lips and grabbing his belly.
This contraction hit just as Dr.Harper had placed theee gloved fingers inside of Alan's rectum.

Feeling inside of his rectum Dr.Harper felt the contraction building as it crashed into Alan.
"Your correct,your second Labour's begun I want you to breathe thru the early pains don't fight them"

"Alright show me how to breathe the pains away"
"Take a deep breath in the slowly go hee hee hee woosh then repeat the process unless it really hurts"
On his next contraction Alan took a deep breath in an did as Dr.Harper instructed.
"Hee hee hee woosh afew times" till the contraction seemed to ebb.

"Hey that wasn't so bad" he said as his stomach rumbled with a severe contraction "OOOOhhhhh ummmm aaauuugggghhhh" he moaned as the contraction slammed into his pelvis"it really really hurts,help me"....

Alan began to experience severely deep Labour pains in his still rigid abdomen,they came in ever increasing waves that began in the center of his belly and built up intesnse pressure till they crashed into his hips and his rectum.
Each contraction made Alan moan "aaaaaggghhh oooggghh
uuuuuaaahhhh wooooghh damnnn it hurtssss"
The more intense the contraction the louder he moaned
After the birth of the first baby Alan's uterus had shrunk back in size and his rectum had gone from 10CM back down to 7CM and it had to open up again.
Dr.Harper had put the uterine probe back into his rectum so he could tell when Alan's uterus was back at 10CM and he could begin to push again.

"AAAAUUUGGGGHHHH aaaawwwwweee uggggghhh augggghh,help me someone massage my hips,they really
are hurting they're on fire".
The nurse gently massaged Alan's hips till he got some relief- the pain was from his hips stretching to
allow the second child to be born.
"Mr.Marsden,would you like to try something that may help to speed up your Labour"?
"Yes I'll try anything to speed this up"Alan said as another severe pain slammed into his belly.

The nurse place Alan's daughter on his chest,and helped her to find her daddy's breast.
As little Alicia suckled at her father's breast,Alan begun to have more intense pains in his belly.
The pains made Alan's belly quake and shake as his daughter suckled "uccc ucccc ucccc uccc"
Alan moaned "aaaahhh ugggghhh oooooaaaahh hhheeee woooosh".

The more Alicia sucked the stronger Alan's pains were till he screamed "I have to push take her away"
The nurse took Alica away and placed her in bassinette then she called Dr.Harper.
"Dr.Harper,I just had Mr.Marsden's daughter feed from her father Mr.Marsden says he has to push"
"I'll be right there,very smart thinking Nurse Hall".

"Dr.Harper will be here in a few mintues.One of the First Women is at 6CM."
Dr.Harper came into the room "So I hear your ready to begin pushing again let me take a look"
DrHarper put two gloved fingers inside of Alan's rectum just as a very intense contraction hit Alan's
peritineum "AAAAAAGGGGhhhh WOOOOOOO"
"Alan I've removed the probe on the next pain you know what to do,take a deep breath in hold it while pushing thru your rectum".

"Wooo woooo uuuggghhh" then Alan began to push into his rectum like he was pushing out a 16LB bowling ball- aaaagggghhhhh uuuuummmmm oooooggghhhhh"
He didn't even stop between contrations he just took in another breath and continued to bear down.

"oooogggghhhh ooogggahhhhhh uuuuggghhhhhh ooowweee"
"Alan the head and shoulders are out I want slow steady pressure to help deliver the rest of the baby"
"wooo wooah ucccah- then you heard a slow woooah wooah wooah till Alan gave a loud uuugggghhhh"

"Well say hello to your son" Dr.Harper said.
"Let me see him" Alan said as the big boy was placed on Alan's chest.
A big baby boy with deep blue eyes stared back at Alan "Hello Christopher James Marsden"
Alan knew that he'd name his first son after his late father when he had one.

