Hey all! New story here! Got the whole thing planned out (did an outline this time) so hopefully it'll actually get finished! Hope you enjoy!
Usual disclaimer applies.
Chapter 1:
"Come on Ry!" Kevin groaned. "You promised you'd come out tonight! Everyone's expecting you there!"
"Kevin," I sighed, running a hand over my belly. "I think they'll understand if I pass. I'm not exactly in the party mood or party shape right now," I said, raising an eyebrow as I looked down at my pregnant form.
"But it's Joe's birthday," Kevin said, raising his own eyebrows, making that cute, pouty face I couldn't resist. It was what had gotten me pregnant in the first place.
"Fine," I sighed. "I'll go. But when I tell you I wanna go home, no bitching ok?"
"Promise," Kevin said with a big smile. "I'm gonna take a shower and start getting ready."
"Guess I should too," I said, holding out a hand. "Help me up."
Kevin did his duty and headed to his room as I waddled toward mine. As I started the shower, I couldn't believe I had agreed to go out tonight.
I was 8 and a half months pregnant with twins so needless to say I was big. Over the last 8 months I had packed a good 90+ lbs onto my 5'9", previously 205 lb frame, most of it going to my belly which at this point felt and looked like I was carrying a small planet around in front of me.
I should explain how I came to be pregnant: I already mentioned that it's Kevin's, my room mate and best friend since college, so about 10 years. The thing is, Kevin's straight. Well most of the time anyway... Over the years, mostly after consuming copious amounts of alcohol, we'd mess around, usually nothing too serious just some mutual jacking and sometimes head, but once in awhile we'd go all the way. Since I was "the gay one" I was the bottom, something I didn't mind at all 'cause Kevin knew how to work his thick 9" cock. Like I said, we usually didn't go that far and when we had in the past nothing happened except for an awkward morning after. But rewind 7 months when I found out I was pregnant and told Kevin. Talk about awkward.
After the initial shock, Kevin was surprisingly cool and so was I. We'd been friends for years and neither one of us ever thought about changing that for a second. Nor did we think about taking our arrangement any further. We were just best friends and room mates with the occasional benefits thrown in and now we were expecting twins. Chapter 2:
After my shower I got dressed, which was no easy task, not only due to my size but due to my limited wardrobe. Sure I had plenty of paternity clothes I wore everyday to work and around the house but being a single, fashion-concious, albeit pregnant, gay man, I still wanted to look as sexy as possible (if it was possible) for my first night out on the town in forever. One can dream...
I finally decided on an outfit that was somewhat fashionable; a pair of dark, boot cut paternity jeans which sat low on my waist below my belly (damn they were hard to button and zip up!) and a cute, maroon v-neck t-shirt which hugged my every curve and bulge, over which I put on a white Oxford I usually wore to work but rolled the sleeves up and left it open for a more casual look. I waddled out to the living room to find Kev looking quite similar to me, minus the pregnant belly. He looked good and he knew it as he gave me a quick grin, a drink already in his hand.
"Ready to go?" He asked, taking a sip.
"Where's my drink?" I asked jokingly.
"You wish," he laughed. "You're pregnant so therefore you're DD tonight."
"I'm pregnant?!?" I gasped, my hands flying down to either side of my stomach. "Damn," I said, with a playful snap of my fingers. "In that case, let's go."
Kevin and I had an awesome condo in one of the city's most sought-after high rises. Our incomes together, his from being an architect, mine from being a lawyer gave us a very comfortable lifestyle and we took full advantage of it, spending our hard earned money on whatever we wanted.
"Which car tonight?" I asked as we rode the elevator down to the garage. "The convertible or the truck?"
"Definitely the Denali," Kevin said. "In case either one of us wants to bring someone home."
"You mean if YOU want to bring someone home," I corrected, pointing at him. "There's no way anyone's going home with me tonight!"
"You never know. Town can be a pretty crazy place on Friday nights," Kevin smirked. "You just might find yourself one of those big muscle guys you like so much, you know, the ones who look like me," he said, breaking into a muscle pose. "Who just happens to be into pregnant dudes," he smiled, reaching out and rubbing my belly.
"Yeah right," I scoffed, rolling my eyes, playfully shoving his hands away.
Kevin helped me into the Denali and was thoughtful enough to reach in and hand me the seat belt. He may be a "straight" macho guy but I'll give him the fact that he's really caring as well. I'd never tell him that though. I don't think I could deal with him having any bigger of a head than he does already (on that note, I hope big heads don't run in his family - I don't think my ass could handle that!).
We pulled out of the garage and I headed toward Town. Kevin had brought a to-go cup with him which he sipped at as he jammed away to a hip-hop song on the radio.
"Getting pumped up I see," I smirked.
"Hell yeah!" He said, grooving to the beat. "I'm getting fucked up tonight!"
"Lucky you," I chuckled. "You'll probably get to fuck tonight too."
"I'm hoping!" He grinned. "I'm psyched! We haven't been out in forever."
"You go out all the time man," I said. "You went out last night!"
"I know," Kevin laughed. "Oh man that was fun! But WE haven't gone out in forever."
"True," I nodded. "Don't know why I wouldn't want to go out..."
"Ha!" Kevin snorted. "Well I'm glad you came out tonight."
"Me too," I agreed. "Who knows when the next time either one of us will be going out. You know D Day is fast approaching. We're gonna be daddies soon."
"I know," Kevin said looking over at me. "Hard to believe huh? Us, dads!"
"I always wanted to have kids," I said. "I just never would've guessed in a million years that it would end up being with you!" I laughed. "I mean it's always 'Ryan and Kevin' but we don't have to do EVERYTHING together!"
"Well shit happens," he shrugged. "I could think of a worse guy or girl to have kids with. Shit, I know everything about you, I know what I'm getting into."
"But kids is something new," I pointed out. "You're gonna have to do some growing up real quick. No more going out and leaving me home alone with the kids!" I laughed.
"Hey! I ask you to come out all the time, you just haven't since you got pregnant," Kevin said, making a playful frown. "Not my fault."
