"Dr.Harper report to Suite 1"
"Dr.Olla report to suite 3"

Dr.Olla went to see how Paul Ortiz was progressing with baby number 4.
At last look Paul Oritz was at 6CM 80% effaced.
"Ok Paul I'm here let's see how far you've progressed so far. Nurse I need to see his
chart please how is he doing?
"He's coming along nicely, he's 94% effaced with 6% to go"
The doctor read Paul's chart then asked for a pair of laytex gloves.
"Ok Paul I'm going toperform a you a rectal exam to see how your doing now take a breath in" "Euuuucccchhhhhhh" Paul sucked in a big breath
"OOOOOAAAGGGGHHHuuuuuummmm that hurts! ouch." Paul moaned grabbing his belly."How much longer till I can push it really hurts"

"I can give you a Labour stimulating drug if you'd like? Just one word of warning it will make the rest of your Labours much more painful, the pains will be closer together and they it will seem like you will be having one child after the other without stopping?
It's up to you wether or not you have me admisister this drug to you"?
*Dr. Olla report to Suite Eight new patient admitted*
"Do you think you would want to do this? Think it over I'll return to find out your answer your after I check out this new patient.then we will talk."

In Suite 4 Dr. Frederick Harper was helping his daughter Alicia to deliver her last child
he'd go and check on AJ.Black when he was finished here.
Right now his presence here was more important then any of the othere patients.
"Alicaia the head out now let me clean out the nose & mouth and then will work on
getting the shoulders out ." As Federick Harper cleaned out the baby's mouth/nose
it gave it's first lusty cry "wwwwwwaaaahhhh wwwwaaaahhhh wwwaaahhhh".
"What a set of lungs ! this child  may have the lungs of an opera star?" he laughted.
"You really think so maybe Christine Moore could tell us"? Alicia laughed.
"Ooooooggggg hhhh that hurts better not do that" she said grabbing her belly.

"Now let's get crackin on those shoulders I need 5 more strong pushes to deliver
your last child my last grandchild. I know you've waited for this but Mother and I have
been waiting for this moment since you got married. Now PUSH with all your might".
Alicia bore down with all of her might in her and pushed "UUUUGGGGGHHHHHHuuuummmmmmmmmmmaaaauuuuuugggggghhhhhhhh".
"Alicia again harder this time now bear down".
"Mother can you please let me have little Frederika she's going to help deliver her
last little brother. Come her Frederika come help your mom out".

Elizabeth Harper gave her husband their grandchild and then took their daughter's
hand while the doctor made sure the baby was latched on to his mom.
"Alicia you know what is going to happen once she begins to feed you're going to get
really servere cramps but they're going to help in delivering the last child & the plecenta so get ready for some discomfort."

Little Fredericka began feeding sucking hard on her mom's left breast.
"uuuuccccchhhh uuuuucccchhhh uuuucccchhhhh uuuuuummmmmcccchhh" filled the
room and then Alicia said "I've got to push really bad again"
"Push down slow steady pushes half of this child is already born all you have to do is
to deliver the rest of him. So push down and let us meet our grandson!".
With a final hard push Alicia Victoria Henderson Harper Stewart deliverd her last son.
"Who wants to cut the cord? Paul it's your honour he's your son"
"Federick Alicia and I want to thank you and your colleuges for our family"
"Paul my collegues and I are only grateful we could help you out. I helped my daughter end years of heartache for both of you and for her mom & me".
"Now cut this little boy's cord and introduce me to my grandson".
As Paul Stewart cut the cord of his last son he introduced the baby.
"I'd like everyeone here to meet Master Alexander Henderson Hunter Harper Stewart"

Dr.Harper handed little Alexander off to the nurse to be cleaned up & weighted.
"Dr Harper your grandson weights in at 8.9oz, is 22" long. Congratualations to your
whole family I was honoured to be a part of this birth and all the others.
Thank you for letting me share in your family's good fortune".

"Dr.Harper you're wanted in Suite one stat"
"I'll be back after I check on Mr. Black".
"Paul Alicia you get acquainted with your children"

Now Dr.Harper went into to hallway before he went to see Mr.Ortiz and he cried.
He did so cause his parents and all of his medical traing enabled him to give his  beloved daugther and her husband the family they always wanted.....
Now back to business he thought as he headed to Mr.Ortiz's suite.
Time for celebrations later when his grandchildren would be baptised....

Dr.Olla went into Suite Eight to see his next patient.
"Hello nurse I'd like to see mr. Roberts chart please and can you fill me in on his vitals?"
"When was he brought down"?
"Dr.Olla Mr. Robert's is pregmant with identical twins 36-40 weeks and he's heavily
constipated and very uncomfortable. His doctors sent him down they think it would be
best for him to have a Labour inducing enema and that he be delivered asap"
He was brought  down about 20 minutes ago".
"Thank you nurse would you stand by I have to check him out before deciding upon
the proper course of treatment to admister"

"Hello Mr.Robert's I hear you're not feeling so well?"
"My bellys hurting and it's cramping badly"
"How long have you been having these cramps?"
"For about a day and a half"
"And when was your last bowel amovement? how many days ago was that?"
"My last bowel movement was last Sunday".
"Nurse I need to do a rectal".
Dr.Olla's nurse snapped a latex golve on his hand and he got ready to check the patient "Now take a deep breath in and hold it".
Dr.Olla put his hand up into Mr.Robert's rectum feeling inside of it.
"Nurse set up an ultrasound please I need to see the fetuses"

The doctor removed his hand and tossed his gloves into the trash.
"I've got to do a sonogram on you and then I decide if I'm going to give you an enema".
The nurse set up the ultrasound next to Mr.Robert's bed and then she put a huge glob of ultrasound gel on to Mr.Robert's greatly distended swollen abdomen.
Dr.Olla took a wide headed probe and drew it across his stomach a few times.
He didn't like what he saw as he made the last pass on his belly.