"Alan you've just had two of your four babies you need to regain your strength.
I want you to try to get some sleep.
Your belly/rectum are going to shink somewhat but your still going to be experiencing contractions just let them happen.
Don't fight them.
Since you've had two babies things sould be feeling a bit more room in your belly"

In Birthing Suite 2 the first women of Group 1 was in a lot of pain her full term severely swollen womb was contracting sending wave after wave of intense pain through her body "OOOOAAAAGGGHHHH uummmmmm ooowwwee wooo whooo oooooogggghhhh" Pat Stern rubbed her belly trying to break the pain up.
She was strapped to the special fetal monitor,with a
vaginal probe inplace reading how far along her pains were and how far she had to go in her Labours.
The readout told the nurse Pat was at 7 1/2CM with 3 1/2-4CM to go till she reached the pushing part.

Pat had been implanted with quads. Each baby was supposed to weigh around 9lbs.
The doctors made sure she gained 45lb with her pregnancy Pat had problems with miscarriages before.
The more weight she gained the better the chance she would carry all of the babies to term.
Pat had 4 miscarriages in two years and all were because she was underweight when she lost them.

Pat lay in the special birthing bed her belly contracting regularly "Aaaauuugggghhh oooowwwahhh it's hurting aaaaggghhhh woooah hee heee woaaahhh" "that's it Pat nice and steady breathing don't get tense I know it's painful very soon I'm going to be right where you are" Nurse Hall said patting her own very swollen belly-Nurse Hall was 7months along,and she was also haveing quads.Nurse Hall was part of the protocal but not a test subject.

"Pat maybe if we talk about our pregnancies maybe you can tell me what I'm in for these last few months?" "Why did you agree to become a part of the experiment if I may ask,did you have trouble conceiving or trouble holding onto a pregnancy?"
"Dr.Harper known about my problems as I'm his regular
delivery nurse but I'm also a patient of his.I've lost 3babies and one was still borne"
"Pat I'm so sorry we have almost the same history"
"OOAAAGGGHHHHH" Pat moaned as a huge contraction slammed into her belly
"That really hurts woooo ahhhh" she said biting her lower lip.

"Pat,where did that pain hit in your belly or pelvis"?
"First in my belly/back then it slammed into my pelvis which feels like it's onfire,also my hips are really sore.
It feels like someone has gone and shoved a red hot poker thru my lower back and then pulled them apart"
"That's the first baby positioning itself in your birth canal/pelvis and the pains you're feeling is the pressure buildup of each contraction-once the first baby's born you'll feel awhole lot better"

"Scream if you have to".
"AAAAUUUUGGGG oohhhhaaahhhh uuuummm"
"I know I'm going to be doing plenty of screaming in a few months.
If it helps any I'm having sympathy Braxton-Hick's every few minutes" Nurse Hall said patting Pat Stern's hand.

It's been 2 1/2 hours since Alan Marsden delivered his second baby,which was also his first son.
His third Labour was extremely difficult.
His body was being slammed by really intense contractions but he wasn't making any progresss.
The contractions would begin deep inside his belly and they'd make his belly shake but his rectum was shutting down.
"I feel like I have to really push but when I try to nothing's happening"
"AAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHUUUUGGGGG HHHHMMMM" Alan groaned. But all that happened was he got red in his face from the strain and it left him out of breath.

Dr.Harper slid three gloved fingers into of Alan's rectum it was engorged swollen and contracting each contraction leaving Alan in intense pain. "What's happening Dr.Harper why can't I push?"
"Alan you're rectum's really swollen it's shutting down. We have to wait till some of the swelling goes down otherwise you'll start to tear then I'll have to preform surgery on you. I'm going to inject something that will take down the swelling"

Dr.Harper injected 15cc's of sterile saline + 5cc's of Valium around the opening of Alan's rectum.
Then he waited till he saw the swelling decrease abit.
Then he slid one finger into Alan's rectum"the swelling is beginning to decrease somewhat let this
medication go to work for about an hour.I know it will be hard to do but don't push if you can help it"
"The Valium will take a bit off of the pain"