"Mmmm," I said. "Yeah, it kinda is. A baby is made when..."
"Yeah, yeah I know," Kevin said waving me off. "Look I'm sorry Ry."
"For what?"
"For leaving you home alone so much lately," he said. "I know this hasn't been easy for you."
"It's ok," I shrugged. "I don't really mind. You're just getting all this partying out of your system. You're there for me when I need you, you take me to lamaze class, you come to the doctor with me."
"They are my kids too you know," he laughed.
"Of course," I smiled. "And I'm gonna remind you of that when they're up at night crying!"
"Thanks," he laughed. "It's gonna be fun though. I'm excited."
"I'm glad to hear that," I grinned. "It will be fun and so will tonight but like I said, live it up 'cause you're not going clubbing again for a loooong time!"
"Just drive Debbie Downer," Kevin laughed, reaching over and gently slapping my belly. "I'm trying to get my drink on over here!"
"Just keepin' it real Kev," I shrugged.
"Drive!"
Chapter 3:
"We're here!" Kevin announced as I pulled up in front of the club.
There was a line outside already. I was suddenly having second thoughts about coming out tonight as I looked at the people in line - young, hip and trendy just like me, except none of them were massively pregnant.
"I wanna go home," I said quietly.
"What?!?" Kevin yelled.
"Hey you promised no bitching when I said I wanted to go home," I reminded him.
"That was based on the fact that I thought we'd actually make it into the place," Kevin snorted.
"Look Kev," I began. "I dunno about tonight. I'm just feelin' kinda tired."
"Ryan!" Kevin groaned. "Come on! What's the matter?" He asked, as he turned and followed my gaze. "Oh, I see," he said as he took in the crowd. "Feelin' a little shy huh?"
"Shy? No," I laughed. "Embarrassed and slightly insane for thinking I'd not stick out like the giant pregnant man I am tonight? Yes."
Kevin sat there for a minute. I could almost see the gears spinning in his head. I could tell he was already a little drunk so it took him a little longer to come up with a plan.
"Sit tight," he said as he jumped out of the truck. "I'll be right back."
"Fine," I sighed.
I waited for a few minutes as Kevin talked to the bouncer at the door. I saw him pull a couple of bills from his pocket and handed them to the bouncer before bounding back to the truck. I rolled down the window.
"Alright," he smiled. "I worked my magic. You can thank me later."
"OK," I said hesitantly.
"Pull over into that alley," he said pointing next to the club. "I'll meet you over there."
I did as instructed and waited for Kevin. He came around to my side and opened my door, helping me out.
"You found a close spot, great," I said, trying to sound happier than I was feeling. "At least I'll have saved up the energy I would've spent waddling up to the club from the parking lot to stand in that long ass line."
"True but we're not waiting in line," Kevin smirked, shaking his head. "I got us into VIP and that means no line."
"But I still have to waddle past all those cute guys in line," I groaned.
"You know they're going to see you inside anyway Ry," Kevin said, rolling his eyes. "Come on work with me dude!"
"This is so embarrassing though!" I groaned. "I can't believe I thought this would be fun."
"It will be," Kevin said, grabbing onto my shoulders. "I promise. Don't be embarrassed, you look great!"
"No I don't!" I laughed. "I look like a cow."
"Ry," he said, pulling me closer. "You look great," he said more slowly. "You're a good looking guy and you look especially great 'cause you're carrying my two babies," he said, lowering his hands to my belly, which held our children.
"I dunno," I said quietly. Kev was smooth, especially when he was drunk (again, hence me being pregnant) and his flattery was starting to work once more.
"Let's just go in there, heads held high," he said as he led me out of the alley back toward the door. "Our waddle pronounced," he giggled, throwing his arm around my waist. "Let everyone see how proud we both are."
"You're ridiculous, you know that?" I laughed as I waddled beside him.
"Yeah I know," he shrugged. "But you know you love it!"
Chapter 4:
The waddle into Town wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Sure, I got a few funny looks but I couldn't help but smirk as I waddled my pregnant ass in beyond the velvet rope ahead of them.
A hostess showed us back to our table in the VIP section and I was glad to lower myself down into a comfy chair with a grunt and some help from Kevin.
"You guys make the cutest couple!" The hostess gushed to me. Kevin had pulled out his BlackBerry and was busy texting. "And I think it's great you're out tonight. Screw what anyone thinks! You guys have a good night!" She waved as she walked away.
"Thanks?" I said slowly, looking up at Kevin who was still texting away. "See that's what I'm talking about. People think I'm crazy for coming out like this!" I said, running a hand over my orb, feeling the activity within. Kevin was concentrating so hard on texting, his mouth was scrunched up and his tongue hung out the side. "Hey are you even listening to me?" I yelled.
"Huh? What?" He asked. The answer to my question was obvious. He finally finished his message and gave me his attention. "Don't worry about anyone but you, me and our friends," Kevin smiled sincerely. "Speaking of which, I just let them know where we were and they should be in in a few minutes. I gave their names to the hostess too so they won't have to wait in that crazy line. They'll be really excited we got VIP!"
"Cool," I nodded. "Hey don't tell them why we got VIP," I said. "Just tell them it was for Joe's birthday ok?"
"Good idea," Kevin winked. "That'll make him feel special."
A few minutes later, the birthday boy, Joe, his girlfriend Kelly and a few other friends made their way back to us. Grunting, I stood up to greet them.
"Happy Birthday man!" I said to Joe as we gave each other an awkward hug around my belly.
"Ryan," Joe grinned. "Good to see you out and about! Glad the entire 'odd couple' could make it out tonight!" He laughed.
Kevin and I had many of the same friends and they all know what the situation was so they had taken to calling us "the odd couple". The name kinda fit and I didn't mind it at all, found it funny in fact.
"Only way I would've missed tonight is if I had been in labor!" I lied. "30th birthdays only come around once plus it's gonna be awhile before we get to hit the club scene again," I laughed back, my hands coming down from the hug and moving to the small of my back to support it. "You're getting old man!"