"Nurse prepare Mr.Roberts for a Labour inducing enema these twins must be born
as soon as possible"
"Doctor what's happening to me?" Why do I have to have an enema?"
"Gerry your babies are in some fetal distress and you're also constipated so we have to help you to releive yourself and to start you Laoburs and administering a special
enema will let us deliver you ."

Gerry Roberts lay back as the nurse and Dr. Olla prepared a special Labour inducing
enema using cold water and Oxycotcin in it. The dosage would be half water and
half oxycotcin in lacated ringers  making up 1 Quart solution and an inflateable Bardex
nozzle would be used to administer it  to the patient .
Dr.Olla helped Gerry to his left side while the nurse cleaned his rectum in prep for the
enema. Once ready Dr.Olla applied a large dollop of KY gelly on to Gerry's rectum
"I'm inserting the nozzel into your rectum and once it's in I'm going to turn on the
enema I'd really like it if you could stand up while it's being adminstered?"
"I can start it after the nozzel's insturted but you have to be laying down for that part"

Dr.Harper dried his eyes before entering Paul Ortiz's room.
"Mr.Ortiz do you need my serivces and have you decided what to do about having me
adminster the drugs ?"
"I'm really uncomfortable my belly's really contracting and I feel like I have to push"?
"nurse let me have a pair of gloves please?:"
Dr. Harper asked the attending nurse as to how Mr.Ortiz was progressing "MrOrtiz was at 6.5Cm the last time you checked him a half hour ago he was 85% effaced".
"Paul I'm going to check your progress now so breath in please"
Paul Ortiz took a few deep breaths in holding the last one while Dr.Harper checked his
rectum to see how he was doing. "You can push whenever you want you're at 10CM's"

Paul Ortiz took in a deep breath in a placing his chin down to his chest bore down with all his might and pushed....
"Again Paul another big push don't stop till you hear me tell you the head's out".
"OOOOOAAAAUUUGGGGHHHHH uuuuummmmoooooouuuuwwwweeee"
"just a bit more and the head will be out"

Paul bore down real hard and pushed with all his might "OOOOOOOWWWWAAAHHH"
"the head's out now take a few minutes while I clean the mouth & nose out then we"ll come back to this and deliver the shoulder's"



Meanwhile in Birthing Suite 8 Dr. Olla was about to insert a Bardex enema nozzel into
Mr.Gerry Robert's rectum but before he did he asked Mr.Robert's if thought he could
take the enema standidng up or lying down.
Mr.Robert's chose the prone position.
"Nurse would you please prepare the bed for me with plastic sheeting and help
Mr. Robert's onto his back and place his feet/legs into the stirrupps"
"Yes Dr.Olla I'll prepare the patient for you it will only be a few minutes".

Gerry Roberts was part of this Program due to the fact that he wanted to give his
partner something so special. And now the child born from their partnership would
forever be a reminder to Gerry of Phil West . Phil was diagnosed with cancer.
And they didn't know how much longer he'd live. But Phil would be alive to see their
children born and maybe he'd live till their first birthday?
Gerry closed his eyes and became one with his thoughts.

"Mr Roberts we're ready to begin can you scoot down to the bottom of the bed?
Once you do then I'll put the nozzel in place and we can begin the enema.
Once it enters your system it will begin to speed up your contractions and bring on
more intense pain and open your rectum allowing you to deliver these twins."

"I'm going to place the nozzle now take a deep breath in please then I want you to let it out slowly"


Dr.Olla placed the nozzel into  Mr.Robert's rectum 'I've placed the nozzel in just tell me
when I should flip the switch letting the solution do it's job" .
"Give me a minute to get used to the nozzle ok?"
"No problem we know it's unfomfortable and the the solution is only going to make things even worse pain wise once it kicks in".
"I'm going to throw the switch on the enema you're going to feel warm/cold feeling hit you belly"
Dr. Olla fliped the switch on the enema and then they waited for it to take effect on Gerry's two week
heavily gravid abdomen. When the solution hit his abdomen Gerry moaned in pain "Ooooah that hurts"
as he grabbed it rolling with the contractions that were slamming into his belly.

Dr.Olla diidn't know if the contractions were from the solution or from his belly going into Labour?
The only way this could be assertained was when Gerry had to releive himself.
And only half of the enema had run into his system. 
He still had to take in the other half ........

"Ok Paul you know what you have to do and on the next contraction I want you to push down HARD!"
Paul Ortiz brought his chin to his chest and bore down  and pushed "AAAAUUUUUGGGGHHHHHHOOOHHHUUUGGGHHHHHAAAAAOOOWWWWWEEEEE"
"Another push shoulder's are almost out two more hard pushes and you'll have delivered the body".
"AAAAAAUUUUUHHHHHMMMMAAGGGHHHH OOOOOOUUUUGGGGHHHH UUUUUMMMMM" Paul moaned as he pushed down reallly hard "Again  Paul" Dr.Olla  coached

"OOOOOAAAAAHHHHHUUUUUUUUMMMMMMAAAAAUUUU oooooaaaawoooosh" Paul moaned as he collasped back onto the bed gasping for air.
"The baby's out you have another son would you like to see him?"
"Let me have my son please?"
"Do you want to cut his cord?" 
"Can I ?" I'ld love to ."
"here you go now cut between the clips  and then we'll save his cord blood "

Paul Ortiz cut between the clips then the nurse took the baby and washed him up wiping the blood away
and putting a little tee shirt and his first diaper on him"Here's your son Mr.Ortiz"
"I'd like to introduce Stephan Antonio Enrique Valasquez Oritz".

