thanks to the recession

Hey everyone,

New story I'm working on. Still working on Knocked Up Nights but wanted to give that a little break and work on something fresh and new. Let me know what you think!

Usual disclaimer applies.

Chapter 1:

"You want to offer me the position after just a phone interview?" Jake asked sounding slightly shocked despite himself. "And you want me to start when?"

"We'd like you to start this coming Monday," the voice on the phone said. "We're very impressed with your resume and the phone interview."

"Well thank you," Jake said. "I'm very flattered and would love to have the opportunity to work for your firm but I'm not able to start this coming Monday. It would have to be in two weeks," giving his husband, Grant the evil eye as he came into the room.

"Oh I didn't know you were currently employed," the voice said. "You didn't list a current employer but we certainly understand giving two weeks notice."

"That's fantastic," Jake said gratefully. "My current position doesn't really relate to the position you're so generously offering and plus it's just temporary so I didn't list it on my resume."

"Understood," the voice said. "Well we look forward to having you work with us. See you in two weeks."

"Yes you will," Jake said. "Thank you so much again. Good bye!" he said hanging up the phone and tossing it at Grant who had sat down on the couch next to him. "THIS is why I didn't want to do this!  What if they had said no to me starting in two weeks?  It's the only offer I've gotten in months!"

"Well luckily they didn't," Grant said, trying to hide his smirk. "And you're right. It's the only offer you've gotten in months.  Nearly eleven months to be exact! We did what we had to do and you're almost done now."

"I can't believe I let you talk me into this," Jake groaned. "You owe me big time for this!"

A little over nine months prior, Jake and Grant sat around their kitchen table. Grant had been out of work for nearly three months already after the restaurant he had managed went out of business and had yet to find a new job as people just didn't have the disposable income they used to have lying around anymore to go out to fancy dinners all the time. Likewise, Jake had been laid off from his advertising firm about two months ago as companies' advertising budgets were slashed as consumers bought less and he had yet to find anything himself. The two were down to the last couple hundred dollars in their checking account after depleting their savings and things were starting to get desperate.

"There's gotta be something else we can do," Jake groaned, running his hands through his disheveled, dark brown hair.

"Baby I really don't think there is," Grant said reaching out for Jake's arm. "We've both been looking for jobs for months now and neither one of us has had any bites yet. We've barely got enough money for food now let alone for the mortgage next month. I really think this our last hope!"

"Why did I have to be the one they picked?" Jake continued to whine.

"Probably because you're in better shape than me," Grant said, giving Jake's bicep a playful squeeze.

"I told you that you needed to stop snacking so much at work," Jake said reaching over to give Grant a light jab in the slight paunch he had for a stomach.

"It's the business babe," Grant said as he sucked in his stomach defensively. "You snack a lot when you work at a restaurant!"

"If I do this you owe me big time," Jake said scowling at Grant. "And I mean really big."

"I know baby," Grant said leaning in to give Jake a kiss on the lips.

"You know how much I love you?  Cause if you don't you sure as hell better realize it once I do this," Jake said trying his best not to smile at his partner at whom he was doing his best to be angry at.

"Yes I know how much you love me," Grant smiled. "And you know how much I love you right?"

"You sure have some way of showing it," Jake huffed. "Offering me up like this!"

And so with no other viable options in sight, Jake and Grant made the decision that Jake would be a surrogate. Jake, always used to wearing the pants in the relationship made the decision as begrudgingly as possible and used every chance he could to remind Grant just how not happy he was to have to do this.

And now, eight months, two weeks and one day since the time he was implanted with five embryos, three of which had taken, Jake sat massively pregnant on the couch looking ready to pop, staring angrily at Grant.

"They're going to think I'm fat when I start in two weeks," he pouted. "I'm going to have all this extra skin and pudge, ugh!  You know the advertising business is all about being young and pretty!  I don't even want to think about it!"

"We'll ask Dr. Sawyer for one of those compression belts when we see her tomorrow," Grant said. "Remember she said they do wonders to hide the after effects of pregnancy."

"I still can't believe I did this," Jake groaned as he scratched the tight and itchy skin on his belly. "I'm a fucking whale and I feel like a house!  Why'd that couple have to be so damn fertile?"

"Well I think you're sexy," Grant said, moving closer to kiss Jake's belly through his t-shirt, right above the marble size belly button he now had.

"We'll see what you think when you see what's happened to me after I shit these three out!" Jake said rolling his eyes.

"Shit them out?  Really?" Grant laughed.

"You saw the video!" Jake said, referring to the birth video they watched at one of the lamaze classes he was enrolled in. "They're coming out the same place you know."

"Well you don't have to talk about them like that," Grant said. Throughout the entire pregnancy, Jake had done nothing but complain as he got bigger and bigger. Grant thought for sure his attitude would change but it hadn't yet and the pregnancy was nearly over.

"Oh you know I'm kidding," Jake huffed. "But their not ours. If they were ours I'd be a little more fond of them. But their not so I only see them as what we needed to do, when we needed to do it."

"Well those three are going to make that couple very happy," Grant smiled. "And those three not only got us through the last year but also got you that nice new Mercedes might I remind you!"

"Yeah which I'm too damn big to drive now!"

"I know," Grant laughed. "Lucky me!  I love driving that car. I get such looks in it!"

"Then they see me in the passenger seat and speed off in disgust!" Jake laughed.

"Oh babe," Grant said looking at the clock. "It's already 11:45. We should get to bed cause we have to be up early tomorrow for your appointment and we still have to do your stretches."

"Alright," Jake sighed. "Help me up."

Jake moaned and groaned as Grant got him to his feet and steadied him as his back was pulled into a deep arch from the weight of his heavy, baby-filled middle. "Good thing these babies paid for your gym membership too," he said as he started waddling heavily toward the bedroom. "Otherwise I'd be sleeping on the couch!"

"Isn't that what you do most of the day anyway?" Grant dared to joke.

"Listen up buddy," Jake said jabbing Grant in the ribs. "If you wanna do what we normally do after you get me all loosened up, you better shut it!"

"Oh you know you couldn't go one night without it now!" Grant laughed.

"Oh you wanna bet?"
Chapter 2:

"Grant!" Jake yelled from the bed, anxiously waiting for a response. "Grant!!!"

"What babe?" Grant asked as he ran into the room with a towel around his waist. Water dripped from his short, dark blonde hair.

"There you are!" Jake sighed. "I need to go to the bathroom!  Help me up quick!"

Jake had managed to get himself at least onto his back, but that was the most he could muster in his condition. He was pinned down to the bed by his massive stomach, which towered heavily above him, putting great pressure on his full bladder. His belly button sat atop the mound like a cherry atop a sundae, beckoning to Grant who couldn't help but give it a gentle flick before helping Jake up. With some serious grunts and groans, he got Jake to his feet and had to giggle quietly as he watched the comical site of Jake naked, waddling as quickly as his bulk would allow to the bathroom, his belly swaying from side to side with each heavy step.

When Jake reached his destination, he plopped himself down on the toilet. There was no sense trying to pee standing up, he'd given up on that a couple of months back as his stomach made it impossible without making a mess. He sighed with relief as the pressure in his bladder decreased but quickly groaned as the three babies he carried started doing flips and kicks when they realized they had a little more room now.  Optimistically he ran his hands over his naked bulge, hoping his touch would calm the babies down but of course it didn't. He was awake now and so were they, already beginning what he liked to call their morning play date (they were always very active first thing in the morning).

Grant stood silently at the door, still in nothing but a towel and a smirk. As miserable as Jake was and as much as he complained that he looked and felt like a whale, Grant found him incredibly sexy all huge and pregnant and didn't mind in the slightest that he had to help Jake with nearly every move now.

"Done," Jake announced holding his hands out for Grant to help him off the toilet.

"There we go," Grant sighed, wiping his brow which began to sweat slightly as he pulled Jake up. "You should get in the shower now. We've got to be at Dr. Sawyer's in an hour and a half and I know you like to take your time in the shower."

"It's not that I like to take my time," Jake explained as he started the water. "It's that I like to be clean and it takes me longer to get clean every day the bigger I get. A quick shower takes me 25 minutes now!"

"Well make it as quick as you can," Grant said as he walked back into the bedroom to get dressed. "I'll get your breakfast started in the mean time and lay your clothes out on the bed."

"Thanks babe," Jake said as he stepped under the warm water.

The warm water helped to alleviate some of the tension that was already building in Jake's back. He'd only been up and about for a few minutes and his lower back was already screaming at him as it was now always pulled into a deep arch from the weight of his stomach whenever he was doing anything other than lying down or sitting.