"We all are," Joe corrected. "Having babies, real jobs, all that. I remember college like it was yesterday."
"Tell me about it," I agreed.
"Listen, I'm gonna go grab a drink, you want anything?" Joe asked.
"Water would be good, thanks," I replied.
I finished saying hi to everyone while Joe got everyone the first round. Even though it was his birthday, he insisted. Lucky for him my drink was cheap.
Of course everyone's first comments to me were how big I was and how glad they were that I had made it out. Although I didn't like being reminded of my size and found it completely unnecessary, I was glad that everyone was so happy to see me.
The night went smoothly and I found myself actually having a good time. I even got up and danced a few times. Albeit, awkwardly but it was fun. I got winded after only a couple of songs so I went back to the table for a breather and a drink (water of course). When I sat down, gasping slightly for breath as my heart began to slow back to normal, I remembered I was out of water.
"Fuck," I said aloud.
I wish I remembered to stop at the bar on the way back 'cause there was no way I was getting up again anytime soon. Just like there was no way our waitress who had come around only twice the whole night would be back anytime soon either. So much for the VIP treatment. I resigned myself to waiting for either a visit from the seemingly non-existent waitress or until one of my more mobile friends came back to the table.
A few more thirsty minutes passed with no indication of anyone returning soon. I started to fish my phone from my pocket to text Kevin and ask him to get me a drink. This presented a challenge as I tried to pull it out from below my belly, eliciting a few kicks and jabs from my occupants.
I finally had my phone in hand and was carefully pulling it from my pocket, trying to avoid further disturbing the kids when I felt a hand on my shoulder. Expecting to see Kevin, Joe or one of my friends. I spoke before I saw who it was.
"'Bout time one of you came back!" I said as I turned. "I need a..."
"Drink?" He asked, with a smile. Oh my God, he was gorgeous - tall light-skinned black guy with a fresh haircut, beautiful white teeth and buff as hell - shoulders nearly as broad as he was tall. He wore a tight black t-shirt and some equally tight jeans. Yum.
"Yeah," I said slowly.
"Lemme guess," he smirked. "Vodka soda?" He winked.
"Ha!" I laughed. "That is usually my drink of choice when I'm not you know," I said, pausing to look down and rub my stomach. "Pregnant and what not."
"How 'bout just a soda then?" He offered.
"Yeah, that'd be great," I smiled. "Nothing with caffeine though!"
"Sprite it is," he smiled back. "Back in a sec."
"Thanks," I grinned as I watched him walk away.
His walk was more of a confident strut, his nice bubble butt was framed splendidly by his jeans. I noticed he had what looked like tribal tattoos down the back of his arms. He was delicious. And I was pregnant. Big, fat and pregnant.
Chapter 5:
"Who was he?" Kevin asked as he finally returned to the table, sweating slightly from dancing.
"Who was who?"
"Who was who?" Kevin laughed. "That guy you were just talking to."
"Oh him," I shrugged. "I dunno. He just came up, I thought it was one of you guys at first so I said I needed a drink and he said he'd get it for me."
"He's kinda cute," Kev winked. "Just your type."
"Shut up," I hissed. "He's coming back!"
The still nameless guy walked toward us, two drinks in hand, a beer for himself and my Sprite.
"Here you go," he said, handing me my drink.
"Thanks," I nodded.
"Hey!" Kevin said standing up.
"Hey," he said, reaching out to shake hands. "Trey."
"Kevin," Kevin smiled. "And this guy with the beach ball attached to him is Ryan."
"Ryan," Trey nodded, reaching down to shake my hand. "Nice to meet you."
"You too," I grinned. "Take a seat," I said, indicating the empty chair next to me.
"Thanks," Trey said as he sat down. "So are you two..."
"Partners?" Kevin completed his question. "No but they are my kids," he said reaching over and patting my belly.
Kevin was pretty drunk at this point and I realized I had to take control of the situation quickly or risk Trey running for the hills.
"It's a little complicated," I said rolling my eyes.
"Not really," Kevin began, leaning forward to presumably start putting the details out there.
"Hey Kevin!" I said loudly, reaching over and grabbing his arm in a death grip. "I see a really cute girl over there who keeps looking at you. Why don't you go say hi?" I suggested with a forced smile.
As drunk as he was, Kevin got the point and excused himself from the table.
"So," I said slowly. "Guess you're curious what the situation is between me and that dofus huh?" I laughed nervously.
"A little," Trey admitted.
I filled Trey in on me and Kevin's history and how I had come to be pregnant.
"Man that's pretty complicated," he nodded. "But I think it's cool."
"Seriously?" I asked.
"Yeah," he grinned. "A little weird but it's cool. So twins huh?"
"Yep," I smiled, running a hand over my belly. "Lucky us."
"You come here a lot?" Trey asked.
"Oh yeah all the time!" I laughed, rolling eyes. "Actually I did before I got pregnant. This place is pretty cool."
"Glad you think that," Trey smiled.
"Why's that?"
"I own the place," Trey grinned
"What? No way!" I laughed. "That's so cool!"
"Thanks," Trey nodded. "It's not too bad of a gig if I do say so myself. Keeps the bills paid. So what do you do?"
"Besides being a human incubator," I joked. "I'm a lawyer. Practice business law."
"You a smart one huh?" Trey laughed. "Guess you ain't one of those barefoot and pregnant types then?"
"No sir, thank you very much," I laughed. "I may have gotten myself into a little predicament 8 months ago but I'm usually pretty smart."
"Cool, cool," Trey nodded. "That's what's up though, a smart, fine ass man like yourself. I like a guy with beauty and brains."
Oh my gosh... Was he hitting on me?!?
"Haha, thanks," I giggled.
"So you having fun tonight?"
"Yeah," I nodded. "Even got out on the dance floor a few times but I'm getting a little tired now."
"Think I can coax one more dance outta ya?" Trey asked, raising an eyebrow.
"If it's a good song," I smirked.
"Well it just so happens I know the DJ so I'll get him to spin something good."