Dr.Harper made a stop at the nurses station to get a progress report on what Suites
were "open/in use/vacated"
"My daughter's delivered all of her six babies. Please transfer her to a private room and see that there are two special cribs placed in the room for my grandchildren"
"Same for Dr. Brodsky he's to be transfered to a private room and he'll need 2 cribs"
"Pat Stern's delivered all of her children transfer her please"
"Alan Marsden needs to be transferred also"
"Please see to it that these Suites are cleaned and made ready for new patients"
"Now who do I have to see next?"
"report to Suite 5 Ms.Mckittrick's in intense pain"
"Dr.Harper Congratulations on the births of your grandchildren".
"Thank you nurse".

Dr.Harper came into Susan McKittrick's room just as she was slammed by a contraction.
"OOOOOOOWWWWWWAAAAGGGGHHHHHH I have to push it hurts". she moaned.
"Hello Susan let me check you out and see how far you've come?
Can you bring your butt down to the bottom of the bed ?"
"The nurse will help you to get situated in the stirrupps and I'll check you out"

Susan scooted down to the end of the bed then the nurse helped her position her
legs and feet laying a sheet acoss them to give her some privacy.
Dr.Harper's nurse snapped a pair of latex gloves onto his hands then put a glob of KY
gelly on them.
"Susan I'm going to examine you now so get ready for some pain?"
Dr.Harper stuck his hand into Susan throbbing uterus and announced" You can PUSH".."You're  at 10CM's."

"Susan on your next pain put your head to your chest-like this- and then bear down
HARD." "Also take a deep breath in an hold it for a count of 15 release it then repeat".
Susan brought her chin to her chest took in a deep breath in "UUUUCCHHHH aaauugghhhhuuuuuuuummmmmmm wooosh uuuuccchhh uuuuummmmm" over and over. It took Susan a solid hour of hard pushing till Dr.Harper announced "The head's out let me clean the mouth and nose" "Then we can work on the shoulder's".
Dr.Harper cleared the child's mouth/nose  of the nasty mucus and the child cried it's
first cry "Waaaaahhhh wwwaaahhh wwwaahhh".

"I've got to push again" Susan announced and bore down hard .
"OOOOOOUUUGGGGHHHH WOOOOAAAHHHHH IT REALLY HURTS get it out"
"Keep on pushing you're doing great . The shoulders are almost out"
"AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHHHH OOOOOOOOGGGGHHHHH UUUUUMMMPPPPPHHHAHH"

"The shoulders are out now let the baby's body rotate and you'll push out the rest of
the baby's body and his/her feet/legs" Take a few minutes to recover your strenght"

In another part of the Hospital Alicia Harper Stewart and her sextupluts were being
made comfortable while her husband and mother brought her clothes and suitcases.
"Oh this is nice "Elizabeth Harper announced as they came into a bright sunny South
facing room on the 5 floor.Paul Stewart wheeled his wife into the room and then he
helped her into bed giving her a huge kiss. "Thank you darling for making me a father"
The nurses wheeled in two triplet cribs and put one on each side of the bed.'
One crib had 2 boys/1 girl and the other had 2 girls/1 boy.

"I've got to push OOOOAAAHHH it hurts uuuuuummmmpppphhhhh AAAAAHHH"Susan moaned as she pushed the baby's body out.
"Susan you're the mother of a little girl would you like to meet her?"
"Let me see her I want my daughter".

Doctor Harper placed Susan McKittrick's first child onto her mother's belly,the little girl
looked up at her mother when Susan touched her daughter's cheek.
"Well hello  little one I've been waiting to meet you. I'm naming you after your grandmother, my Mother Elizabeth Veronica Mary Butler McKittrick"


In a private room Dr.Neil Brodsky was being made comfortable after he delivered quads.
Neil had become part of the Experiment as his wife couldn't have children and they wanted a family.
Neil was implanted with with four eggs -the eggs were his wife's. He supplied the sperm.
He gave birth to 2 sons and 2 daughters.
"Can I get you anything Dr. Brodsky?" Nurse Hall asked
"No thank you nurse not at the moment".
"How are my children?"
"They're sleeping peacefully Dr.Brodsky they're beautiful congratulations on your family"
"When will Dr. Rosenthal come into give them their first checkups?"
"She said she'll be in to see them shortly you get some rest you've had a big day"
"I'm expecting my wife to join us very shortly she couldn't be here for the births can you please see to it
that theres a bed brought in to the room for her?"
"No problem Dr. Brodsky".

*Dr.Harper report to Suite 6 please"
Dr.Harper went into Suite 6 just as Chris Butler was slammed by another intense contraction grabbing his still heavily gravid belly and screaming "OOOOOOOUUUUUUUWWWWEEEEEEGGGGGGGHHHHH"
"Let's see how your doing Chris. Nurse what are his vitals?"
"Mr.Butler's at 8.6 CM dialated & 78% effaced".
"When was the last time Mr. Butler delivered?
"Mr. Butler delivered his last child at 12:45AM and it's now 2:30AM"
"Chris after this baby is born I'm ginving you a booster of the medicine I gave you to bring on your Labours"
"You still have 2CM to go when was the last time you fed your first child?
"Why do you ask Dr. Harper?"
"Well we know that if a baby suckles that it can open up your birthing hole faster".
"Nurse which child is due to be fed? Let me have him/her please?"
The nurse handed Dr. Harper the Butler's first child and then the doctor helped to make sure the child was latched onto Chris's breast.
"uuuuuccccchhhh uuuuucccchhhh uuuuuuuccccchhhhh uuuuuuuccccchhhh uuuuucccchhhh uuuuuucccchhhh" filled the room as the little boy fed from his dad's breast.

