Dr.Olla found that Mr.Black was at 6CM dialated.
"You have 4CM to go till you begin to push. I'm going to check on another one of my patients.

Dr.Harper went into Susan McKittrick's suite to find Susan in mid contraction and pushing.

Susan with help from Dr.Harper and the nurse put her legs into the stirupps.
Dr.Harper examined her cervix and found she was at 9.9 CM.

Susan pushed down and with two pushes delivered the head.
"I have the head & shoulders let me just clean the mouth and nose out".

Dr.Harper went to Suite 11 to check on his patient.

AJ attempts to but is hit with a severely sttong contraction which making him grab his burgoning belly "It hurts tooo much help me ooooooooghghgggg"
Dr.Harper and the attending nurse place AJ's legs into the striupps of the special birthing bed then then nurse puts a pair of gloves onto Dr Harper.
"AJ I'm going to check your rectum to see how far you've come" Dr.Harper checks his patient's rectum to
find he's at 9.8CM.

"You're coming along very nicely only 1.2CM to go let you belly contract don't fight them I say you're going to deilver in about forty minutes. I'll return when I'm paged then I'll help to deliver you."

Dr.Harper heads to Suite 7,where Susan Moore-Tripp is
"I'm here to check you out Susan how are you feeling?"
"It's getting uncomfortable and my back's hurting" Susan said just she was hit with a major contraction

Dr Harper put a gloved hand up into Susan's cervix and he felt what was going on. Her cerivx was really swollen and she was getting ready to deliver again.
"Susan you're almost there just about another 45 mintues till you can begin to push down.I know it's getting really unfomfortable but soon you'll have your child."
"Owwwweeeahhh it's hurting"Susan screamed grabbing her belly.
"Susan now let your belly contractions do the work and open up your hips/pelvis to it's widest point don't fight them let them happen the sooner you don't fight them the sooner your baby will be borne".

"Chris I'm going to check you out to see how you're doing if I see that any of the babies are in distress I'm scheduling you for an emergency C-section even if you've delivered two children rectally. Do you understand I know you wanted to deliver all of them rectally to show "you could do it" but this may not be possible."

"Alright Alicia push the shoulders out Zach's sucking is opening up your vagina"
Alicia bore down and the shoulders slipped out.

With the next contraction and Paul's kiss Alicia delivered her third daughter.

Dr.Olla entered Paul Ortiz's Suite to find Mr.Ortiz in extreme pain."nurse how far apart are his pains?"
"Dr.Olla they're 3minutes apart and he's beginning to crown"
"Thank you nurse Paul I'm going to check you out and see how far you're progressing"
"OOOOOOAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHH" Paul Ortiz moaned in the Birthing bed.

Dr.Olla put a gloved hand under the draped area and checked Paul Olla's rectum.
"Paul your next baby is about to be born it's head is at the opening of your rectum.Now on your next contraction I want you to bear down hard as you can and deliver the head "
Paul Ortiz grabbed his belly and took a really deep breath in "UUUCCCHHHH".

Paul panted trying to regain some strenth/air from the pushing.
The nurse put an oxygen mask on Paul to help him breath."Thank you" he mouthed.
"OOooooggghhh ummmmm awwww" he moaned as another contraction cut into his belly/back.
"Now bear down again and let deliver the shoulders"
"UUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMUUUGGGGGAAAAAAAAHHHHH"
"Again bear down again real hard this time!"
Paul bore down with all of his might and pushed that shoulders out and also half of the body.
"Very nice Paul the shoulders are out as is half the body. I'd say that in the next 45 minutes you'll have your third child."
"It will be that long till I finish delivering this child?"
"Nurse let me have Mr.Ortiz's first son please"
The nurse brought Paul's first son over to the bed handing him to Dr.Olla.
"Now let your first son nurse and he'll help deliver his brother/sister".
Dr.Olla helped Paul to make sure the baby was attached to Paul's nipple then they let little Roberto suckle.
Once little Roberto got his fill his father pushed the rest of his little sister out of him.
"The baby's out let's clean her up".
"I want to see her bring her here please".
"I want you to meet Maria Therese Elena Victoria Ortiz"
"Paul she is beautiful just look at those blue eyes and all that black hair"

Dr.Harper put a gloved hand under the draping and helped to deliver Haley's second child.
"You delivered a son do you want to see him?"
"I want to get some rest before I do this again"
"If that is the case then I'm going to deliver another patient's child I'll return here when I'm needed you rest regain your strenght and get to know your son!"
"THESE ARE NOT MY KIDS I'M GIVING THEM UP!"

Dr.Harper went into Chris Butler's room to see how he was doing and was pleased to find that Chris was crowing and he was ready to push at anytime!.
"Nurse Hall how far apart are his pains?"
"They're a minute and a half apart,he's fully effaced ready to push."
"Chris on you're next contraction I want you to bear down really hard with all of the strength you've got"
As the next intense contraction slammed into Chris Butler's still extremely swollen belly he bore down with all of his strength OOOOOOGGGGGHHHHH.
"Again Chris bear down with all the strength in you".
"OOOOOOUUUGGGGHHH UUUUMMMMM ooooooooooahhhhh get it out it's burning UUUUUMMMMMGGGGHHHH"Chris struggled to get the head out of his body.
"One more huge push now come on you can do this"
Chris bore down with all of his mite and pushed the head out.
"The head's clear now let me clear out the nose/mouth"
"Now bear down and deliver the shoulders"Dr.Harper said but he then screamed "Stop the cords's around the upper body and it needs to be cleared".
Dr.Harper slipped a gloved hand into Chris's rectum
gently clearing the cord from the baby's body/upper chest..