Trey helped me up and I followed him to the DJ booth. He cleared a wide path for me which I was grateful of, I already had enough elbows to the belly nowadays.
He jumped up on a speaker box and motioned for the DJ who came over to him. After a quick word in the DJ's ear, he hopped down and came back to me.
"When this song's done, he's gonna slow it down a bit," he grinned. "Don't want you too tired out yet," he winked.
I just giggled back, like a little school girl. Hey - it had been awhile since anyone hit on me, give me a break.
The current song ended and the DJ announced that he was slowing it down, and for all the couples to get out on the floor. What the heck had Trey requested?
"Sex Therapy" by Robin Thicke was the answer. Oh my gosh... Could he have picked a more sexually charged song?
Trey grabbed my hand and pulled me out to the middle of the dance floor. All eyes were on me but right now I didn't care. The only eyes I cared about were his and they were looking deep into mine as we swayed to the beat.
Trey put one hand on my shoulder and wrapped the other around the side of my waist. My belly jutted out between us, leaving our actual bodies a good 2 feet apart. I'm sure I looked ridiculous and I should've been embarrassed but I wasn't. This fine, handsome, not to mention nice guy was holding me tight, dancing with me to a hella sexy song and I was loving it.
Lucky for me my belly put more than enough space between us for Trey not to feel my raging hard on. Like I said, it had been awhile. In fact, I hadn't gotten any action from anyone sexual, dating or otherwise since I found out I was pregnant so I was gonna eat this up as long as I could, even if it was only for one dance.
Chapter 6:
The song ended too soon for my liking but it was probably best. Even dancing slowly was taxing to me now. My feet and back were aching and ready for me to go home and get in bed.
Once more Trey cleared the way for me as we returned to our table. Kevin was there, whispering in a girl's ear, both of them giggling drunkenly.
"Oh hey guys!" Kevin waved as we approached. "This is Stephanie."
We made our introductions, Trey standing next to me, arm around my waist, rubbing the small of my back.
"Sorry to be a party pooper guys but I'm ready to go home," I said.
"No prob," Kev nodded. "So are we."
Kevin and Stephanie stood and finished their drinks quickly then started making out. They were gonna have fun tonight it seemed.
"Trey," I said turning to him. "It was really nice meeting you tonight."
"Same," he said, eyeing me up and down slowly. "Made my night."
"Now comes the fun part," I said, rolling my eyes. "Getting this guy home," I said, nodding in Kevin's direction.
"Looks like he's gonna have some company," Trey laughed.
"Yeah," I laughed back. "So easy for him, it's not fair. I'd like to see him pick someone up carrying this around," I smirked, rubbing my belly.
"Worked for you," Trey smiled, placing a hand on my belly.
"What do you mean?"
"I mean you got me," Trey grinned. "You mind if I come with?"
"Oh, yeah!" I said, surprised that Trey wanted to continue our evening. "That'd be cool."
Kev and I found Joe and the others and said good bye while Trey went off to tell his staff he was leaving. When our respective duties were done, Trey led us out a side door which conveniently led right to the alley where the car was. Kevin and Stephanie headed right for the back seat where they continued their make out session while Trey helped me into the driver's seat.
"I feel bad you've gotta drive," Trey said once he was in the car. "I'd offer to drive but I've had a few drinks."
"It's no problem," I assured him. "Being pregnant kind of makes you automatic DD," I laughed. "I've gotten so many calls over the last several months from Kev, drunk off his ass, asking for a ride home."
"Hey!" Kevin called from the back seat. "I heard that!"
"You were supposed to!" I yelled back playfully.
"You guys are a trip," Trey laughed. "So," he said quietly, leaning closer to me. "You think he told Stephanie about you?"
I looked back in the rear view mirror at Kevin who had resumed his mouth attack on Stephanie. Poor girl.
"I dunno," I shrugged. "Probably not. Doesn't seem like they've been doing a whole lotta talking."
I pulled out of the alley and headed home. On the way Trey and I talked, getting to know each other more. He was 29, a year younger than me, he liked working out which was easy to see, and along with owning Town, he owned a couple of restaurants in the city.
"I've got a great management staff," he explained. "They really run the business for me which lets me do my real job, finding the next 'it' place, buying it and getting it running."
"Well it seems like you've got an eye for picking out great places to invest in," I said. "I've been to both of your restaurants and they're definitely 2 of my favorites."
"Mmmhmm," he nodded. "You're just saying that. Trying to get me buttered up."
"And why would I do that?"
"'Cause you jealous," he grinned.
"Of what?"
"Of them," he said, nodding back toward Kevin and Stephanie. "I see you keep looking back there watching them kiss. You know you want a kiss too."
"From Kev?" I laughed. "No way. He sucks at kissing, I would know. Plus I'm sure his breath's all nasty right now."
"Not from Kevin," Trey laughed. "From me."
"I know," I chuckled. "So you think I want a kiss from you?"
"I think so," he nodded.
"Eh," I shrugged. "Maybe. Just a little."
"Just a little?" Trey asked, pretending to be offended. "Fine then you can wait."
"Fine," I agreed.
"Wouldn't want you to lose control of the car anyway," Trey shrugged. "Crash into a tree or something."
"It'd be that good huh?"
"You'll just have to wait and see."
"Fine by me," I played along. "Give you some time to really prepare. Back your words up."
"Oh I will, don't worry."
"I'm not worried," I said. "I've got more important things to worry about."
"Oh yeah? Like what?"
"Like getting home and to the bathroom before I piss myself!" I laughed. "That's sexy right? Probably shouldn't have said that out loud."
"It's all good," Trey smirked. "It comes with the territory I know," he said, reaching over and rubbing my belly. Chapter 7:
"About time you woke up!" I said to Kevin as he shuffled into the kitchen where Trey and I were finishing our breakfast.
"Morning," Kevin groaned.
"Is your little friend still around?" I asked.
"Sarah? Yeah she's here," Kevin said, taking a seat across from us.
"Wasn't it Stephanie you brought home?" Trey asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Oh shit! It is Stephanie!" Kevin said, running his hands through his messy hair. "Good catch man," he nodded at Trey.