Dr.Harper asked his nurse to help make Alan comfortable by taking Alan's legs out of the stirrups.
And taking his penis/scrotum out of the delivery sling and helping him onto left side while the Valium took effect reducing the swelling in his rectum."Alan your belly is going to continue to contract andI want you to just go with the pains but "Your rectums really engorged and if you begin to push your running the risk of permanant damage"

Over in Birthing Suite 2 Pat Stern's first Labour was progressing nicely,she was now at 8 1/2CM.
In the last hour her Labour had become extremely painful "AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH oooommmmm uuuuuuu" Pat moaned as a
very severe pain slammed into her belly/back "it hurts AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHHH woooooah auuuuggg"she said
as she grabbed her belly trashing around "help me give me something for the pain I can't stand it".

"Pat I can't give you anything for the pains you're too close to delivering your first baby"
Dr.Harper said as he removed his hand from Pat's uterus.
"You only have about 2 more centimeters to dialate and then your going to begin to push this baby out of
your body,now let the contractions do the work you just let your body take over" "AAAAAHHHHHHHH oooooooahhhh uuuuuummmmmm whhhhhhhooo"Pat moaned as her Labour contraction intensified in strength.
Pat asked "how close was that? "Pat you're pretty close to 10CM now and I'm going to place your
feet into the striupps when I do I want you to get ready to push when I tell you to"

"AAAAAGGGGHHHH ahahaha ummmmm it's really hurting"
Dr.Harper put three gloved finger into Pat's uterus where they were met by a head of wet hair.
"Now Pat your first baby's almost here now & on the next pain I want you to take a deep breath in and hold it for a count of 15 while slowly letting the breath out"

"Wooo Whooo Uggh" Pat took in a deep breath and as Dr.Harper instruched she began to bear down all the while slowly letting her breath out. "AAAAGGGGHHHHH UGG OOOOMMMM my belly oouuuggghhhhh" she said while holding it in both her hands. "Pat I want you to focus take in another deep breath and I want you to bear down without stopping pusthing throught each contraction as it comes.
If you have to take in another breath do so OK the sooner you deliver the first child the sooner we can deliver the others and the sooner you can rest"

"Wooo Wooo Uuugghh" Pat went as she began to push down Uuuugggahhhh uuuuummmm uuuummm aaaaaggghhhh then
wooo wooo uuuggg again followed by another round of uuuuuuggggaahhh till she gave one loud scram AAGGHH"
"The baby's head's out! let me clean the nose/mouth out before you push the shoulders/body out"
Dr.Harper suctioned the child's nose/mouth out and as
soon as he did the room was filled with a newborne's first cries wwwaggg waagggah.
When Pat heard the first baby crying she bore down and pushed as hard as she could uuuuggghhhh uuuggah as she did she delivered the babies shoulders.

"OK Pat just a few more hard pushes and you'll have your first child Pat bore down hard.
She pushed like she was having trouble reliving herself till her face got beet red and her "third eye radiated"

"The baby's out! Pat say hello to your first son!" DrHarper said placing him onto Pat's belly.
"I never thought I'd see this day I was told I'd never carry a child to term let alone deliver one alive"
"Well Pat you have a fine healthy hungry son here he's waiting to be fed" Dr.Harper said.
Placing the child on Pat's chest and guiding her nipple in her son's mouth uuuucccchhhhh uuuggghhhh,his little cheeks going in/out as he partook his first meal.

Dr.Harper came back into Birthing Suite 1 to check on Alan Marsden.
Alan had delivered two of his quads and still had two more indside of him.
"UUUGGGGhhhhhh aaaawwwweee it's really hurting help me I gotta pushh it's burning really bad"
"Ok Alan let me see how much the swelling decreased scoot down to the end of the bed and let me have a look in your rectum".
The nurse and the doctor helped to reposition Alan's legs in the striupps.
Dr.Harper placed two gloved fingers into Alan's rectum where he felt around inside of him.
It was still a bit swollen but it was contracting again.
Dr.Harper's well trained fingers told him that Alan was presently at 6.5CM.
And he'd have 4.5 more to open up again till he delivered baby number 3.
"AAAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH oooowwwwwhhhh help me do something
I gotta get this next baby out I can't take the pressure in my belly.
I feel like I'm going to explode if I don't deliver this child soon"

"Alan,it worked before would you like to try feeding your daughter again?
Her suckling at your breast brought about your second labour helping to deliver your first son,what do you say?"