"OOOOOOOAAAAAAAHHHH uuuuuuuummmmmhhhhhhhh" Chris moaned." I have to puuuusssshhhhh".
"Let me check you first ". Dr.Harper put a latex gloved hand to Chris's birthing hole finding him opened to 10CM.
"You're at 10CM the baby's sucking has opened your birthing hole to it's widest point anytiime you're ready to push you can"On your next contraction bring your head to your chest and bear down HARD"
"Now take a deep breath in and hold it for a count of twenty and push as hard as you can"

Chris took a deep breath in and bore down real hard "UUUUUUMMMMMMOOOOAAAAAHHHHHUUUUUGGG
AAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOUUUUUUUCCCCCCHHHHHHH OOOOO thhhhhiiiiiiissssss hhhhuuuurrrttttsss"
"nurse would you please massge Mr. Butler's abdomen while he pushes applying firm pressure to it
as you do."
"Yes Dr. Harper" the nurse said as she began applying a firm but gentle pressure on Chris's heavily gravid belly.
"OOOOAAAAHHHHH uuuuuummmmm uuuuuummmmmhhhhhhh" Chris moaned over and over.
"Keep pushing Chris the baby's head's crowning a few more firm pushes and the head will be out"

"UUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCCCHHHHHHHH" Chris breathed in followed by UUUUUMMMMMMAAAHHHHH till he
heard Dr. Harper say "the head's out".
Chris Butler fell back against his pillows and caught his breath.
He also gave a big cleansing breath "woooosshhhh"
"Glad that part's over"
"Chris don't forget you still have to get the shoulder's out and that's the worst part!" 

Miranda Leiberman-Brodsky stopped at the front desk and inquired as to what room her husband was in
"Dr. Brodsky's in room 517 Mrs Brodsky congratulations on your family"
"Thank you".
Miranda found Neil's room and dropped her coat and purse in the nearest chair then went and kissed her
husband "Neil I'm home darling how are you feeling"
"Miranda we have our family the one we always wanted 2 sons and 2 daughters"
"Can you introduce me to them? Who are in what cribs?
"Well each crib holds a boy/girl the first crib on my left holds Daniel Ian/Rachel Amanda and the crib
on my right holds Michael David/Hannah Elizabeth"
Miranda went to the crib on the left and  picked up her son "Hello Daniel I'm your Mommy" then she put
little Daniel  down and picked up Rachel "you've been named for your Grandma,my mommy"
Placing Rachel down Miranda crossed to the other side of the bed and picked up little Hannah.
"She looks like you" Miranda said giving her daughter a tiny kiss.
"Waaaahhhhhh wwwwaaahhhhh" Miranda put Hannah down and picked up Michael "what's the matter?
Why are you crying hush now Mommy's got you". Miranda kissed her son's cheek and the baby stopped crying and reached up to touch Miranda's hair.

In Suite 6 Chris Butler screamed in pain "OOOOOOOOAAAHHHHH I've to to Push".
"Let's see if you're ready to do so" Dr. Harper inserted a gloved hand into Chris's  rectum and checked to see if the former wrestler was ready to push again.
"You're at 10CM and can begin to push whenever you want"On your next pain you know what to do bring your chin to your chest and bear down hard"

When his next contraction happened Chris Butler brought his chin to his chest and
pushed with all his might not stopping to breath between contractions.
"AAAAAUUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHAAAAUUUUGGGHHHHHOOWOOOWWWHHHHuuuuuugggh"
He strained over and over "IT's burning help me"
"Nurse massge his belly please to break up the contraction"
"yes Dr.Harper".
"Chris keep on pushing the shoulders are almost out now bear down hard again don't stop till I tell you to stop ".
"UUUUMMMGGGHHHHHOOOOWWWAAAHHHH it's burnnnnninnggggg oh that hurts" Chris moaned
"Chris I need eight more good hard pushes then the shoulders will be out".

"Ohhhhh UUUUUUMMMM ooooooooouuuuuuugggghhhhhhhhhh ohhhhh this hurts ggggettt itttt ouuuuuuunnnnoooooowwwwwwwwhhhhh UUUUGGGHHH aaaahhh"
"One shoulder is out now bear down hard again an get the other one out deep breath in and push as hard as you can!"

Chris sucked in a huge breath and bore down as hard as he could.
He made beleive he was squeezing he life out of the Iron Sheik,one of his old oppunents in the ring whom Chris hated. He pushed down till he heard Dr.Harper tell
him "The shoulder's are out rest a bit and regain your strength"

Chris's belly quaked with contraction after contraction "oooooaaaahhhhuuummmah"
he moaned.
His big hands held his belly one hand underneath and the other resting on top making circles trying to rub the pair away.
Sharon Butler wiped Chris's fevered brow with a cool cloth "You're doing wonderfully,
I can see the baby she /he's halfway out of your body just a few more contractions
and our child will be borne. I love you thank you for making me a mother".

With that Chris bore down hard and pushed with all of his might.
"UUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHOOOOOWWWWWEEEEEEEE AAAAAUUUUGGGGHHHHHAAAHH"
"Nice Chris you just pushed the torso out with four more pushes you'll have your baby" "can you tell me what this baby is it a boy or girl"
"The baby's gentitals are still inside of you" Dr.Harper laughed LOL.
"Dr.Harper that's not funny it hurts to laugh"
"Well if you want to find out the sex of this child then give me a huge push!"
Chris bore down real hard and pushed "UUUUUUUUMMMMMGGGHHHHAAAHHHHH"
"He's out! You and Sharon have another son!"