"No prob," Trey smiled. "And I'm Trey in case you don't remember."
"Leave him alone," I said, playfully swatting at Trey.
"Yeah Trey," Kevin said, emphasizing the name. "Leave me alone. I'm still drunk and I hardly got any sleep. Stephanie kept me up all night but I'm not complainin'!"
"Gross," I said, pretending to gag. "I really didn't need to know that."
"Oh whatever," Kevin laughed. "It's not like you guys didn't do the same thing."
Trey looked over at me and we just laughed.
"Actually we didn't," Trey said.
"Yeah right," Kevin scoffed. "I don't believe that for one second. Ryan was so ready to jump your bones last night man."
"It's true," I confirmed. "We didn't do anything, I was tired and Trey's a gentleman. We just slept."
"Oh come on," Kevin pushed. "You didn't do anything?"
"Why you so curious?" Trey asked. "Kinda sounds like you might not have gotten enough last night yourself."
"Oh I got plenty," Kevin assured us. "I just wanna know what you're exposing my kids to that's all!"
"Oh my gosh Kev," I said, rolling my eyes. "It's not like they can see anything! All we did was kiss anyway!"
Speaking of which - the kiss. Trey was right. He was a good kisser. I dunno if it was 'cause I haven't been kissed in such a long time, the hormones or what but it was good. And I had so wished we could've done more but I was just too tired. My body just wasn't used to being up on my feet for so long anymore. Trey had been really nice about it though and just went to sleep with his arm draped over me, which was almost as good at sex to me at that point. Almost.
"So what's on the agenda for today?" Kevin asked.
"You and I have a lamaze class in an hour," I reminded Kevin.
"Fuck man," Kevin groaned. "I completely forgot. I dunno if I'm up for that today."
"Tough luck dude," I said, shaking my head. "But you're not getting out of it. I can't go without a partner."
"I'll be your partner," Trey offered.
"No," I said. "I can't ask you to do that, it's Kev's responsibility."
"I really wouldn't mind," Trey assured me. "My day's completely open."
I looked from Trey to Kevin and back. I really didn't know what to do. I didn't want to let Kevin off the hook by not making him take me to the class but then again I wanted to spend more time with Trey. Then again (again) I didn't really know how I felt about Trey taking me to class and being my partner. Sure, we'd just slept together but I didn't know what our situation was, I'd just met the guy less than 24 hours ago!
"It's up to you Ry," Kevin said. "I'll go if you want me to."
"You should want to go," I pointed out to him. I was pissed he'd put me in this situation.
"I do want to go," Kevin said. "I just completely forgot about it and drank way too much to be anything other than a barely functioning zombie today. I'm sorry."
"Really Kevin!" I said forcefully. "You've gotta grow up! This is serious, we've got twins coming practically anytime now, do you understand that?"
"I get it," he said quietly. "I'm sorry."
I sighed, I couldn't stay mad at him. I turned to Trey and smiled. "Sorry 'bout that little outburst there. If you really wouldn't mind I'd be so grateful if you filled in for Kevin today. And so would he."
"I would," Kevin agreed.
"It's no prob," Trey grinned.
"You sure? Like really sure?" I asked, raising my eyebrows. "I don't want you to feel like you have to or anything. I'll drag Kevin there by his hair if I have to."
"He would!" Kevin confirmed.
"I'm sure Ryan," Trey nodded, reaching out and putting his hand on my arm.
"Well in that case, we gotta go!" I said. Chapter 8:
"I really appreciate this," I said as I waddled ahead of Trey into the local community center where I took my lamaze class.
"No sweat," Trey said. "Like I told you, I didn't have anything planned for today. I would've just been sitting at home, maybe worked out but nothing serious."
"Well you might just be getting in a work out today," I joked.
"Oh yeah?" Trey laughed. "Why? We goin' back to your place after this for a little bedroom action?"
"Ha!" I laughed. "We'll see about that. But you'll definitely get a workout helping down onto the floor, not to mention back up again," I said. "I sure hope these muscles are as strong as they look," I said, giving Trey's tattooed bicep a squeeze.
"Sure are!" Trey winked, flexing his arm beneath my touch.
We entered the classroom a few minutes before class started and I put my gym bag down on a nearby table. I had packed my bathing suit and one of the ones I wore before getting pregnant for Trey. I mentioned to him that I usually went for a swim after class and he said he was down for that.
"Hey Ryan!" Said Will, a friend I had made at lamaze class as he waddled up to me. He was expecting a baby girl with his partner Simon and he was due a few days before me.
"Hey Will!" I smiled. "Good to see you!"
"Where's Kev?" He asked as he looked over at Trey.
"Don't get me started," I groaned. "He's at home, hung over with some girl he picked up at Town last night."
"Straight guys," Will sighed, shaking his head. "I dunno how you put up with him," he laughed, still glancing over at Trey. "Hi, I'm Will," he said, sticking his hand out for Trey.
"I'm sorry," I said, patting Trey on the back. "This is Trey. He volunteered to fill in for Kevin this morning."
"That was nice of you!" Will smiled. "That's my partner over there on the floor," Will said, pointing Simon out to Trey. "You guys wanna sit next to us?"
"Sure," Trey nodded. "I'll go save our spot and introduce myself to Simon," he said to me.
"Thanks, I'll be over in a minute," I smiled.
"Ok," Will, said, grabbing onto my shoulder as soon as Trey was out of earshot. "Dish! How do you know him?"
"I met him last night, at Town," I said, watching Trey introduce himself to Simon.
"You went to Town last night?" Will asked, sounding slightly shocked.
"Yeah, it was a friend's birthday," I explained. "Anyway, long story short, Trey came up to me, we started talking, danced and then he came home with me," I shrugged.
"Oh my gosh Ryan!" Will exclaimed. "That's so crazy! And now he's your lamaze partner!"
"I know," I laughed. "What can I say? I move fast!"
"So how was the sex?" Will asked. "Isn't sex so different when you're so big?"
"I wouldn't know actually," I giggled. "You tell me."