Once he was satisfied that he was thoroughly clean, Jake turned the water off and carefully stepped out of the shower. Although he had gotten used to not being able to see his feet, he always made sure to step carefully to prevent a fall. He grabbed an over sized towel off the rack and dried off as best he could. His big middle made it hard to reach everywhere so some areas were forced to air dry.

Once he was mostly dry, Jake wrapped the towel around his waist below his stomach and waddled his way back to the bedroom and over to the bed. He dressed in the clothes Grant had left out for him - an oversized, blue v-neck t-shirt and a baggy pair of khaki paternity shorts. Jake silently thanked the creator of paternity shorts who had thought up the idea of putting snaps on the outside of each leg so they didn't have to be pulled up, they could just be put on one leg at a time and didn't require any what in his condition would be the equivalent of acrobatic movements to get on.

Once he had successfully made it down the stairs, one slow step at a time, Jake ate a quick breakfast with Grant before heading out to the car. His car to be exact, a new black, Mercedes Benz ML500 SUV he had purchased with some of the money he got from carrying the triplets. As he got into the passenger's seat, he silently cursed his huge belly for preventing him from being able to drive since he could no longer reach the steering wheel. Even with the seat back as far as it would go, his belly filled his lap beyond capacity, the front hanging over his knees, nearly reaching the dash.

They made good time to Dr. Sawyer's office and Grant pulled the car up to the curb to drop Jake off. Jake managed to get himself out of the car and stood there patiently, absent-mindedly stroking his belly as he waited for Grant to return.

"Damn boy!  You huge!" said the building security guard, Gladys as she came out of the building for one of her frequent smoke breaks. Jake had gotten to know Gladys during his many visits to Dr. Sawyer's. "I ain't never seen a boy get so big with babies as you!"

"Gee thanks," Jake said rolling his eyes. "That makes me feel real special considering how many of us you see," he said.

"Well it's true!" she said with a smile. "How much longer you got anyway? You look like you 'bout to drop them babies anytime now!"

"About a week," he said with a sigh.

"You sure Dr. Sawyer didn't forget about tem babies and leave them up in there too long?" Gladys chuckled.

"No she knows, they're still in here," Jake laughed. "One more week then this ordeal will finally be over."

"You mean to tell me you still ain't seen the joy in what you doing for those people?" she asked through a cloud of smoke.

"Oh I've seen the joy," Jake said. "But what I'd really like to see are my feet and my dick!  I haven't seen them in months!"

"Boy you silly!" Gladys laughed. "If I were you, I'd see the joy everyday! I hear from Monica up in Dr. Sawyer's office the type of money you baby factories, I mean surrogates make and if I made that I'd be singing 'Joyful! Joyful!' all day long for all to hear!" she said with a raspy laugh.

"Well when you put it that way, I can't help but smile I guess," Jake said with a chuckle. "Oooh," he groaned, rubbing the bottom of his belly with one hand, the other on the small of his back. "Damn kids have been doing cart wheels since I woke up. They're definitely ready to come out of there."

"I see that," Gladys said, pointing to the noticeable movement under Jake's shirt. "They better not kick too hard or they might pop that big ol' bubble gut you got there!"

"Hi Gladys," Grant said as he walked up. "You making fun of my husband again?" he asked playfully.

"Hey baby!" Gladys smiled. "Oh he know I love him! I'm just pointing out how damn big he is! I just told him I ain't never seen no man as big as he is! Already plum full of baby and he got a week left God bless him!"

"One more week," Jake sighed. "I can do it!  I can do it!" he said as he started to walk inside. "See you when we get out Gladys."

"How you know that?" Gladys asked.

"Because you're always out here," Grant laughed. "Smoking!" he added with a mock cough.

"Baby it's called getting fresh air!"

"Uh huh," Jake said. "What's the point of a building security guard if she's always outside smoking and shooting the shit with people? That sure makes me feel secure!"

"Child if you wasn't so damn pregnant I'd kick your ass for that!" Gladys said, shoing the two inside. "Go on!  Get! Don't make me call the police on you for loitering in front of my building!"

"Bye Gladys," the two men said in unison as they headed for the elevator.

Chapter 3:

"Hello there gentlemen," Dr. Sawyer said as she came into the exam room where Jake and Grant sat awaiting her arrival. "How are we feeling today Jake?"

"Ready to pop," Jake groaned.

"That good huh!?" she asked with a laugh, placing Jake's chart on the table next to the examination bed.

"You sure we need to go another week?  Cause I'm thinking they're big enough to come out now," Jake suggested hopefully. "And Gladys thinks so too!" he added.

"It's important that we give the babies all the time we can to develop to their full potential so we do need to give them one more week," Dr. Sawyer explained. "Even if the mighty Gladys thinks your big enough," she laughed.  "And don't worry, you won't pop. That's nearly impossible," she added with a wink.

"But it is possible?" Jake asked raising his eyebrows.

"Of course not!" Dr. Sawyer laughed. "You'd be amazed how much stretch your body has in it. You may feel like you're going to pop but you won't, I promise."

"Should I still plan on a week's recovery time after I deliver?" Jake asked.

"I would plan on a week, give or take a few days, probably give in your case. Your body certainly will have some recovering to do after you deliver," Dr. Sawyer said. "But why do you ask?"

"I finally got offered a job in my real field of employment, Jake explained. "And they want me to start in two weeks."

"Did you accept?" Dr. Sawyer asked, somewhat bluntly.

"I did indeed," Jake smiled, already counting down the days til he would be returning to the work force.

"How much are they offering?" the doctor asked, pulling out her notepad and flipping to a blank page.

"Why?" Jake asked hesitantly.

"Because I'd like to double it," Dr. Sawyer said looking right at Jake.

"For what? Why?" he asked.

"Because I'd like for you to stay on as one of the clinic's permanent surrogates," the doctor said, letting her words sink in for a moment before continuing. "As you know this is our final appointment before the delivery and I always do one of two things with my surrogates at this appointment. For most, I go over the delivery procedure a final time and set up an appointment with them for a few days after they give birth, while for a selected few I ask them to stay on as what we call a clinic surrogate, someone we refer couples who are unable or unwilling to carry themselves to who don't have a surrogate in mind. Your body has demonstrated tremendous potential for being a successful surrogate for years to come and I would love to continue working with you."

Jake silently looked over to Grant for some help and support but Grant just sat next to him with a shocked look on his face.

"You want me to do this again?" Jake asked Dr. Sawyer.

"And again and again if possible," she said. "Look, I'm well aware that you haven't been too keen to this whole pregnancy thing, probably because you only did it out of financial necessity at the time, but you have a natural talent it seems. You're one of very few men to ever carry triplets to term and while you may not feel or think so, you've managed to do it while keeping your body fit and healthy."

"You call gaining a hundred pounds healthy and fit?" Jake asked with a laugh. Over the course of the pregnancy, Jake had so far added 105 lbs. to his 5'10" frame, most going of course to his middle but some going to an increase in muscle mass which came from carrying all the extra weight in the first place.  Currently he weighed in at 290 lbs. and was gaining about a half pound a day.

"In your case I would say yes," Dr. Sawyer said. "Look, I'm not looking for an answer right now, you have some time but not a lot because you'll have to let your other job know if you decide not to accept their position which would not be possible if you decide to work for me."

"Why couldn't he work there if he was pregnant?" Grant asked, hoping that if Jake were able to work a "real job" during the next pregnancy, he might consider it.

"Well if Jake were to continue to work with us, I'd pair him with couples who requested multiples. As you know the couple you're carrying for now implanted five embryos, three of which took. Implanting multiple embryos is standard procedure when working with surrogates but having three take without using fertility drugs is not, especially in men. Now they knew the possibilities of a multiple pregnancy and are happy to be having the triplets, don't get me wrong, but they were really only planning for one. So to be honest Jake, for you to be carrying triplets on your first go round and without any drugs, that's nearly unheard of!"

"You make it sound like he was made to do this," Grant said, looking over to his pregnant husband who was just sitting there quietly, taking it all in.

"I think he is," Dr. Sawyer said. "If there's a next time, I'd pair him with a couple who wanted two or more babies, and implant more than five embryos and see what happens. My thinking is we might get some excellent results out of Jake."

"How many men have naturally carried more than three babies?" Grant asked.

"Naturally," the doctor said, pausing for a moment to think. "No more than eight or nine that I know of and those who carried to term, let alone who produced babies the size of one from a single pregnancy the way Jake has is even less."