"Let me see him ".
The nurse wrapped the baby in a towel then the doctor put clips on his umbilical cord
and handed a pair of sissors to Sharon "Cut Here" indicating the area between the
cilps. Sharon cut her son's umbilical cord and then handed the doctor the sissors.
"Come here Shawn Michael Douglas Butler"

In Suite 8 Dr.Olla was waiting for Mr.Roberts to begin having contractions from the Labour inducing enema he'd been given. Mr.Roberts was not only two weeks overdue he was also suffering from constipation.
"OOOOOhhhhhhhh I've got cramps  really bad cramps my belly's hurting"
"Do you have to go to the bathroom Mr. Roberts do you have to go badly?"
'Make the pains stop take the nozzle out ooooohhhhh ittttt hurts'
"You still have to take in about 10% of the enema then you'll be finished"

Gerry Roberts body was reacting to the enema which was not only bringing on his Labour it was also
making him want to releive himself.
"I really have to take a dump my belly's hurting something bad oooooooaaaahhhhhh"
"Now Gerry I'm going to stop the enema and then we're doing to help you up to the toilet and I'll remove
the nozzle before you sit down"

The doctor and nurse lowered Gerry's legs then they helped him into a standing position where they helped him to the bathroom. Once inside Dr.Olla deflated the Bardex nozzle and then told Gerry to sit down."Don't force it out  let it come out naturally"Gentle pressure"
The next thing you heard was a "Woooooosh" as the water hit the commode.
"OOOOOUUUUU that feels goood" Gerry exclaimed.

Gerry's belly kept on emptying for the next half hour.He'd really been constipated.
"Nurse please clean up Mr.Roberts rectum thoughly  make sure it's sanitized and prepare him fordelivery'. "The enema that we gave him should also bring on his Labours. 
"He should begin experiencing Labour pains very shortly"

The nurse cleaned Gerry up by washing his rectum with hot water/clear  betadine soap then she dried it off with a clean towel then put him in a new gown.
Then he was helped back into bed and made comfortable till his contractions began.
"You rest now we'll be here  to help when you Labours begin. would you like some ice chips to suck on?"
"Thank you nurse can I ask you what the doctor gave me to bring on my Labour?"
"Dr.Olla put "Oxytocin in lactated ringers solution in your enema" you'll be having contractions very soon"
"He had to do this becasue you were constipated and  you're two weeks overdue"
"The doctor couldn't wait for you to go into Labour on your own so you were induced now we just have to
wait for your contractions to begin . But I don't think that will be too long.
"The rectal monitor/probe tells me that you're already at 3CM with 7CM to go"

"Dr.Harper report to Suite 11 and then to Suite 1"
"Dr.Olla you're wanted in Suites 9 & 10"

Dr Harper went into AJ Black's Suite to check on him.
"Nurse can I have a progress report on Mr.Black?"
"Mr.Black having contractions every 25 minutes apart,he's 7CM dialated & 75% effaced"
"AJ I'm here to check you out can you put your legs into the stirrupps for me?"
With help from the nurse AJ places his legs onto the stirrupps "oooaaahhhhh" he moans.

Dr.Harper's nurse snaps a latex glove on to his hand and then puts a gob of KY jelly on to the glove.
"Now AJ I'm going to check you out take a deep breath in and hold it"
"SSSUUUUUMMMMPPPPHHHHH"
"Your coming along nicely your rectum's thinning out like it's supposed to".
""OOOOOOOAAAAAAAGGGGGGUUUUUUUUMMMMMM" AJ moaned as another contraction hit his belly.
"AJ this is your second Labour it's going to be a bit more painful than the first one just
let your body do what it's supposed to"
"Just breathe with each contraction *hhhheeee hhhhheeee hhhheeee wooosh* over
and over till the pain subisdes then rest till the next one hits".
"Nurse help me take AJ's legs down please I have to go check on another patient"

Dr. Olla came into Claude Emory's Suite just as Claude was hit by a contraction.
"Claude breathe the pain away " Giles encourged his partner
"I see I'm needed here nurse what are Mr.Emory's vital signs?"And how long has he
been having contractions?"
"Mr.Emory began having severe pain about twenty minutes ago. He's experiencing
pain in his lower back,and in his abdomen"
"On his last exam he was 65% effaced 4.6CM dialated with 6CM to go"
"Thank you nurse Hall".

"Claude I want to check you out do you think you can come do to the end of the bed?"
Claude brought himself down to the end of the bed while nurse Hall helped him to
put his legs into the stirupps.
Dr. Olla put a latex gloved hand into Claude's rectum and gently felt around inside of
Claude"
"You're coming along nicely your rectum is becoming looser with each contraction.
Your next child should be delivered in about four hours if you don't fight the contractions and let them happen."

"Nurse Hall when was the last time he fed his daughter?"
"Which one his first or second one?"
"His first one."
"She was fed four hours ago and her sister two hours. Only his son is due to be fed"
"Thank you and will you please hand me Mr.Emory's son"

Nurse Hall handed Dr.Olla Claude's son and Dr.Olla made sure the child was attached
to his father's breast.
"Claude let him feed we've found out that a baby's sucking helps with Labour. Your
rectum will begin to open up even more from it"
"I'll be back after I check on my next patient".

Dr.Harper went into Suite 11 to check on Haley Vaughn.
"OOOOOOOWWWWWWWEEEEEEEE that hhhhhhuuuuurrrrrtttssss" Haley moaned.
"Haley how can I help you tell me where it's hurting"
"My belly's really hurting again ooooogggggghhhhhuuuuummmmhhhh" she moaned.
"Nurse what are her vitals?"
"Ms Vaughn's vitals are BP's 130/70,No temperature, she's been experiencing Labour
pains every half hour and the pains last for 15 minutes"
"Have you checked her out?"

"No doctor I was waiting for you to come in".
"Nurse can you help me get Haley in to position to be examined please."
"Yes Dr.Harper" with that the nurse helped the doctor in to a new pair of gloves then
she helped Haley get into position for the exam.