"You mean you guys didn't do it?"
"I was really tired last night so we ended up just talking and made out for awhile and then just went to bed," I explained.
"I'm surprised Trey didn't jump your bones," Will chuckled. "I know Simon wants it all the time now. He just can't get enough of me all big and pregnant!"
Will was big. Although I didn't know him before being pregnant, I could tell he was usually pretty skinny. All of the weight he gained went straight to his belly, no where else. His stomach was only slightly smaller than mine and he was only carrying one!
"Alright everyone!" The teacher called from the front of the room. "Let's get started!"
Will and I waddled over to our respective partners who had been talking to each other. They each jumped up quickly and helped us lower ourselves to the floor.
"Damn," Trey grunted slightly as he took his place behind me. "You ARE pretty heavy. You weren't kidding about giving me a workout!"
"You're complaining already?" I joked, nudging him in his chest.
The class was informative - we went over some new breathing techniques and practiced them before watching a short film that demonstrated stretching techniques. I was a little embarrassed that Trey was here seeing this with me, I mean come on, most guys like an ass to be nice and tight and now he knew I'd have to loosen mine up to get ready for delivery. The film explained the importance of having a partner to help with the stretching. This would be interesting to bring up to Kevin...
"Hey," Trey whispered in my ear. "Can we try that when we get home?"
I turned around slightly so I could look at him. I must've looked surprised. "What?" He shrugged.
"You want to help me stretch my hole?" I asked. I had to laugh (quietly as we were in class).
"Yeah," he nodded.
"Seriously?"
"I'm serious," he grinned. "Can't you tell?"
That's when I felt it. His erection, which felt very big to me, pressing up between my ass.
"Oh I can tell," I grinned, turning back around to watch the film. Chapter 9:
After class, Simon and Will joined Trey and I for a swim. I had always loved the water but even more so now that I was so large. It was a great to feel almost normal again when I got in the water. Much of the weight and strain was taken off my back and my feet and I could move around without much difficulty.
After our swim we headed back to the locker room to change. Will and I each grabbed one of the over-sized towels reserved for us over-sized pregnant guys. Trey reached out and felt my towel and frowned.
"What?" I asked.
"Yours is much softer than mine!" He whined.
"And?" I asked playfully.
"That's not fair!" He protested.
Simon laughed. "Consider yourself lucky Trey. You're getting into this late into the game. I've had almost 9 months of Will always getting the better of everything!"
"What's that supposed to mean?" Will asked, smacking Simon on the back.
"Nothing honey," Simon chuckled rolling his eyes.
I couldn't help but sneak some glances at Trey as he got dressed. His body was truly beautiful. He had missed a few drops of water here and there and they caught the light, making his muscles (which he had a lot of) look even bigger and even more appealing. It took a lot of mental effort not to jump him right then and there in the locker room. Probably the only thing that stopped me was the fact that Will and Simon were right there.
When we were all dressed we headed to our cars, Simon and Trey walking ahead as Will and I waddled behind them. Will and I set up a lunch date for later the next week. He wanted to be kept up to date on Trey. Nosy...
We were heading back to my place when Trey's phone rang. He answered it and listened intently, he didn't look happy. "I'll be over in a little bit," he said as he hung up.
"That didn't sound too good," I said.
"It's not," he said tersely. "The head chef at one of my places just quit. There's a huge wedding reception tonight and the kitchen staff is freaking out. I gotta go over there and get everything back on track."
"So no sex huh?" I joked.
"Oh there's gonna be sex," Trey laughed. "I'm gonna give it to you good, just not today," he said with a frown. "Can you wait?"
"It's been over 8 months," I shrugged. "I think I can wait another day or 2."
"I'll make it up to you," Trey promised. "Can you take me over to Town? My car's there."
"Sure," I nodded, changing my route.
I pulled up in front of Town and Trey opened his door. "I'll call you later," he smiled, leaning in to kiss me.
"Ok," I nodded. "Good luck. I know you'll get everything taken care of."
"I hope so!" He sighed as he got out.
I started to pull away when I saw Trey running after me waving his arms like crazy. I immediately stopped and rolled down the window.
"What's the matter?" I asked.
"Your number!" Trey said, panting slightly. "I don't have it!"
In all the craziness that happened over the last day, we'd never exchanged information. I had to laugh.
Once we had each other's numbers and one more kiss, I was on my way once again.
I waddled into the condo and found Kevin laying on the couch watching golf.
"How was class?" He asked.
"It was good," I sighed, taking a seat next to him. "Trey did a good job filling in for you," I said, reaching over and poking him in his side.
"I'll thank him again when I see him next," Kevin said. "By the way, where is he?"
"He had to go into one of the restaurants," I said. "The head chef quit and there's a wedding reception tonight so the staff was freaking out," I explained.
"That sucks," Kevin said. "So did I miss anything at class?"
"We went over a few new breathing techniques," I said as I reached for my bag. "And then we went over stretches."
"What kind of stretches?" Kevin asked.
"This kind," I said, tossing the DVD the teacher had given each of us to Kevin.
"Anal Stretching - Preparing For Your Labor," Kevin read. "Yuck."
"You need to watch that and then we need to start doing them every night," I explained.
"Can't you get Trey to help you with that?" Kevin winced.
"He offered," I laughed "And I might just let him but if for whatever reasons he's not available, you need to step up to the plate. We're in this together, remember?"
"Yeah but I thought you said you didn't want me anywhere near your ass anymore?" Kevin laughed.
"I said, I don't want you in my ass anymore," I clarified.
"Well won't I be?"
"Not your dick! Just watch the thing will you? And pay attention! It's important you do it right or my ass could be out of commission for a long time or even permanently damaged," I explained.
"We couldn't have that could we? You little bottom boy!" Kevin laughed.
"Watch it dude!" I warned. "So where's your little friend?"
"She went home," Kevin sighed.
"All good times must come to an end," I said, patting him on the back.
"She was a really good time," he sighed again, obviously thinking about the fun he'd had the night before.