"So it really is like I'm made to do this," Jake said quietly.

"I really think so," Dr. Sawyer agreed. "Take some time," she said standing. "Talk with each other and think about it. Let me know what the other job is offering you and I'll double it and remember all the incentives provided by the clinic - free health care for you and Grant, the extra stipend per baby, the list goes on too when you include any incentives provided by whoever you're carrying for."

"We'll certainly think about it," Grant said as he stood to help Jake up.

"We will?" Jake asked.

"We'll talk," Grant smiled to Dr. Sawyer. "I guess we'll be seeing you next on d day!"

"That's the plan," Dr. Sawyer smiled as she made her exit.

Jake and Grant silently made their way down to the car. Jake stood there deep in thought as he waited for Grant to pick him up, this time without any interruptions from Gladys who was actually somewhere inside doing her job, probably making a point to do so after his comment to her, and what perfect timing too because he had some serious thinking to do.

Chapter 4:

"What did you mean in there when you told Dr. Sawyer that we'd talk?" Jake questioned as Grant drove.

"Exactly what it sounds like," Grant smirked. "We at least deserve to give her offer consideration although ultimately it's your decision."

"Don't forget that for one second!" Jake said. "What are we having for lunch? I'm starving!"

"Well we ate the last of at we had at home this morning so I've got to go to the store," Grant said. "You wanna come with or should I drop you off?"

"I'll come with," Jake smiled, his mood suddenly brightening.

"What are you up to?" Grant asked skeptically. "You haven't come to the store with me in weeks. You say it's too much walking. Wait a second you're trying to change the subject aren't you?"

"Damn, you're not as dumb as I thought," Jake joked, snapping his fingers. "Oh well it was worth a shot."

"Fine we don't have to talk about it now but promise me we will ok?"

"Alright, fine," Jake sighed.

"We're almost to the store now," Grant indicated. "You really want to come or do you want me to take you home?"

"I'll come," Jake said. "I could stand for a little adventure in my life but I'm waiting in the car. Sad that waiting in the car while you go grocery shopping has become an adventure for me. I'd say that's strike one against getting pregnant again," he said making an X in the air with his finger. "No adventures."

"The whole thing's an adventure Jake," Grant said. "You've got to try looking at it a different way."

"I thought you said we didn't have to talk about this now," Jake said.

"I did!  But you brought it up!" Grant said exasperatedly.

"Please don't get me upset," Jake groaned. "It gets the babies all active."

"Alright, alright, I'm sorry," Grant said. "We won't talk about it now. EITHER of us!"

Grant pulled into the parking lot and parked in the Expectant Mothers/Fathers spot right up front, rolling the windows down for Jake so he could have some breeze as he waited.

"What do you want?" Grant asked, out of the car through the open window.

"Sandwiches are fine for lunch and whatever you feel like for dinner," Jake said. "Can you try to be quick?  I'm gonna need to pee soon."

"Yeah I'll be right back," Grant said, turning around to jog into the store.

Jake used his BlackBerry to get caught up on the latest news for a few minutes while Grant shopped, all the while rubbing his stomach. It was now almost lunch time and the babies had yet to calm down. After a few minutes of sitting in the car, Jake decided to get out and stand as his stomach was weighing heavily on his legs, causing them to fall asleep.

Jake waddled around the car a few times, stretching his legs. Once they were no longer asleep he waddled around to the back and opened the tailgate, choosing to sit on the bumper and lean back into the cargo area, his arm behind himself for support. As he sat there he got lots of looks from passersby, probably none of whom had seen anyone so pregnant, either male or female.  Jake, who was used to the stares by now just sat there rubbing his belly in big circles with his free hand, hoping Grant would hurry up.

Jake noticed a man walking out of the store and heading down his aisle. The man's eyes were fixed on him, but Jake could tell they were looking at his face and not at his stomach for a change. The man looked so familiar yet Jake was having a hard time placing who he was. After a few seconds of blatant staring the man's eyes finally drifted down to Jake's swollen middle. Jake swore he saw the man's eyes bug when they caught site of his belly but then quickly returned their stare to Jake's face. The man was now only a couple cars away and Jake finally realized who he was.

"Sean!" Jake called out with a wave. Jake had taken a few advertising classes with Sean in college and they had dated briefly before realizing they'd make better friends but as usually happens, they lost touch after college and hadn't seen each other since graduation almost ten years ago.

"Jake!  Oh my gosh!" Sean said as he put his bags down on the ground and came over to give Jake an awkward hug. "How long has it been?"

"Almost ten years!" Jake said. "Hard to believe huh?  You look good!"

"So do you!" Sean said taking in Jake's form. "You haven't aged a bit just..."

"Gotten a little bigger right?" Jake laughed patting his belly.

"To say the least!" Sean said staring at Jake's belly. "How many do you have in there? And better yet, why are they still in there?  You look like you were due a couple of months ago!" He laughed placing his hands on either side of Jake's baby filled belly for a few seconds.

"Triplets," Jake smiled. "I'm due next week."

"Are you still with Grant?" Sean asked, taking a seat on the bumper next to Jake. "Are they his?"

"I'm still with Grant," Jake nodded. "We've been together ten years now but they're actually not his." This got a very puzzled look from Sean. "I'm a surrogate."

"Really?" Sean said. "Wow, that's cool but I've gotta ask, what happened to the big advertising career you had planned?"

"Oh I had it," Jake said, and proceeded to fill Grant in on his life since college including the last year of his life, explaining his current situation.

"Same thing happened to me and my partner Kevin a few months ago which is what brought us back here," Sean said. "We both were laid off and out of work for a while and just recently found jobs here. I actually started working at the Bright Ideas firm about a month ago."

"I was just offered a position there a few days ago," Jake said. "I'm supposed to start in a couple of weeks."

"Wow right down to the wire huh?" Sean laughed. "Do they know about the babies?"

"No," Jake said shaking his head. "I told them I was 'currently employed' and needed to give my two weeks, which is somewhat true," Jake laughed. "You won't say anything will you?"

"No!" Sean said. "That'll be so cool though to be working at the same place!"

"Well I don't know if I'm actually going to accept. Something else has been offered to me," Jake said, scratching his belly. Jake then told Sean about Dr. Sawyer's offer.

"Wow!" Sean said. "That's something to definitely think about. But it doesn't sound like you've liked being pregnant."

"Eh, it's not really that bad I guess," Jake said. "You know me I can get kind of cynical and sometimes get into funks over things."

"Oh I remember that," Sean laughed. "That's why we stopped dating and just decided on being friends!" The two shared a good laugh at that. "So what do you think you're going to do?"

"Well Grant and I haven't had a chance to talk about it yet. It's ultimately my decision but I think he wants me to do it again. I think he likes staying home and taking care of me and actually I've got to say I like it too," Jake smiled. "We've gotten a lot closer this past year spending so much time together."

"That's good to hear," Sean smiled, glad to hear his two friends were still together and so happy. "I wish I could say the same for Kevin and I. I mean don't get me wrong, I love him. We've been together for about five years now but there's been some tension lately especially since we both lost our jobs. See money wasn't a problem for us since we were both unemployed for a much shorter time than you and Grant, and Kevin saw this as a perfect time for us to have a baby, which he wanted me to carry and I wasn't too happy with that idea. I had the same mind set as you - what if I get a job?  And look I did! And now, while Kevin's happy I know he's upset because he knows that means it could be awhile before we have children."

"Why doesn't he carry?" Jake asked.

"He's a competitive body builder and personal trainer so there's no way he's going to put his body through this," he said reaching over to pat Jake's bulge. "No offense."

"None taken," Jake laughed.

"And I always feel like I'm so lucky that Kevin wants to be with me," Sean sighed. "He's so sweet, loving, handsome, big, mmmm," he moaned and then laughed. "I love him to death and I know he's dying for kids and I'd like to have them too, don't get me wrong but I want to have a career too. After the kids come, Kevin promised I could go back to work and he'd take care of them as his schedule's more flexible but still that puts me in an awkward situation - no offense again, for nine months."

"It's rough," Jake said. "Grant and I have talked about having children of our own and we will someday but same as you, I would be the one to carry and if I go start a new job in the corporate world, that'll derail our plans again for sometime. How many were you thinking about having?"

"We've talked about a big family and trying for twins if I were to carry," Sean started. "More if it happens but I don't want to use any fertility drugs, no offense. Basically the idea is to have as many at once as I naturally could so I'd only have to get pregnant once or twice."