"Haley I'm going to check you out and see how far your progressing now take a small
breath in and hold it".
Dr.Harper then put three fingers inside of Haley's vagina to see how she was doing.
"Haley you're 6CM dialated with 4 to go and your 65% effaced "
"What the hell does that mean?? When am I going to drop this next brat how long?"
"It means that it will be some time before you deliver your third baby"
"You're still have to open up more in you vigina you're only 65% effaced. That means your labia has to engorge with more blood to open you up"
"is there anything I can do to help this along?"
"Yes there is. Have you fed either of you babies yet?"
"How many times do I have to tell you these are NOT my children!"
"I'm only a surouggette"

"You maybe a surouggette but you have what these babies need and that's MILK
Now nurse Summers would you please let me have the little girl"
"We're going to help you nurse this child remember the last time you did this?"
"Remember how her nursing helped you to birth the second baby?" Well the same thing is going to happen here.The more you nurse the sooner your Labour will increase"
"The more severe your Labour becomes the closer you are to delivering this child"
"OOOOOAAAAAHHHHHHUUUUUOOOOOOMMMMMMMM My belllyyyyyyy"Haley groaned
cradling her stomach in both hands  tears falling from her blue/grey eyes
"Now let me see what the babies sucking has done to your labia?"
Dr. Harper put a gloved hand under the drape and felt Haley's labia "you've improved
you're now at 75% effaced and 7.9CM"

Dr.Olla went back into Suite 10 after he had checked on Christina Moore's progress.
"Claude I'm going to check you out to see how you're coming along nurse how is he
doing "
"He's coming along nicely he's experiencing contractions every 13 minutes lasting 7 in lenght"
"Nurse I need to examine Mr.Emory can you help me get him ready please?"
"Yes Dr.Olla I'll do so"

Dr. Olla was hit with a wave of morning sickness "Excuse me but I have to see about something at the
front desk I'll return"
Francois Olla went to the front desk and had the nurse page Dr.Harper and have him meet him in Dr.Olla's office. He needed to go lie down.
"Dr. Harper your needed at the front desk"

"Haley I have to take this call I'll return when I'm finished"
Dr.Harper leaves Suite 11 and heads to the nurses station.
"You paged me ?"
"Yes Dr.Harper Dr.Olla wants to see you in his office he's not feeling well".
"Thank You nurse please get another one of the doctors to take my patients I'm going to be looking in on Dr.Olla. Also have Dr.Westin take Dr.Olla's patients"

Dr Harper goes to Francois Olla's office and lets himself in.
"I'm here Fracnois what seems to be the problem"
"I'm very naucous and light headed" Dr. Olla said taking a sip of gingerale
"I'm glad that you're off of your feet and trying to stay hydrated otherwise I'd have to
order you to bed"Have you eaten today?"
"All I can keep down is crackers gingerale and toast".
"I"ve taken it upon myself to releive you for the rest of the week I'm ordering you to
bed you're to rest you're almost out of the first trimester"
"But you can't do that I've got patients in Labour"
"Do you want to loose these children? Or do you want to have them in November?
Now lay back while I examine you"

Federick Harper pulled up his younger collegues shirt and unbuttoned his pants exposing his abdomen.
"Does this hurt? or this? " Dr.Harper asked as his trained fingers palpaitated his belly
feeling for the four featuses he'd implanted eight weeks ago.
"It doesn't hurt I'm just queasy and achey".
"You're fine everything's normal but on Wednesday morning I want you in my office I'm running an ultrasound before rounds/deliveries" And when you come in I want you to have a very full bladder."
"Now I want you to go home and relax I have a feeling that you're going to experience a growth spurt.
"Won't be too suprised if I see you showing next Wednesday".
"You're belly's very warm like there's alot of pressure building up inside call your wife
I don't want you driving".
"In fact I want Sharon to drive you to the office and also pick you up if I allow you to stay after the test is done?"
Dr.Harper picked up the telephone and told Dr.Olla's nurse "I'm putting Dr.Olla on bed
rest till next Wednesday have his resident take all of his patients. 
Call his wife I want her to come and get him tell her to take a taxi so she can drive him home"
"When you finish with Mrs. Olla put her thru to the doctor's office I want to speak with her"

"Now you rest till Sharon comes to get you doctors are the worst patients".
"So tell me what's been happening this is the first chance I've had to get a progress
report "
"Our experiement is a success so far! Mr.Marsden has delivered his Quads.
Same for our collegue Neil Brodsky. I'm a Grandfather Alicia is resting comfortbly and
Elizabeth and I thank you".
"What did she have?
"I've got 3 grandsons & 3 granddaughter's"
"The other patients are in various stages of Labour with the baby's we implanted"
"How's the Soprano and the former wrestler doing?"
I know both were implnted with Septuplets ?
"Well Chis Butler's is about to have his fourth child and Christine Moore's on number 3"

The telephone in Dr.Olla's office rang and Dr. Harper picked it up.
"Thank you nurse I have it".
"Sharon I need you to take a taxi to the hospital Francois is not feeling well and I need for you to come pick him up and drive him home."
"Also I'm ordering him to bed. He's not to get out of it unless to go the the bathroom"
"IS he alright he didn't miscarry did he?"
"No that is why I'm ordering him to bed so he doesn't . I'll explain more when I see you"
"Uncle Frederick I'll be there in about an hour"
"Sharon say's she will be here as soon as she can you rest I have to go check on my
patient the convict. She is the one who was insemimated to get a reduced sentence"
She is in Labour with number three of the four we implanted".

"Does she still think she's carrying them for someone else?"
"YES. She has no idea her mother is part of this" The children she's carrying are her's".
"When will she be told that these children are her's and that her mother went to the Court asking that she be implanted?"
"that will not happen till after she's delivered the last child
"When will that be ? How far is she with this Labour?"

"Well she's 75% effaced, only 6.9CM the last I checked on her when I got your page I left hr with one
of children nursing "
"Also she had a 25CC of Pitocin when her Labours began 12 hours ago and she's delivered twice".
I may want to give her a small booster of Pitocin after this child is born?"
"Dr Harper report to Suite 11 Stat"

"Sounds to me as if Ms.Vaughn is in need of my services. I'll return as soon as I see
how she's doing you rest quietly. "
"I need to fill in my replacement~ who did you have take my patients?"
Dr.Harper picked up the phone "Have Dr. Westin report to Dr.Olla's office"

Dr.Eli Westin answered his page to the front desk.
"You paged me? What is the problem?"
"Report to Dr. Olla's office DrHarper needs to see you".
"Thank you nurse".