"Let me have my daughter,she must be hungry". Nurse Charmichel placed Alan's daughter onto her dad's chest. And adjusted his nipple in her little mouth "There you are little one are you ready to help your daddy once again.
"Mr.Marsden,if you don't mind me asking what are you going to name this little lady?"

"Nurse you just reminded me I never gave her a name!
I think I'm going to name her after my mother,her late Grandmother Rebekkah?
Do you like that little one do you like the name Rebekkah?"

Little Rebekkah noisly succkled at her daddy's breastuuuucccchhhhh uuuucccaaahhhh till Alan began to moan.
"OOOOOOAAAAHHHH I think it's working UUUUgggggahhhh"
Dr.Harper place his fingers back into Alan's rectum
"You're now at 8.9CM,well let her open up your rectum just let her feed till you feel you have to bear down her sucking will open up your rectum/hips. As soon as you're at 10CM start bearing down hard with a slow even pressure her sucking and your contractions will help to deliver the baby with out you doing much of the work"

"UUUGGGGGHHHHH uuuuggghhh ooooowwwwwhhhhh it's burning I really gotta pushhhhh !"
"Rub Rebekkah's back and make her suck more,the more she sucks the more your hips will open up!"
"Rebekkah help daddy deliver your brother/sister"
Dr.Harper switched breasts and Rebekkah suckled.
"UUUCCCKKKK UUUUCCCKKK UUUCCCKKKAAAHHH" sounds filled the room as little Rebekkah helped Alan to deliver.

"AAAAUUUGGGHHHHH UUUUUMMMM OOOOOAAAAHHH UUUUGGGHHH"
Alan moaned as his rectum/hips opened up and his body began to push the baby out of his body.
After ten minutes Alan strained "UUUUMMMMM AAAGGGHHH" as the baby's head slid out of him and onto the bed.
"Alan the head's out now let me suction it out then you'll push the shoulder's out"
"All right I want you to take in two deep breaths hold them while but keep on pushing down"

Alan took in two huge breaths "Wooah wooah ucccah woo uuccahh aaahhhh aaaahhh uuuugggg uuuummm wooah
Uccah uuuugggghhhhh ahh uuuummmgggg oooowwwwah"
"Alan you just gave birth to your second son!Just relax now regain some of your strength"

"Now take a deep breath in" Dr.Harper said as he slide two fingers into Paul's rectum.
"AAAAUUUGGGGGHHHH it hurts stop please stop" Paul screamed as Dr.Harper examined his rectum.
"Paul your in the first part of early labour I can't give you anything just yet.
But I will be able to give you an epidural when you hit 5CM right now you're not even at 1CM.
Your rectum's pretty closed down also your bag of water's is still intact"

"I'm just beginning I'm not even at 1CM but how come I'm in such pain?"
Paul asked as another contraction coursed through his belly "ooooahhhhgugughhh" he moaned "make it stop"
"Paul the reason it's hurting so much is that your belly's being stretched.
Your hips are stretching apart to begin to let your rectum open up.
One of the ways you can help if you can stand it is to walk the corriodrs.
Do you think you can stand up and take a small walk and see what happens?"

"I'll try it can you help me up please Dr.Harper?"
Dr.Harper and his nurse helped Mr.Ortiz up then they put a second gown on him so to peserve his dignity this one opened to the front."Now I don't want you to try to walk regulary,just take small steps. If it hurts stop and lean against the wall till the pain subsides. Also you'll still be attached to a fetal monitor. I'm going to insert a rectal sensor into you which will tell us how much your rectum'sopening upand how far you have to go till you deliver"

"I wonder who's begun their Labours now?"