"Makes sense," Jake nodded. "And I actually didn't take any drugs." Jake then told Sean everything Dr. Sawyer had told him, including about how it seemed he was meant to be a multiples' surrogate.

"That's pretty amazing," Grant said. "I wish you'd surrogate for us," he added with a laugh.

"Seriously?" Jake asked. "You'd want me to carry for you?"

"If you'd do it I'd love you for it!" Sean smiled. "We'd talked about doing the whole surrogacy thing but I always felt a little uncomfortable with someone I don't know carrying my child or children but I know you so there goes that problem!"

"How many are you talking if I were to do this?" Jake asked.

"As many as you'd carry!" Sean said. "Are you really thinking about doing this?"

"I'm thinking about it," Jake said.

"Sean?" Grant smiled as he walked up. "How the heck are you?" He said putting the bags into the car and then giving Sean a big hug.

"Really good!" Sean gushed. "Your husband just made my day!  I think..."

"And how's that?" Grant asked, bending down to give Jake a quick kiss.

"I'm going to carry for Sean and his partner Kevin," Jake said having just made up his mind.

"You are?!?" Sean nearly screamed, jumping up and down.

"Carry what?" Grant asked, confused.

Jake quickly filled Grant in on he and Josh's conversation and Grant was all for the idea.

"As long as you're sure you want to do this babe," he said, looking at Jake. "You don't need to make any decisions now you know."

"Oh no!  You totally don't!" Sean said. "I didn't mean to put any pressure on you or anything so please think about it!"

"I have," Jake said with authority. "And I'm going to do it."

"This is so amazing!" Sean said resuming his exuberant jumping. "Kevin is going to be so happy! Oh my gosh you guys have to meet him!  He'll be dying to meet you as soon as I tell him."

"Well let's plan on dinner later this week," Grant suggested. "How 'bout our place on Friday?"

"Excellent!" Sean gushed. "Oh my gosh I'm so glad we ran into each other today!".

"Me too!" Jake smiled as Sean hugged him.

"Alright guys, we'll see you Friday!" Sean said as he ran to his car with bags in hand.

"You amaze me," Grant smiled. "You really do."

"Why?" Jake asked as he waddled over to his side of the car and got in.

"Well because twenty minutes ago you didn't want to talk about the idea of being pregnant again for one," Grant said as he backed up. "And two, an hour ago you were suggesting to Dr. Sawyer that the babies were ready to come out now!  In short an hour ago you hated pregnancy and now you're going to do it again!"

"You know me," Jake laughed. "I'm full of surprises among other things," he said.

Grant reached over and patted Jake's belly. "I'm glad you're doing it."

"Me too," Jake smiled. "I guess I finally decided to ditch my lame attitude and see the good in what I'm doing for other people. To be honest I really haven't disliked being pregnant."

"You had me thinking otherwise," Grant laughed as he drove home. "Now," he began realizing what he was going to say next might throw a wrench in the whole thing. "You remember what Dr. Sawyer said about working right?"

"I do, and I've already thought about that," Jake said pulling out his BlackBerry. "I'm going to call her first and see if she'd be opposed to me working from home part time just so I have something to keep my mind fresh and occupied and then call Bright Ideas and see if they really are so bright as to go for my idea!"

"I love you Jake," Grant said with a sincere smile. "You're really not the rotten egg your mother swears you are. You do think about other people and you really do have a heart in there!" he laughed as he reached over to poke Jake's meaty chest.

"Thanks babe," Jake laughed giving Grant the finger. "Love you too," he said as he dialed Dr. Sawyer's to tell her he'd made up his mind.

Chapter 5:

"Baby they're going to be here in an hour and you're not showered and I need to finish cooking!" Grant said as he stood over the bed which held the massive body of the naked, pregnant Jake.

"It doesn't have to take long," Jake moaned lifting his legs up as best he could around the sides of his huge stomach, exposing his ass to Grant. "Plus you worked in restaurants for years, you know how to throw something together fast."

"Good point," Grant said, already pulling his t-shirt off exposing his beefy torso. "The chicken's been marinating, all I need to do is throw it on the grill and everything else is nearly ready.  It's gonna have to be quick but let's do this!" He said as he pulled off his shorts and tossed them on the floor, climbing up on the bed between Jake's legs.  He lowered his face between Jake's meaty ass cheeks and went to work with his tongue quickly getting Jake worked up.

"That's enough," Jake said. "We can save the good stuff for later tonight just get that dick up there!"

"But I love working your ass babe!" Grant said coming up for air, trying to look around the massive dome to see Jake's face but he couldn't see it.

"Later! Come on I'm so horny!" Jake moaned.

"When are you not horny?" Grant asked as he got onto his knees and grabbed onto Jake's thighs. "Fine I'll keep it quick," he smiled at Jake, now able to see his face.

"Make it good though," Jake said.

"Don't I always?" Grant moaned as he sank his nine inches into Jake. "You're kind of loose can you tighten up?"

"I will, give me a second," Jake said as he worked his ass muscles, closing them tighter around Grant's hard cock. Since he was so close to term, his ass had naturally loosened up some in preparation for delivery. That coupled with the stretching excersizes Dr. Sawyer prescribed, Jake's hole was much looser than it normally was, making him work to keep it tight for Grant. He didn't mind though because the tighter he made it, the better it felt for him.

"There we go," Grant sighed as he felt Jake's hole close around his dick as he started thrusting. "So when did Dr. Sawyer say you could get pregnant again?" He asked as he pumped. The two had sex so often now that while it remained special they were used to having conversations while they did it.

"She said I could get pregnant in a month, two tops," Jake said as his belly rocked back and forth. His belly stood so high between he and Grant that even though Grant was kneeling on the bed, Jake could only see him from the top of his chest up. "Oh yeah, hit it there again!"

Grant angled himself so that he could hit the spot Jake requested, jabbing in and out with short jabs, eliciting some serious moans from Jake.

"You must be happy both Dr. Sawyer and Bright Ideas agreed to you working from home part time," Grant said.

"Oh yeah," Josh moaned. He'd let go of his legs now since Grant was holding them. He wasn't able to reach his hard cock which was blocked by his enormous stomach but it stood hard and erect, leaking on the bottom of his belly. "Bright Ideas is a pretty progressive company so they were cool with the idea. I'll only have to go into the office once a month for meetings the first few months, then they said I can conference call in."

"Great!" Grant said very enthusiastically. Jake gave a puzzled look, wondering why Grant found his last comment so "great" then realized Grant was about to come as he picked up his pace, his balls slapping hard against Jake's ass as his cock bottomed out. Jake worked his ass as tight as he could and that sent Grant over the edge. He pulled his cock out quickly grabbing onto Jake's own hard nine inches with one hand and his with the other causing both of them to shoot their hot loads all over the bottom of Jake's belly.

"Shit I needed that," Jake sighed. "Thanks babe. Wanna help me up?"

"One second," Grant said. "There's something I gotta take care of first."

Grant leaned over and took Jake's cock in his mouth, not the whole thing but as much as he could that was not blocked by his belly which was only a few inches in this position, coaxing the last few drops of cum out along with a moan from Jake. Once he got as much as he could out of Jake, he moved his tongue to the bottom of Jake's stomach and licked the large amount of cum they had both produced off. This always made Jake squirm and giggle as the underside of his belly was very sensitive but he loved it. When Grant had Jake thoroughly cleaned off, he moved up a little to give Jake some light kisses on his stomach and a gentle nibble on his belly button.

"You done yet?" Jake laughed. "We gotta get ready!"

"Oh now you're worried about the time," Grant laughed, rolling his eyes. "Alright, let's get you up and into the shower."

Grant and Jake worked together to get Jake into a standing position which was no easy feat now. Once Jake was vertical he headed into the master bath to shower and Grant got his clothes back on and went to the guest bathroom to brush his teeth then out to the deck to start the grill.

Meanwhile, Sean and Kevin were on their way over to Grant and Jake's but were stopped at the grocery store debating on what to bring over with them.

"Well he can't drink," Sean said.

"Doctors say a glass of wine every once in awhile is ok," Kevin said reaching for a couple bottles. "Plus we drink and so does Grant."

"True," Sean said. "But what can we bring for Jake?"

"Get him some dessert," Kevin suggested. "I don't eat dessert but you three will."

"Yeah but that's not special," Sean complained. "'Hi! Thanks for agreeing to carry our children! Have a cake!'" Sean was very nervous and excited for Kevin to meet Jake and Grant and had been on edge all day.