Eli Westin went to Dr. Olla's office to meet with his collegues and see what was wrong. He knocked on the door and waited for a response.
"Who is it? Dr. Harper asked
"It's Eli Westin"
"Come on in Eli we have to talk to you there a problem with Francois".

Eli Westin came into the office and pulled up a chair next to the couch.
Dr.Harper told Eli what is happening with Dr.Olla and how he'd have to take over some of Dr.Olla's deliveries.

"Ok so who's in Labour and what suite are they in?" Eli asked.
"Well Suites8/ 9/10 are in Labour that would be patient's Gerry Roberts in  Suite 8,
Christa Moore in Suite 9 and Claude Emory in Suite 10"
"What stages and with what child?"
"Mr.Roberts is just beginning his Labours. I had to adminster a Labour inducing enema as he was 2 weeks overdue. I added 50% Lacated ringers to 50% cold water
and used a Bardex nozzle on him. He releived himself about a half hour ago so his
contractions should be starting very soon"

"And the other patients? how far along are they and with what child?"
Christa Moore is delivering her her first of three"
"And Claude Emory is about to deliver baby number three"

"Stay with him I'm needed in Suite 11"
"Sharon's on her way to pick him up and drive him home I've ordered him to bed till
Wednesday morning when I'm doing an full bladder Ultrasound"
"Thanks Eli for filling in".
"Go check your patient, we'll talk later on".

Dr.Harper went up to Suite 11 and checked with the nurse "How is she doing?"
"She was at 7.9CM and 75% effaced the last time you were here"
"And she's been feeding one of the babies?"
"She has been feeding one and just finished before you came in"
"Nurse I need a pair of gloves please I want to check Haley out"
"Haley can you come down to the end of the bed for me?"

Just then she was hit with a really bad contraction causing her to grab her belly.
"OOOOOOHHHHH that hurts uuuuuuummmmmm ouch shit Haley screamed.
"I know it hurts your belly contracting to let this child be born now let me check you out to see how your progressing"

Dr.Harper put three gloved finger into Haley's cervix and he felt around to see how far
she'd progressed.
"Haley you're now 8.6CM dialated and your 85% effaced you're coming along nicely"
"How much more do I have to go before I deliver this brat?"
"Well you have 15% more to go till you're 100% effaced and 2CM more till you begin
to be able to push again. It shouldn't be much longer I say you're goign to deliver within the next forty five minutes to an hour tops?"
"Don't fight the contractions let them open up your cervix the less you get tense the
better it is for you"  "I'm also impressed at the job you're doing for one so young"
"Now I'm going to check on another patient I'll return if I'm called"

Now Dr.Harper went to Suite 1 to check on Mr.AJ Black.

Dr. Harper went into AJ Black's room just as he was hit with another contraction
"OOOOOUUUUGGGGHHHHHHUUUUUUMMMMMM" AJ moaned rubbing his belly.
"I've come to check you out Dr.Olla's been taken ill and he asked me to check on you.
Nurse what were his last set of vitals ?"
"He was at 6.9CM with 4CM to go and he was 75% effaced. His bp was 140/70"
"Thank you nurse I need a pair of gloves and please help Mr.Black into position for examination?"

The nurse put a pair of latex gloves onto Dr.Harpers hands then spread one glove full
of a generous amount of KY Jelly.
"OK AJ now when I tell you to I want you to take a deep breath in and hold it OK?"
AJ nodded his head at the doctor while still holding his belly and moaning "Ooooahh"
"Now take a big deep breath in "
"UUUUUUUCCCCCCHHHHHHH"
Dr. Harper gently eased three fingers into AJ's greatly engourged rectum an announced "You're at 8CM and 85% effaced".
"not too much more to go you should have this child in about one hour forty five minutes"

Back in Dr.Olla's office Dr.Westin talked to his collegue.
"Francois you know you have to be careful you could still loose these children.
You shouldn't overdue things till you're safely in to the second trimester otherwise we
will have to begin all over again"

"Eli I know but I've been feeling so good that I didn't think that doing some light work would do any harm to the babies"
"Francois who are you kidding you've always been a "non stop work horse" and what
makes you think that you're being pregmant would stop you?"
"You're right. I've always been a work horse. I'm not thinking clearly. "
"No you're thinking like a DOCTOR and NOT like a Patient which you ARE!"
"You're carrying four precious little lives there and I want to deliver them so PLEASE
begin to act like a Patient"

With that the door to Dr.Olla's office flew open "Francois are you alright?" Sharon cried.
"I'm fine and the children are fine your Uncle ordered me to bed and I'm not to leave it
unless I have to go to the bathroom.Or to come back here next Wednesday for testing."

"I've heard and I'm taking you home just as soon as I talk to Uncle Frederick."
"You've heard your cousin Alicia's delivered her Sixtupluts 3boys,3 girls"
"Where are they?? Do you know"?
"Your Aunt Elizabeth is with Paul & Alicia and the children they're in room 517 if you'd
like to go see them. Federick's tied up with some of my deliveries"
"If you don't mind I'd love to see the children I'll be back soon"

Sharon Olla took the elevator up to the fifth floor and stopped at the nurses station
"I'm here to see my cousin Alicia Harper Stewart,what room is she in"?
"Mrs Harper Stewart is in room 517 first door on you right"
"Thank you nurse"

"Aunt Elizabeth cousin Alicia I had to stop by to see my new cousins!"
"Alicia you look radient ! Motherhood agrees with you ! Congratulation Paul."
"Sharon what are you doing in the hospital? Are you ill?"
"No Uncle Frederick called Francois almost fainted and he wants me to drive him home
and he's ordering him to bed till next Wednesday when he's doing an Ultrasound"

"Can I hold one of these little bundles of joy?" Sharon asked excited.
"Sure you can you have to get in as much practice between now & November"
"Just ask cousin I'm up for babysitting duty!"
"You just may regret that statement"LOL

"Sharon I'd like to present Zachery David Harper Stewart my eldest son"
"Well it's nice to meet you Zachery I'm your mom's best friend & 1st cousin Sharon"
"Alicia Paul he's just beautiful" she said kissing Zach's little head.