"So far the pains aren't so bad just a bit uncomfortable I know I'm in good hands.
And you'll do everything to help me Thank you daddy!"
Federick Harper's own daughter was part of the Experiment she was one of the 10 who was implanted with more than one child,his daughter was expecting quintuplets -3 boys and 3 girls.
His daughter was going to get the best care and he was going to help her deliver his own grandchildren.
Alicia Harper Stewart was here because she'd had several miscarriages and she and her husband desparately wanted children. So she asked her father if she could become part of the Experiment.
How could her father refuse her request as he and his wife so badly wanted grandchildren.

Dr.Harper's nurse Melanie Hall who herself was expecting quads in two months time told Dr.Harper that Pat began to experience really intense contractions about 3 minutes ago and the babies heart rates were dropping.
"Pat I've got to examine you to know what's wrong with your babies now I'm going to have to put my hand inside of your belly"

"Oh Dr.Harper it hurts so much Aaaaaagggghhhh oooff"
"Now Pat I want you to take a deep breath in and hold it while I examine you OK?"
Melanie Hall helpedDr.Harper slip a pair of latex gloves on and then she put Pat's legs into the striupps so that Dr. Harper could examine her. He put one hand inside of Pat and placed his other hand on top of her belly.

"Melanine please prep Mrs Stern for an emergency C section" Pat you're babies are in fetal distress.
I have to deliver them via C section. I know you really wanted to deliver vaginally and you did .
your son was delivered vaginally but your other babies are in distress & it would be best if I did a C-section"

"Now Alan calm down I'm going to stick my hand into your rectum to free the cord.Take a big breath in"UUUUCCCHHH"
Alan held his breath as Dr.Harper stuck three fingers inside of him then stuck the fourth in and once inside he found the cord wrapped around the child's neck twice.He gently eased the cord off of her neck once and then he freed her totally.
Alan gave a sigh "ooooahhh uummmm"

"Alan I'm going to gently see if I can get her to change positions from inside of your and from up top"
Dr.Harper gently manuvered the child into position and when he did so you heard a "pop" and Alan began to moan heavily "OOOOOOOAHHHHUUUGGUMMMMM" and he grabbed at his belly with both hands.

"Alan I want you to see if you can deliver her yourself otherwise I'm going to have to use forceps"
"No forceps please no forceps I couldn't take the pain of having them inserted into my rectum"
"All right you know what you have to do"
Woosh woosh UUUUCCCHHHH now bear down push your daughter out!"

"Eeeeahhh UUUUMMM uuuggghhh ooohhhhh oooowwwweeee uuuuccchhhh uuuuugggghhhh uuuuummmmm uuuggg ahwoosh"
Congratulations Alan you've had your last baby"
"You've become the first patient who's been delivered of all of the fertilized eggs we'd implanted into you
You get some rest I'll check on you later.
I have to go perform a C-Section on the 1st women who's having some trouble delivering the rest of her babies.
She had one vaginally but complications have set in and it's safer to do a C-Section on her".

Dr.Harper left Alan's room and headed up to perform the emergency C-section on Pat Stern.
"All right let's deliver these babies" Dr.Harper said as cut into Pat's belly and into her uterine wall.
"No wonder your labour wasn't progressing Pat you're not having four babies your having five!"
"Seems you have a stowaway we never picked up on any ultrasounds he was all the way up near your breasts"

Pat was in tears as Dr.Harper delivered the four children she was carrying.
First delivered was a little girl who began to cry when he slapped her tiny tushy "well hello there".
Dr.Harper said handing her off to Melanie Hall.
"Let me see her,bring her here"
Melanie brought the screaming bundle over to her mom
"You're so beautiful I'm naming you Cara"

Dr.Harper delivered the remaining four children safely and then sewed Pat back up.
"Pat you're the second one to has given birth to all of the babies we implanted into you.
You rest and I will be in to check you out later"
Pat Stern gave birth to 3 sons & 2 daughters. Each baby weighted between 5 & 7 pounds.