"Honey, we're just going over there for me to meet them and to have a good time," Kevin said rubbing Sean's back. "We can get him something special later on when he's actually carrying our babies."

"Good point," Sean sighed. "I'm just really excited about this."

"I am too," Kevin smiled and Sean nearly melted. Kevin was a great big hunk but at heart a real teddy bear. Anyone who saw Kevin immediately was a little intimidated by his great size but Sean just melted whenever Kevin even just smiled. While Sean often got himself wound up over little issues, like what to bring to someone's house, Kevin helped keep him calm and more importantly sane and Sean loved him for it. Sean had been right, Kevin was ecstatic when he told him about Jake.

Out of the store, they continued the ride to Jake and Grant's.

"Should I not wear cologne?" Sean asked after getting the bottle out of the center console. "I hear pregnant people are sensitive to smell."

"He should be ok now," Kevin said. "That's usually just during the first trimester. Why are you so nervous babe?"

"Cause I just want you to like him and Grant too! But Jake especially," Sean nearly cried, tears forming in his eyes. "I know you wanted me to have our kids and I know I'd been putting it off but, I dunno I just want to make sure I keep you happy 'cause I love you so much and don't want to lose you!"

Kevin looked over at his nearly hysterical partner and  pulled the car over, put it in park and turned it off.

"Sean," he said taking Sean's hand in his. "I love you. I always will, I'm not going anywhere so calm down," he smiled, looking right into Sean's eyes. "As for having children I want to have children with you no matter how we have them. You don't have to be the one to carry them."

"Really?" Sean asked, nearly crying again but this time from relief.

"Really," Kevin smiled and squeezed Sean's hand. "Now I'm not gonna lie and say I didn't wish you were getting pregnant 'cause I think pregnant guys are sexy!" he said with a big grin.

"Really?" Sean asked very surprised. "I didn't think you'd find me sexy anymore which was another reason I didn't want to get pregnant, you being such a fitness buff and all," he said, squeezing Kevin's bulging bicep with his free hand.

"I love me some pregnant men," Kevin laughed, blushing slightly. "Guess the cat's out of the bag."

"Well you're gonna love Jake then," Sean laughed. "He's a pretty buff guy himself and it looks like someone force fed him one of those giant pumpkins they grow for contests he's so big right now!"

"Sounds hot!" Kevin said raising his eyebrows a few times. "Can we go now? You good?"

"Yeah I'm good," Sean smiled. "I love you."

"I love you too," Kevin said as he pulled back out into traffic.

"One question though," Sean said.

"Go head," Kevin said.

"Ever been with a pregnant guy?"

"Nope," Kevin shook his head.

"Ever wanted to be with a pregnant guy?" Sean asked.

"Um yeah a few times, why?" Kevin asked.

"Oh just curious!" Sean said.

"But why?" Kevin asked.

"Just curious is all!" Sean said. "Careful you're gonna miss the turn!"
Chapter 6:

Dinner with Sean and Kevin had been a big success. The evening was spent getting to know Kevin and getting caught up with Sean and of course talking about the upcoming pregnancy. Jake gave Sean and Kevin Dr. Sawyer's number and they promised to give her a call on Monday to let her know they would like to use Jake as their surrogate.

The rest of weekend passed uneventfully for Jake and Grant since there wasn't much Jake could do or felt like doing at this point. Monday morning found Jake in his usual position on the couch in front of the tv watching the morning talk shows.

"Guess who just called me?" Jake asked when Grant came in the door from his morning jog.

"Who?" Grant asked, pulling off his sweaty shirt and using it to wipe his face.

"My brother," Jake groaned.

"Tommy?" Grant questioned. "What did he want?  He never calls unless he wants something. When was the last time you talked to him anyway?"

"Last year," Jake said, shifting on the couch. "When he called to ask for money."

"Well what did he want?" Grant asked, heading to the kitchen to get some water.

"Surprisingly not money," Jake grunted. "Well he didn't ask for any yet, I'm sure he will though. He needs somewhere to stay, said he lost his job and just got evicted from his apartment for not paying rent."

"What did you say?" Grant asked after a big gulp of water.

"What could I say?" Jake asked. "He's my little brother and he's my responsibility since Mom and Dad aren't around anymore."

"Did you tell him you were pregnant and due to deliver next week?" Grant asked, about to sit down next to Jake.

"DON'T even think about it!" Jake said holding out his hand to stop Grant from sitting. "You're gonna get the couch all wet!  And no I didn't tell him I was pregnant. He was calling collect and was in a rush to get off the phone."

"When is he going to grow up?" Grant asked, pacing the living room since Jake wouldn't let him sit.

"Who knows?  He's 26 and it hasn't happened yet," Jake sighed. "I just keep hoping he gets his act together soon.  I mean he's not a bad guy, he just needs to get a steady job and quit jerking around.  Maybe he'll be able to find a job here."

"Well when he gets here we need to set some ground rules," Grant said. "Like not having girls over to the house, no sitting around doing nothing - he's got to get out there and look for a job. And a place to live!"

"I know, I know," Jake sighed. As much as he wished his brother were more responsible and as much as he wanted to not have to worry about him, he was still Jake's little brother and since the death of their parents a few years ago, he felt responsible for making sure Tommy was ok, even if he was 26.

"So when's he getting here?" Grant asked.

"Tomorrow evening. Got to pick him up at the bus station."

"Well this should be interesting," Grant said. "I can't believe you didn't tell him you were pregnant!"

"There wasn't time to!" Jake said. "It was basically, 'Hey bro, it's Tommy. Lost my job and my place - I'm coming out there tomorrow, can you pick me up at the bus? Awesome! Thanks, bye!'" Jake said imitating Tommy's surfer-esque speak. "At least he remembered to thank me.  I think I got two words in - 'Hello?' and 'Ok.' That's it."

"So he's just gonna show up at the bus station tomorrow, I'm gonna pick him up and bring him back here and then he'll walk in and see you sitting where you are right now, massively pregnant with triplets?  No warning for the poor kid?"

"It's not going to upset him if that's what you're worried about," Jake replied. "Sure, he'll be surprised but then he'll just make fun of me for it and tell me I'm fat."

"We'll see," Grant said shaking his head. "I still think you should've told him. If you had maybe he could've found somewhere else to stay."

"What's the big deal?" Jake asked, starting to get annoyed. "You like Tommy anyway. You guys always end up hanging out and drinking and acting like animals and I'm the one who feels left out!"

"It's just that it's not good timing!" Grant sighed. "We have our hands full right now and just don't have the time or energy to take care of someone else but you're right, he's your brother, of course I like him and of course he can stay here," Grant said, bending over to kiss Jake's forehead. "I'm going to go take a shower.

"Ew!" Jake squirmed, wrinkling his nose. "Good 'cause you smell!"

So the next evening, Grant found himself driving all the way across town in rush hour to go pick up Tommy from the bus. Grant silently cursed Tommy for choosing this bus to come in on - he knew the area had horrific traffic and if he could've come in an hour earlier or an hour later, Grant's trip would've taken half the time, but that was Tommy.

Grant really did like Tommy and Jake was right, whenever the two got together, they always had a good time. Tommy would go golfing with Grant (if Grant paid which he always did) whereas Jake rarely wanted to. Tommy would drink a million beers with him (as long as he bought them which he always did) whereas Jake would opt for wine while reminding Grant that beer had a lot more calories. In short, Tommy would do a lot of the more "manly" and carefree things Jake wouldn't do and Grant being a man's man needed to do those things too sometimes. Grant loved Jake with all his heart but sometimes wished he could let loose and have more fun the way Tommy did. Then again part of the reason Grant loved Jake so much was because he was a little uptight and responsible and sensible. The real reason Grant wasn't so thrilled about Tommy coming now was that he was worried Tommy would in his natural unassuming way, pull his attention from Jake at the time Jake needed him most.
Despite the traffic, Grant made it to the station a few minutes before Tommy's bus was to arrive. He got out of the car and leaned on the hood, enjoying the refreshing breeze while he waited.

As he waited, Grant wondered why Tommy had taken the bus?  He had a car, which was the one thing Tommy was always responsible with - a classic '64 Camaro that had belonged to his dad and he would never sell it and always made sure to keep it in good shape, so why didn't he drive here?

"Maybe it's not running," Grant thought.

Just then the bus pulled into the station. The doors opened and people started off. In true Tommy fashion, he was the last off the bus. He was carrying two bags awkwardly in front of him as he walked slowly toward Grant. Very slowly. So slowly that Grant started to get a little annoyed.