"Gross," I laughed. Chapter 10:
"If no one else has any comments I think that wraps everything up," my boss said. No one said anything so the meeting was adjourned.
With a grunt, I heaved myself out of my chair and waddled back to my office. The countdown had begun - this was my last week at work before my paternity leave kicked in and I was already counting the hours left, let alone the days.
I was also counting the days since I had last seen and heard from Trey. It was already Wednesday and I hadn't heard anything from him since I'd last seen him Saturday afternoon. I myself hadn't made any effort to contact him, that just wasn't my style - especially after he made it clear in my book that he would be contacting me. I chalked up our meeting to a chance encounter - a brief respite from my pregnant reality and I was beginning to reluctantly be fine with that.
I reached my office and gratefully eased myself down into my chair. I began going over notes from the meeting I had just been in when my secretary, Janet came to the door.
"Hey Ryan," she smiled. Something was up - Janet rarely smiled, it just wasn't in her nature. While she was nice, she was more efficient and cold (in a business sense) so her smile let me know to expect something unexpected. "You have a visitor."
"Did they give you a name?' I asked. "Is it a client?"
"He didn't give a name and I don't think it's a client since I haven't seen him before," Janet said. "And he has flowers."
"Flowers?" I asked.
"Flowers," she nodded.
"Ok," I said. "Show him in."
Janet nodded and left, closing the door behind her, giving me some time. My first thought was that it was Trey but I quickly tried to squash that idea, reminding myself that it had been 4 days since I had last heard from him. But who else would be coming to see me with flowers?
There was a knock at the door. I didn't bother to get up, rather just called for whoever to come in. The door swung open and all I saw at first were flowers. It was the biggest bouquet I had ever seen - roses of every color, lilies, hydrangea, Gerber daisies - it was gorgeous. As the huge bouquet cleared the door, I finally saw its bearer, Trey. Chapter 11:
"Knock, knock!" Trey said sheepishly as he emerged from behind the massive bouquet.
"Trey," I said, as I smoothed my tie down over the bulge of my belly. It tended to ride and bunch up unless I made sure it was in its proper place. I started to make the effort to stand but Trey stopped me.
"Don't get up," he said, holding a hand out. "You look like you're comfortable."
"Looks can be deceiving," I chucked. "I don't remember the last time I was really comfortable."
"Here," he said, coming closer to the desk to hand me the bouquet. "These are for you."
"Thanks," I said, accepting the flowers. It took both hands to support their weight. Now that the bouquet was out of his hands I could really get a good look at Trey and he looked good. Damn good. He was wearing another tight pair of jeans and a tight, black shirt, over which he wore a tan sports coat that fit his wide shoulders like a glove.
"I would've gotten a vase but the damn lady at shop was taking her sweet time as it was," he said, looking down at the floor.
"They're beautiful," I smiled. Damn, he was winning me back over already. I needed to keep my emotions in check before I just folded for him. "A vase would've been nice though."
"I know," he sighed. "I just couldn't wait to come see you. You think your secretary could scrounge up a vase?"
"Janet could scrounge up the Titanic if I needed her to," I chuckled. I quickly rang out to Janet and told her I needed a vase. She quickly entered my office and took the flowers, promising to return shortly with them arranged in said vase.
"So," I said slowly once Janet had left.
"Look Ryan," Trey said, taking a seat across from me. "I'm sorry for not calling you or texting or anything for the last few days."
"It's cool," I said a little too quickly, but that was my point.
"No it ain't cool," Trey said, leaning forward. "It was real shitty of me not to contact you for so long," he said, looking back down at the floor. Damn he was cute. There's something really sexy about a guy who's usually so powerful and forward being shy and bashful.
"I got the hint," I said with a slight shrug.
"The hint?" Trey asked, slightly louder than he had been with his previous statement.
"Don't feel pity for me," I began, raising my own voice a little. "I can take the hint when someone's not interested."
"Ryan," Trey said, standing from his chair. "I've done nothing but think of you every free second I've had over the last few days!"
"Oh really?" I scoffed.
Trey's response was temporarily interrupted by Janet returning to my office with the flowers. If it was possible, they looked even better in the vase.
"Seriously baby," he said, leaning over my desk.
"Since when am I baby?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Since the moment I saw you," Trey grinned.
"Oh please," I said, rolling my eyes. I may have rolled my eyes but really I was eating up every word he said.
"Ryan," Trey said, leaning even closer in. "When I saw you in the club, I was hooked."
"You're a belly chaser aren't you?" I asked.
"A what?"
"A belly chaser," I repeated. "A guy who's just into a belly on a guy."
"No!" Trey said, shaking his head. "I mean I think you're super sexy with that baby belly you've got but that's not what attracted me to you..."
"So what is it?" I interrupted.
"You gonna let me finish?" Trey asked, now raising his own eyebrow. When I didn't respond he continued. "That's what I thought. It's not your belly I'm attracted to, well not entirely," he admitted. "I'm attracted to you and your personality not to mention that without that belly or even with that belly, but with my babies inside you," he said, taking a step from behind the other side of my desk to get closer to me. "That you'd be even cuter."
"Well," I said swallowing. "You could've called."
"I should've called," Trey corrected me. "And I'm sorry. Things just went out of control at the restaurant after the chef quit on me and I was stressed out and in a bad mood and the last thing I wanted to do was talk to you or see you when I was stressed. You've already got a lot on your plate at the moment. Even still it was selfish of me to do and I'm sorry."
"Are you?" I asked as he came closer.
"I am," he nodded. He was now standing right in front of me and my belly. He tentatively reached a hand out and placed it on my orb, moving my tie from its place. "You gonna stay mad at me?" He asked as he ran his hand slowly and tenderly over my stomach 'til he reached one of my pecs and gave a squeeze. "Or you gonna let me make it up to you?"
I didn't answer, rather pulled him down to me by the back of his head and began making out. Chapter 12:
Trey finally came up for air, breaking what was probably a record breaking long kiss. "I guess you ain't mad at me anymore," he grinned.