Dr.Harper went into Mr.Ortiz's room to see how he was progressing"AAAAA oooooooahhhh it hurts"
"OK Paul I'm going to check you out and see how far you've come"
Dr.Harper slid two gloved fingers into Paul's rectum and felt around inside.
"Very nice Paul you're progressing nicely you're already dialated to 4CM with 6CM to go"
Dr.Harper felt Paul's heavily gravid belly to see if the first baby was sictuated in his rectum.
He felt it as he pressed down firmly on his belly."OOOOOOUUUGGHHHHH that hurts".Paul moaned.

"I know it's really painful but if you could manage to do some more walking your Labour would go faster.
Would you like to give it another try?"
"Ooooouummm Paul moaned as he tryed to get up-but he fell back onto the bed screaming in pain.
"AAAAAGGGHHHHOOOMMOUGGG I can't do it I can't walk it hurts to much OOOOOMMMMMGGGHHH auuugggghhhh".

"Alright Paul you just stay in bed while your belly continues to contract.We'll make you as comfortable as is possible.
I can give you an epidural when you reach 6CM if you'd like? Would you like that?"

"AAAUUUUGGHHHH oh yes pleasssseeee I'd like that very much aaaaaggghhhh" Paul said between severe contractions that slammed into his heavily gravid belly which measured 89" around.
"Paul I have to go and check on another patient in another Birthing Suite I'll be back very soon"

Dr Harper left Birthing Suite 3 and went into Suite 4 just as his daughter was beginning to have severe contractions.
"Daddy it hurts help me"
"Allright Alicia let me check you out and we'll see what's going on in your belly"
Dr.Harper put a gloved hand into his daughter's vagina and felt inside. "Oh yes,really nice you're at 4CM's".
If you can withstand the pain I'd really like it if you'd try to deliver these babies without help of medication?"

"Do you think you can withstand the pains? Or are they getting really too uncomfortable for you?"
"Daddy you're the expert here and if you say I shouldn't have medication then I won't"
"Alicia we'll help you to deliver these children with as little pain as possible"
Alicia tossed as a really strong contraction slammed into her belly/back "OOOOOUUUMM"she moaned grabbing her belly.

Dr.Harper looked over Alicia's chart and ordered 15MG of Oxytocin in D5WIV to be added to her IV.
"This will take the edge off of the contractions you'll feel better real soon".

"Federick are you sure you can't give her anymore medicine I hate seeing my baby in such pain?"
"Elizabeth you yourself went thought the same thing when Alica was born and again with our other children
you know that if a women is drugged before/during her Labour pains that the baby emerges lathergic.
It's better for our grandchildren to born lucid.
The amount of Oxytocin will take the edge off of the pain but still allow her to expeince it"
"You be a wonderful mother to our baby daughter and a dottin almost Grandmother to her children and I'm
going to be her doctor and her father but what I need from you now is to be my eyes as I've got other patients to help deliver".

Dr.Mason Olla came onto the Birthing Suite floor and checked in with the head nurse to see what was happening.
Which patients were in Labour,also how far along they were.

"Dr.Olla Dr.Harper's daughter is in the early stages of her labour."
And per her father's instructions he doesn't want her to have any drugs stronger than Valium"
"She is in Birthing Suite 4, her mother's with her"
"In Suite 3 Mr.Paul Ortiz is in Labour "
"Suites 1 & 2 are empty are the other ones"
"Birthing Suite Floor,send the patients up"
"Two more just went into Labour one is patient Susan McKittrick and the other is Dr.NeilBrodsky"
"Where should I put them?"
"Put Dr.Brodsky in Suite 1 and Ms.McKittrick in 2"
"I'm going to check on Mr.Ortiz's progress".

"How are things in here Ms.Harris how is Mr.Ortiz doing any complications"?
"OOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAGGGGGG it really hurts my belly's on fire help me oooooooggggghhhhh".
"You lay back and I'll check you out let's see how you're doing said as he stuck three fingers into his rectum.