"Hey brother-in-law," Tommy said nonchalantly when he finally got to the car.

"Sure took your time there," Grant said. "What do you have in those bags, bricks?  Here let me help," he said as he reached for the bag on top.

"Sorry, moving a little slower nowadays," Tommy said as Grant put the bag in the back of the car.

"Why's that?" Grant asked as he turned toward Tommy. "Holy shit!  What the hell?"

Chapter 7:

"So now I know why you didn't drive here," Grant said to Tommy as he pulled out of the station.

"Yeah," Tommy said looking down at the stomach that filled his lap. "This thing is too damn big for me to fit into my car now."

"What'd you do with the car?" Grant asked.

"Left it at a friend's house," Tommy said, looking out the window as he stroked his belly.

"So," Grant said began. "You gonna tell me how you ended up pregnant?"

"I'd kind of rather wait til we get to the house," Tommy said. "It's a little complicated."

"Must be," Grant chuckled, shaking his head. He was dying to know how Tommy, ever the ladies man became pregnant because, well he had to have done something that most ladies men don't do.

"You think he's gonna be mad?" Tommy asked, looking over to Grant.

"I think Jake's going to be surprised and want to hear how it happened," Grant said. "And what you plan on doing with the baby. But I don't think he'll be mad. What are you going to do with the baby anyway?"

"Babies actually," Tommy corrected. "Twins."

"Runs in the family I see," Grant mumbled.

"What'd you say?" Tommy asked, missing Grant's comment.

"Oh nothing," Grant said quickly, already imagining the scene that was about to unfold at home. "So what are you going to do with the babies?"

"Give them up for adoption," Tommy said. "That's why I came back here. I remembered this state has a law that covers the hospital bills for someone who gives their baby up for adoption, you know to encourage people to do the right thing rather than do something really bad like you hear on the news. And I figured I'd take advantage of that offer rather than get stuck with the bill myself back at home since I don't have insurance."

"I didn't know we did that," Grant said, as he was unaware that the state had that offer in place for unplanned pregnancies. "Glad to hear my tax dollars are at good work. But how did you know about that?" he asked Tommy as he was surprised that he would know that sort of information.

"I've had a lot of time on my hands lately so I spent a lot of time at the library on the web trying to figure out what to do," Tommy said.

"Well I'm glad that you're making a good decision," Grant smiled.

"So you're not mad at me or disappointed?" Tommy asked.

"Well I'm a little disappointed in you but I'm not mad," Grant smiled reaching over to pat Tommy's shoulder.

"I'm so glad you're not mad at me," Tommy sighed with relief. "'Cause you're like a brother to me too and what you think of me is really important."

"Well remember I did say I was disappointed in you," Grant reminded.

"Why's that? Should I even ask?" Tommy winced.

"It's not gonna be why you think, I promise!" Grant laughed. "I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to getting a couple rounds of golf in with you and having some beers!"

"Well then I'm disappointed in myself too," Tommy laughed. "As soon as I have these two, the first thing I'll do is have a beer with you! Actually better make it a case 'cause I've got some catching up to do!"

Jake heard the garage door opening and looked out the window to see the car pulling up.

"This is it," he said aloud to himself as he tried to pull his t-shirt down over the bottom of his stomach, it promptly snapped back up a few inches.

"Baby we're home," Grant called as he walked in.

"In the living room!" Jake called back.

"Hi babe," Grant said as he walked in and bent over to give Jake a kiss.

"Hey," Jake smiled. "Where's Tommy?"

"Um, he really had to go to the bathroom," Grant said, sitting down next to Jake.

"Don't they have bathrooms on the bus?" Jake asked.

"They do," Grant said slowly. "But I don't think he was able to use it."

"Must've been really bad then," Jake laughed. "'Cause Tommy doesn't usually care about cleanliness."

"I don't think that's why he didn't go," Grant said.
"Well what then?" Jake asked, looking at Grant skeptically. "What's going on? You're acting weird and I need you to be normal now! This is already gonna be weird enough when he sees me!"

"It is," Grant said rolling his eyes.

"Oh gee thanks a lot," Jake said. "What's your problem? Is it Tommy? Is he drunk? 'Cause if he is that'll make this even more awkward!"

"Jake," Grant said grabbing a firm hold on one of Jake's now flailing arms. "He's not drunk."

"So then what the hell is going on?" Jake yelled.

"Hey bro," Tommy said quietly from behind the couch.

"Get over here Tommy where I can see you!" Jake yelled from the couch. "Grant's acting all weird and I think it has something to do with..."

Tommy waddled his way slowly to the front of the couch and stopped dead in front of Jake. As soon as they saw each other, their mouths both dropped open.

"You," Jake finished his sentence with a gulp and stared dumbly at his brother's pregnant stomach for a long time. "You're pregnant!" he yelled finally snapping out of it.

"So are you!" Tommy yelled back. "What the? You couldn't have told me?" he yelled at Grant.

"He wanted to tell you himself!" Grant said holding his hands up.

Jake pushed himself off the back of the couch and leaned forward as best he could, his belly dropping down between his spread legs. "So you gonna tell me how this happened?"

"You first," Tommy groaned as he took a seat in the chair across from Jake.

Jake quickly filled Tommy in on the details of his pregnancy before turning the tables on him. "Now spill! How the hell did YOU get pregnant? I always thought this was the ONE thing you wouldn't do! The one thing that I would never have to worry about! The..."

"Jake calm down'!" Grant soothed, rubbing Jake's back. "Let him talk."

"He better start quick!"

"Ok! Ok!" Tommy said, looking down at his stomach. "So you know how I started working at this new shop last year?"

"Yes," Jake said slowly.

"Well there's this guy there named Paco. Real cool dude, awesome mechanic." Tommy started.

"And..."

"Well we started hanging out, worked on each other's cars, went out drinking, and became real good friends."

"So you made a good friend," Jake said. "What's the point?"

"Like I said, we became real good friends," Tommy said slowly, emphasisng the "real good" part.

"You mean you slept with him?!?" Jake yelled, trying to lean forward even more but his belly was in the way. "But you're straight!"

"Well I'm not so sure anymore," Tommy blushed. "I've never had feelings for a guy before but Paco's different. I've actually never had feelings for anybody the way I have for Paco."

"So this wasn't just a one time thing?" Grant asked. He had thought for sure that Tommy had gotten drunk one night and just messed around with some guy, experimenting the way a lot of guys do.

"No," Tommy smiled. "We've kind of been dating for awhile now."

"So he knows about the baby?" Jake asked.

"He knows about the babies," Tommy said. "It's twins. Guess we're some fertile brothers!"

"Seems like it," Jake said, leaning back on the couch to take it all in. "So if you guys are dating, then why aren't you home with him? And why aren't you keeping the babies?"

Tommy told Jake why he had decided to come here to give the babies up for adoption, telling him about the law. "And the reason we're not keeping them is this whole guy thing is new for both of us and even though we love each other we're not ready for a baby right now so forget about two! It wasn't an easy decision to make but we wanted to do what was best for the babies."

"So why isn't Paco here?" Grant asked. "If he's so important to you and you to him, I'd think he'd want to be here to support you. When are you due anyway?"

"My due date's this Friday," Tommy said rubbing his belly.

"No way!" Grant laughed. "That's just too much... Jake's due on Saturday!"

"That's awesome!" Tommy grinned. "If it's ok, the plan's for Paco to come out here on Thursday. He couldn't come out now 'cause he doesn't have that much time off."

"Of course that's fine," Grant smiled. "We'll be glad to meet him, right Jake?"

Jake sat quietly on the couch looking at his little brother. It was all just a lot to take in and he was totally caught off guard. It was taking him some time to process because he had been so worried what Tommy would think of him for being a surrogate and never in a million years did he think he'd live to see the day Tommy got pregnant.

"Huh?" Jake said looking at Grant with a start as he shook out of his daze. "Yeah of course, we'd love to meet him," he said, turning to Tommy. "I'm sorry Tommy I don't mean to seem upset, this is just a lot for me to take in. It's a real surprise for me. I never thought you'd get pregnant!"

"I'm sorry to spring it on you like this," Tommy said quietly. "I didn't know how to tell you on the phone which is why I only said what I said. So much in my life is different now it just seemed like it would be easier to tell you in person."

"I know exactly what you mean," Jake smiled. "Can you help me up Grant? I want to give my big little brother a hug!" he said with a laugh and a grin.