"Don't get ahead of yourself buddy," I said, wagging a finger. "But you're on the right track now to getting back into my good graces."
"Well that's a start," he said, still grinning. "And don't worry, I plan on making it up to you completely."
"Oh yeah?" I questioned. "How's that?"
"Well," he said, putting a hand out to help me up. "For starters, you're off starting now."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean your paternity leave officially starts right now," he smiled.
"But I'm supposed to work 'til Friday," I began. "I've got stuff I need to finish up."
"Don't worry about it," Trey said, still smiling. "I took care of it."
"You what?" I asked, allowing Trey to help me up.
"I took care of it," he repeated. Now that I was standing he wrapped both arms around my waist, slowly pulling his hands forward and rubbing them over my stomach. "I talked with your boss," he said. I could tell he was trying not to laugh at what must've been the shocked face I had.
"And?" I asked tentatively.
"And you're off for the next 3 months staring oh um," he said glancing down at his watch. "As of 3 minutes ago."
"But," I began.
"But nothing baby, I took care of it," Trey said, raising an eyebrow. "You trust me?"
"Yeah, I do," I sighed. "This is just a lot to take in so if I'm a little weird don't be upset but I was ready to write you off after not hearing from you for almost a week."
"I know and like I said, I'm sorry," he said, leaning in over my belly (which his hands were still on) to kiss me. "I'm not gonna do that to you again."
"Promise?" I asked. "'Cause I'm an emotional, almost 9 month pregnant mess right now. You know what you're getting into?"
"I think I've got a clue," Trey chuckled. "I mean I've never been with someone pregnant but I think I know what to expect."
"Ok," I said, slowly looking around my office. "So I'm off," I repeated more for myself than anything else. "For 3 months, starting now."
"Yep," Trey nodded.
"It's so weird," I said, looking at Trey. I knew this time was coming but now that it's here, it's hitting me that I won't have to come in to the office for 3 whole months!"
"I think you'll have some other things that will keep you occupied," Trey smiled, patting my belly.
"Well yeah," I laughed. "And let's not forget you!"
"You better not!" Trey laughed back.
"So," I said looking around the office again. "Everything's taken care of?"
"Yessir," Trey nodded.
"So I can just go? And not come back for 3 months and not worry about anything once I walk out the door?"
"Yep, that's right."
"How did you do that?" I asked Trey.
"I'm now a client of your law firm," Trey grinned. "And I requested to work specifically with you."
"But I'm going to be off," I said.
"I know," Trey said, continuing to grin. "So I requested you starting today through Friday, and then again once you return and I told your boss that I would need your services completely to myself for the next 2 days until your leave officially kicks in, which he agreed to and I'm giving you these two days off on one condition," he said, raising an eyebrow.
"And what's that?" I asked.
"That you spend them with me," Trey smiled sheepishly. Suddenly once again, that confidence was gone and he looked like a helpless little puppy.
"I think I can agree to that," I smiled. "But I have one condition as well." Trey looked at me to continue. "That you don't get to ditch me no matter what comes up. At least for these 2 days."
"Deal," Trey nodded.
"Then deal," I grinned. "And!" I said, poking him in the chest. "That means no BlackBerry, no email, no phone calls no nothing. Can you handle that?"
"Fo' sure!" Trey smiled. "I don't even get service where we're going."
"Where's that?" I asked, as I allowed Trey to lead me out of my office.
"To the beach!" Chapter 13:
"So where are we going?" I asked Trey as I waddled next to him toward the parking garage.
"The beach," Trey grinned at me as he opened the passenger door of his Navigator for me and helped me in.
"I know that," I said as I eased myself into the seat as Trey handed me the seat belt. "Which one?"
"You'll see soon enough," Trey smirked as he walked around and got behind the wheel.
"Oh shit I forgot about my car!" I said as Trey pulled out of the spot.
"Kevin's gonna come by and pick it up later," Trey explained.
"So Kev's in on this huh?"
"Yeah he gave me some help," Trey nodded. "Much as I'd like to be able to take full credit for this I had some help."
"I need to go by the condo and get some clothes," I realized.
"Nope," Trey smirked. "Got that covered. I swung by earlier and Kevin helped me back a bag for you. It's in the back," he said, nodding toward the back of the car.
"Wow," I nodded. "You really thought of everything didn't you?"
"I hope I did," Trey laughed.
"So where are we going?" I asked again, smoothing my tie back over the front of my belly.
"The Outer Banks," Trey said as he pulled onto the highway.
"I've never been," I said. "But I've heard it's really nice."
"It is," Trey nodded. "And it's only a couple hours drive."
"Sounds perfect," I grinned. Chapter 14:
"I'm surprised you were able to book such a nice house on such short notice," I said as Trey helped me out of the car.
We'd just arrived in the small village of Corolla in North Carolina's Outer Banks. Being early July, it was prime beach time so how Trey had managed to book an ocean front home on such short notice was a mystery to me.
"It's my house," Trey explained. Mystery solved.
"You own this place?" I asked as I waddled up the stairs to the door.
"Sure do," he confirmed.
"And you don't rent it out?"
"Nah," he said. "I like to be able to come out here whenever I want. If I rented it out I couldn't do that."
"It sure is nice," I smiled as he unlocked the door.
"Glad you think so," Trey grinned. "It isn't too shabby if I do say so myself."
Trey gave me a quick tour of the house, ending with the master bedroom on the second floor.
"And here's our room," he said as he opened the door to the master suite.
"What makes you think I'm sleeping with you?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. "Oh," Trey paused. "Um well you know..." He fumbled.
"Baby I'm kidding," I grinned, grabbing him for a hug.
"Damn," he sighed. "Had me worried for a sec!"
"The only thing you should be worried about right now is what you're gonna feed me," I laughed.
"Oh I'll take care of that," Trey grinned, kissing me on the lips. "Let me go get the bags and then we'll go get something to eat. Ain't no food in the house yet, we'll have to go to grocery store after dinner."
"Sounds good. I'm starving so hurry up!"
"Yes sir!" Trey saluted, bounding down the stairs to get the bags.