Dr.Olla reached for a Ultrasound probe spreading gel on Mr Ortiz's heavily gravid extrememly swollen belly looking around inside.
"Mr Ortiz the first baby is coming out feet first and not head first. Now I'm not going to attempt to turn it cause it's too far down your rectum for me to do so. But I'm going to need your help in delivering the child.
I don't want you to force the delivery. and I want you to push slowly but steadily and to stay calm.
Push like this "yuuuummm uuugghhh ahhh woooshh "
"Would you like to try this also I don't want to have to perform C-section on you if I can help it?
I don't want you to tense up if you do then there's a likely chance something bad could really happen.

Like the baby could get strangled by it's own cord"

Dr Harper walked in Birthing Suite 1 "Hello Neil how are you feeling how are the pains progressing?"
"AAAAAAOOOOGGGGHHH they're getting intense are you a grandfather yet how's Alicia coming along?"
"Thank You for asking about her but nothing yet she should begin the transition phase real soon she's doing this without drugs.
The only thing I adminstered was 15MG of OxytocinD5W into her IV I want my grandchildren born lucid not drugged".

"Let me check you out and see how far along you are put your feet into the striupps slide down to the end of the bed so I can get a clear view of your butt and your rectum" Federick Harper instructed his younger collegue who was carrying quints.

Neil Brodsky put his feet into the stirupps and bought his butt to the end of the bed
"AAAAGGGHHH it hurts OOOOOHHHHHHGGGHHHHH.
"Now Neil I'm going to place my hand up into your rectum to see how far you've dialatied so breathe in and hold it"

"UUUUUCCCCCHHHHHGGG" went as his collegue placed three gloved finger up inside of his anus.
"Oh it hurts it's burning" Neil Brodsky wailed.
"Neil I'm going to insert the special probe we designed into your rectum and you're going to continue your Labour.
You're presently at 3CM and you'll have a way to go if we do it naturally or it's up to you we could introduce some Pitocen into your system that would make your Labour speed up. The Pitocen also makes the contractions extremely painful.
And as a OBG/YN yourself you've seen it in use and know what it can do"

"Frederick what would you suggest I do?"
"Neil do you think you could withstand the intense contractions Pitocen brings on?
Just so you can haveyour babies faster or do you want to do it naturally"
After thinking it over for afew minutes Neil Brodsky said "Let me have the Pit" .

"Are you really sure?" Federick Harper asked.
"Give me 20CC into my IV of Potassem Sodium"
"You're the boss even if you're my patient".
"Melanie you heard Dr.Brodsky's instructions you know what to do give him the Pitocen".

Melanie Hall put 20CC of Pitocen into his IV and they waited for his Labour to speed up.
"OOOOOOOOAHHAHHGGG UUUUUUMMMMMMM" Neil Brodsky groaned as he grabbed his contracting belly.
"How are they now?" Dr.Harper asked.
"They're getting stronger and they're slamming into my hips and pelvic area" " UUUUUMMMMAHHHHHH"
"OOOOOHHHHHGGGGuuuuuuaaahhhhh UUUUUmmmmm ooooooahhh" that was a extremely bad one."
Dr.Brodsky the Pitocenis not only making your Labour shorter it's also making it extremely painful for you.
"How far along am I how much progress did I make?" Dr.Harper checked the read out and it said 6CM.
"Neil you've gotten to 6CM I'd say that you're going to begin to push as soon as you reach 10CM.
And that should't be in too longer time"

Dr.Harper palpated his collegue's heavily gravid belly to see if he could feel where the first baby was.
"Neil they're in a good position do you feel a pressure buildup in your rectum/hips?"
"ooooooggggghhhhhhaaaahhhhh uuugggghhhh" Neil moaned
"I feel like I wanna push UUUUUUGGGGAHHHHH"
"Let me check you before you push?"

Dr.Harper checked Neil Brodsky's rectum it was swollen and Neil's bag of water's was bulging out of it.
"Neil I'm going to break your bow's get ready for some intense burning in your rectum"
Dr.Harper took a long thin metal hooked instrument and caught Neil Brodsky's bag of water's which broke
soaking his sheets and gown."Melanie have his sheets changed and get him changed and ready to begin pushing out the first baby. "I want to check on Alicia's progress"