Grant got Jake up and quickly had to do the same for Tommy. The two took each other's swollen bodies in for a second before awkwardly embracing each other in a hug, their big bellies meeting first, leaving their actual bodies feet apart. More laughing ensued along with a few tears.

"I'm glad you came Tommy," Jake smiled, wiping his eyes. "I missed you."

"I missed you too" Tommy replied, wiping his own eyes quickly. "Damn pregnancy! Gets me all emotional. Paco makes fun of me for it all the time 'cause everything makes me cry now!"

"That is kind of funny," Grant laughed. "'Cause you're so not that type!"

"I know," Tommy laughed. "Oh man Jake could you imagine if Mom and Dad were around now, what they'd think?"

"I know just what Dad would say," Jake said, clearing his throat to do an impression of their father. "Leave it to my sons to both get pregnant with five babies and still not give me any grandchildren!"

That sent everyone into hysterics and the waterworks started again but this time from all the laughing.

"I'm gonna really cry if we don't eat soon!" Jake laughed. "I'm starving!"

"Me too!" Tommy said. "I eat like a fucking pig now!"

"Me too!" Jake giggled. "This is going to be so much fun!"

"I know!" Tommy squealed.

"Why do I suddenly feel like I'm watching the Lifetime channel?" Grant groaned.

"Oh shut up and order some pizza!" Jake said, swatting at Grant.

"I'm just telling you now I can polish off a large and a half myself," Tommy said.

"And I know how much you can eat," Grant said to Jake as he dialed. "So it sounds like we're gonna need a lot! Hope they have enough dough!"

Chapter 8:

Jake and Tommy spent the next couple days getting reacquainted - they hadn't been very close since they were kids. As adults, Jake and Tommy still couldn't really relate as their lifestyles until now were so different. Though they never would have guessed it pregnancy was what was finally bringing them closer. They spent the next few days trading pregnancy stories, finding they had experienced many of the same things as each they had progressed.

Thursday morning, the day Paco was to arrive, Jake waddled down to the kitchen in his oversized robe. He found Grant and Tommy talking, as always thick as thieves.

"You boys look like you're getting along well," he smiled as he eased himself into a chair at the kitchen table.

"Of course!" Grant smiled back. "Tommy's my dawg!'

"And so it begins," Jake chuckled as he rolled his eyes. "Or should I say resumes? Every time Tommy comes around, you end up talking like him. Must you do this to him Tommy? It takes me forever to get him talking 'normal' again."

"Sorry bro," Tommy shrugged as he waddled over to the table with a glass of orange juice in hand for Jake.

"Ugh," Jake groaned as he saw what Tommy was wearing. "You're wearing that damn shirt again?"

"What's the matter with it?" Tommy asked looking down at his t-shirt. It was a faded blue t-shirt that had "Baby on Board" written across the chest with an arrow pointing down to his stomach. The arrow, curved though as it followed the horizon of Tommy's big stomach.

"What isn't the matter with it?" Jake asked, sipping the juice. "One, it's two sizes too small and two, you've been wearing it for 3 days straight!"

"I've thrown it in the wash once," Tommy defended himself. "And unlike you," Tommy said as he came back to the table with two plates of food in hand, one for himself and one for Jake. "I'm not made of money and have to make do with shopping in the paternity section of Wal Mart."

"You're not allowed to say Wal Mart in this house," Jake said raising a hand in an attempt to stop further discussion of the big box store he so despised.

"What's the matter with..." Tommy began to ask.

"Tommy," Grant said, turning from the stove, spatula in hand. "If you value your life, just stop talking. While I, a common sense, value shopper have no problem with Wally World, your spoiled brother here," pausing for affect and to point at Jake with the spatula, "refuses to step foot in that 'horrible place', his words. He says he gets itchy even thinking about driving near there!"

"Really Grant," Jake sighed. "I'm not that dramatic."

"Really Jake," Grant responded with a raised eyebrow. "You are."

"Besides," Tommy said through a mouthful of pancakes. "The babies are coming out tomorrow anyway.". After he swallowed his food, he continued. "Man tomorrow it'll be all over, that's crazy!"

"That's just your due date," Grant pointed out. "Doesn't mean for sure that it's going to be then. Could be Friday, heck could even be today!"

"Don't say that!" Tommy said quickly. "Paco's gotta be here!"

"Aww," Grant cooed. "Tommy's excited to see his boyfriend! So cute!"

"Shut it!" Tommy scowled. He was still getting used to admitting he had a boyfriend even though he was so obviously pregnant.

"Speaking of Paco," Jake jumped in. "I'm sure he's seen you in that shirt a million times."

"Yeah so?" Tommy shrugged. "He got it for me."

"So don't you want to look nice for him when he gets here today?" Jake asked.

"Bro," Tommy groaned. "When are you gonna get that I don't really care about looking fashionable the way you do? It's just not my thing! If Wal Mart sells it," he said, emphasizing the store's name to dig at Jake. "It's fashionable enough for me."

"Well it's not for me," Jake said firmly yet jokingly. "And you're living in my house so I make the rules!"

"Hey this is my house too!" Grant pointed out.

"Of course baby," Jake said , reaching over to pat Grant's hand. "But I dress you - fashion is under my domain in this house so I make the rules. So after breakfast we're going shopping to get Tommy and myself some new clothes!"

"I hate shopping," Tommy groaned. "Plus I only have like no time left pregnant so I really don't need anything, it would just be a waste, not to mention I'm kinda broke."

"Not a problem," Jake smiled. "My treat. And whatever you get, I can just wear during the next pregnancy."

"Well if we have to," Tommy sighed, knowing that it wasn't worth it to argue with Jake.

"We do," Jake nodded. "And after we get you some new stuff, that shirt's going in the trash!"
Chapter 9:

To Tommy's delight, the shopping trip was kept brief. The store simply didn't have much to choose from in either he or Jake's size. That and as much as Jake hated to admit it, waddling around the store for forty minutes was very taxing on him in his current state. Tommy himself felt a little winded so he could only imagine how Jake felt carrying an additional baby.

With their new clothes in hand, the two pregnant brothers waddled outside and gladly took a seat on the bench in front of the shop as they waited for Grant.

"I could use a nap," Jake sighed, leaning back against the bench, his stomach resting heavily between his spread legs.

"It's 11 in the morning," Tommy pointed out, leaning back against the bench himself, rubbing his bustling belly. "But I totally could too."

"I hope Grant hurries up," Jake groaned as a baby inside kicked his full bladder. "I have to pee."

"Go back inside," Tommy suggested, still rubbing his orb. The twins had been very active all morning.

"Too much effort," Jake sighed. He got a grunt of understanding from Tommy. "Gosh listen to us," he laughed. "Whining like two babies."

"Well we have a right to," Tommy chuckled. "Between us we're carrying five babies. That should allow us to be somewhat of a baby ourselves."

"Oh we are 'somewhat of a baby'," Jake giggled, looking down at his stomach then over to Tommy's. "A whole lot of somewhat!"

"Alright seriously," Tommy groaned, rubbing his side. "Where is Grant? Now I've gotta pee!"

On cue, Grant pulled up and quickly got out of the car to help the two men with their packages, both the ones they had purchased and the ones they carried ponderously in front of them. When all were secure in the car he headed home.

"I call dibs on the powder room," Tommy said as he waddled toward the door after he got out of the car.

"I can't make it upstairs," Jake gasped as he waddled as quickly as he could in behind his brother. "I might not even make it inside!"

"Fine," Tommy said, still leading the way to the powder room, not bothering to stop. "We can both go in here."

"How?" Jake asked as he followed Tommy into the powder room already fumbling with his shorts. With the two of them in, the room was very tight.

"We'll X-Men pee!" Tommy laughed, fishing below his belly for his dick.

"X-Men" pee was something they used to do as kids, where they would stand next to each other at the toilet, crossing their streams and generally making a mess, much to the displeasure of their mother.

"This should be interesting," Jake giggled as he got hold of his dick. He hadn't seen his dick in months and rarely attempted to pee standing up anymore because of that but desperate times called for desperate measures.

"Ooof!" Tommy grunted as Jake's belly collided with his as they vied for position in front of the toilet, or at least where they figured the toilet was, unseen beyond their bellies.

"I hope we at least get some in the toilet," Jake sighed with relief as his flow started.

Tommy released too and the room was quickly filled with the tinkling of water, much to Jake's relief. As much as he relied on Grant, he didn't want to have to ask him to clean up he and Tommy's mess.