"Sounds to me as if Gerry Robert's Labours have begun?" Dr.Olla remarked.
"Tell me something about him before I go see him" Eli Westin  asked.
"Gerry Roberts,34, gay male partner died six months ago of HIV"
"Does he have the disease?"
"No. all of the tests we did before we inplanted him turned up negative"
"I'll check him out then I'll report back to you"

Dr.Westin went into Gerry Robert's suite "Mr. Roberts I hear your in some discomfort
I came to check you out"
"Where's Dr. Olla? Why isn't he here?"
"Dr.Olla's taken ill and has been ordered to his bed by Dr.Harper"
"I've been assigned to take over all of his patients"
"OOOOOOOAAAAAAMMMMMM UUUUUUUMMMMMM that hurts" Gerry moaned and grabbed his hugely swollen gravid full term belly

"Nurse what are his vitals please?"
"Mr Robert's BP is 145/70, he began to experience Labour pains after a Labour inducing enema that had 50% cold water/50% lacated ringers w oxytocin so far he's
having contractions every 45 minutes and they're lasting 25 of the 45 minutes"
"He's pregmant with twins and he's 37 weeks along"
"Have you checked him yet to  see how far he's dialated?"
"No I've been waiting for Dr.Olla's return"
"Nurse I'd like to check Mr.Robert's rectum  so can you help me get him ready for an
exam?"
"Yes Dr. Westin I'll get you a pair of gloves after we've put his legs into the stirupps"

Dr.Westin and the nurse helped Gerry Robert's to position his legs into the stirupps
and then the nurse snapped a pair of latex gloves unto his hands.
One one of these she applied a huge gob of KY Jelly "OK Gerry I'm goint to check you
out this may hurt at first  but I'll try to be gentle as possible"
Dr.Westin rolled the drape out of his way and then placed three fingers inside of Gerry's tight rectum feeling inside of it to see how much he was dialated.
"Gerry you're just beginning your Labours your rectum's only 3CM dialated and you're
only 25% effaced"
"You have a long way to go before your going to deliver these children"
"I'll be back to see you in an hours time and I'll check you then. If you think you can
do some walking around the floor it will help your Labour along?"
"Just take it slow stop if you experience a contraction wait till it ends than begin walking again till the next one comes along keep on doing this till you can't do it anymore" "You'll have an small unit with you it will tell us how your progressing and
also you'll be attached to an IV to keep you hydrated. Also you'll have a Labour sensor placed inside of the outer edge of your rectum"

"I'm placing the Labour sensor right now it's smaller than a postage stamp and is located just outside your rectum. It tells us how swollen your getting and how much
you're rectum's effacing/stretching".

"Dr.Harper to Suite 11 please"
Dr. Harper went into Suite 11 to find Haley Vaughn in the middle of a severe contraction "OOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHHAAAAHHHHHHUUUMMMM"
she moaned grabbing her still hard belly.
"Ok Haley I'm here to help you out I'll make your pain go away".
"oooooooooaaaaa ittttttsss hurttttttt inggggggggggg"
"Nurse how long is it between contractions? and what the length of each contraction?"
"Ms. Vaugh's having contractions every 4 minutes apart"
"Haley I'm going to have to check you out so come down to the end of the bed for me
the sooner you let me check you out the better it will be"

Dr. Harper and his nurse help Haley into the stirupps getting her legs spread wide
and bringing her vagina into position for an exam. "Ok Haley you're getting ready to
deliver again you're 75 %  effaced and 8.2 CM dialated"
"You have 25% to go till you can begin to push you're in the transition phase of
Labour number three"

*Dr.Harper report to Suite 6 please*

"Haley I'm going to check out the patient in Suite 6 then I'm coming back to you"

Dr. Harper went to Chris Butler's suite to see why he was called.
"Dr. Harper Chris is having really bad abdominal contractions he delivered his last child only a short while ago"
"Nurse what are his vitals? "
"He's BP's 140/70 and he's having cramps in his brithing hole"
"Chris I have to check you out to see what is wrong so lay on your back and bring your feet into the stirupps for me"

Dr.Harper's nurse put a fresh pair of latex gloves on him and then helped Chris Butler
to get into position to be examined adjusting Chris's leg into the leg supports.
"UUUUUUmmmmmmhhhhhhh oooouuuuuu it huuuurrrrttttsssss" he moaned.
"All right Chris I'm going to check you birthing hole out " Dr.Harper said as he slipped
three fingers inside of Chris.
To his suprise his hand was met by a wet scalp "Chris seems to be that you're almost
ready to deliver again you're next baby's halfway down the canal"
"How can that be I just gave birth a half hour ago? Chris asked.
"Sometimes when a woman is pregnant with multiples they "line up" and she can have one child and then have another anywhere from 20 minutes to a half hour later.
As in your case this baby dropped into your birth canal just as the last one was born.
And this child began it's decent just as you delivered the shoulder of the last one."
"But I hardly had any contractions and I have to really push".

"Let me see how far effacced you are and how dialated you are?"
Dr.Harper stuck four fingers into Chris's birthing hole and felt around to see just how
dilated he was "Chris you're at 7CM and you're 60% effaced"
"You have some time to go till you deliver I'll return shortly"he said tossing his gloves
in the trash.

"Dr.Harper to Suite 11 Stat".