With their bladders emptied, Tommy and Jake decided on a nap, each easing themselves down on a couch in the living room.

When Grant was down unloading the groceries, he popped his head into the living room to check on his two charges. He smiled sweetly as he watched the two brothers rest peacefully, each with a hand on their belly, gently rubbing each of their contents.
Chapter 10:

Jake woke up to a frantic thumping on the side of his mammoth orb. He yawned and stretched, then drew a hand to the site of the commotion. Once he began his soothing ministrations, he took a glance around the barren living room. Grant suddenly walked by the door frame with a dish towel draped over his shoulder.

"Where's Tommy?" Jake yawned again mid-speech, distorting the name of his brother.

"Oh, he's getting ready in the guest bedroom." Grant said, opening the hall closet and fishing out a Swiffer wet mop.

Jake snickered at the cuteness of Tommy's actions. Finally getting dolled up for his travelling boyfriend. Jake glanced around the room, spotting the clock on the wall. It had been a while since he was able to wear his watch, the general swelling of his body made most jewelry pointless to wear.

"7:25...Have I been napping that long?" Jake wondered aloud.

"Yep!" Grant called from the kitchen, quite matter-of-factly. "Dinner will be ready in 45 minutes!"

Jake grinned. Grant's cooking always put a smile on his face. Leave it to Jake to select the wine, decide on which furniture matches what, or make sub-tropical plants grow during the winter. Asking him to make dinner, however, was a dangerous request. Luckily Grant filled in that role easily.

The baby continued hammering against his skin all the while and eventually its siblings began their own beat session against other sections of his belly.

"Give me a break, guys!" Jake huffed, watching the rhythmic pulsations of his belly. He lifted up his shirt to watch the unborn percussion concert go. The tautly-stretched mound quivered with life as the children unleashed everything in their locomotive arsenal. Rolls, flips, kicks, punches. The skin stretched around the flailing limbs and errant craniums.

"Restless?" Grant called out again from the kitchen.

"Very! I don't think I've seen them this active in a few days." Jake placed a finger on the top of his belly and gave a light push, eliciting a sharp prod in response on the other side of the skin. He pressed another finger on the eastern hemisphere of his globe and a similar reaction occurred. "It's like playing Simon!"

"Ooh! Let me have a go!" Tommy waddled in, clothed in his new paternity outfit. He lightly pressed his hand into the pliant surface of his brother's mound and laughed when he got a response. "Mine generally aren't that active."

"These three don't get very active all the time either, but when they do...it's a bonafide hootenanny." Jake laughed at his out-of-character colloquialisms.

Tommy plopped down next to his brother, continuing his game with the unborn trio that his brother hosted. "It feels weird to see it happen on someone else. I mean, like you get so used to feeling them move and now it feels like I'm trying on alien skin or something." He rubbed at a protruding foot. "Whoa!"

Jake laughed at his brother's amusement. "I still feel that way about my OWN belly."

Tommy leaned back into the couch. "I think mine are up now, want to feel?"

Jake shrugged. "Might as well get to know my nephews before they're whisked off to some other family."

Tommy lifted his shirt to accommodate Jake. Tommy's belly certainly was dwarfed by Jake's own planet, but it was by no means small. He obviously hadn't been able to afford cocoa butter while he was developing, or rather he didn't have the foresight to buy any and use it, because he was just coated in stretch marks. The skin seemed to be a little tauter than Jake's, he could almost clearly see the twins without them pushing against their confines. They didn't move a lot at first, but after a few warmup prods, they became a firestorm of activity.

"Oof..." Tommy exhaled as his orb became distorted by the babies. A lot of the assaults seemed to be focused on the front of his belly, near the popped-out button that crowned his impressive pregnancy.

"I don't know if you'll be in labor tomorrow, Tommy. Neither of them are in position right now. At least I hope you don't until they change positions and drop. That'd be bad." Jake said with a tinge of pity and concern.

"W-why's that?" Tommy asked, fairly ignorant of the complications that a breech can bring.

"Things can get ugly if the baby isn't born head first. Both you and your children could be in danger if that happens. Let's just hope that they reposition soon." Jake said, giving his brother's belly a light pat and a circular rub.

"I hope so." Tommy said, dropping his shirt.

"How soon will Paco get here?" Grant called from the kitchen.

"Probably in an hour, he rang me up after work and it's a three hour drive!" Tommy hollered back.

"Good! Dinner will have been ready by then!" Grant called back, his unknown task keeping him in the kitchen.

"I wish it'd be ready now!" Tommy said, his digestive tract grumbling.

"Me too...me too." Jake lamented along with his brother.
Chapter 11

Jake watched ravenously as Grant pulled a tray full of manicotti from the oven. His eyes darted to the kitchen clock. 8:10. Paco couldn't get here fast enough. The delicious scents seeping from the oven had been tantalizing him for the last 10 minutes and now they were wafting towards him at full power. His babies kicked impatiently at his belly, eager for a transmission of nutrients down the umbilical cord.

"He'll be here soon." Tommy tried to sate the restlessness of his hungry brother with the reassurance, while keeping his own hunger at bay. He rubbed his belly absent-mindedly, betraying his own agitation.

The clock continued to creep. Grant occupied himself with setting the table, knowing not to do anything to disturb a hungry, pregnant mate. Much less a hungry, pregnant mate's hungry, pregnant sibling.

8:20 came with a loud knock, causing Tommy to jump (ever-so-slightly) with excitement and a grin to splay across Jake's face. Grant wiped his hands and maneuvered between the two gravid forms towards the door, opening it to reveal Tommy's beau.

Paco was a handsome man, to say the least. He was about 5'9" with very broad shoulders that were cased in a simple button-up shirt. His square jaw cocked slightly as his lips pursed into a smooch-like expression to show his relief (and lust) at seeing his gravid boyfriend. His brown eyes did a quick up-down scan of Tommy, and then jumped to another pregnant man that surprised him. He ran a milk-chocolate hand through his short, crisp black hair and then stuck it out for a handshake.

"Hey, I'm Paco. You must be..." He offered to Jake.

"Jake, Tommy's brother." Jake eagerly accepted the offer from the good-looking fellow.

"No way! You're both pregnant?! ¡Que ridiculo!" He laughed and then offered his hand to the doorman.

"Grant, Jake's boyfriend." Grant obliged.

"Nice work, man. You're very fertile!" He nudged Grant in the ribs with an elbow.

Jake's face was washed over with a hint of agitation at the tactless suggestion and was quite surprised to hear Grant laughing in return.

"I wish. He's a surrogate. But that's not to understate him, he's having triplets." Grant commented, not quite aware of how deep he was treading.

Paco's face was completely lit up at this revelation. "Look at you two! We need pictures!"

"Just our luck, I have a tripod that we've never used!" Grant bounded off to grab the photo equipment.

With him gone, Paco immediately pounced on his expectant lover, completely oblivious to Jake standing a few feet away. He stooped down to give two kisses to the belly and then jumped up to hug Tommy, then leaping behind him to kiss at his neck, rubbing his rotundity all the while.

"You got a new shirt, baby." Paco pulled at the hem of Tommy's shirt, revealing the pale, stretched skin. A kick popped against his hand. "Oh the little niño. Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Yeah. Let's talk about this later." Tommy said, grinning as his boyfriend pecked at his neck with his lips.

Jake tried his best to not be snooty, but he couldn't help cracking looks at his brother's lusty boyfriend.

Grant bounded into the room with the camera and tripod. "Let's go set up in the living room!" He prodded the men along, moving them out of the foyer.

Paco and Tommy moved to the right of the shot, Tommy's shirt was still hiked up so that Paco could rub the expectant orb. Jake waddled into place while Grant set up the tripod. After a few minutes, Grant moved behind Jake and copied his new guests' gestures.

"Grant..." Jake said with a tinge of annoyance.

"Oh, come on." Grant said, tugging at the cloth that barely contained his boyfriend's own massive belly. "It's a cute shot." His hands ghosted over the strained skin, settling for a moment as the timer clicked down. "Say cheese!"

The whole room responded in kind and a flash filled the air.

"One more with the bellies touching!" Paco said aloud, still amused that the two siblings were in the exact same situation.

"Uh..." Jake began to protest.

"LET'S DO IT!" Tommy and Grant interrupted.

Jake sighed and gave in, allowing Grant to guide his bump and park it skin-to-skin with his brother's. As the two bellies lightly collided, they caused a loud commotion in both wombs. The two orbs jumped and wiggled at the contact and both distorted constantly while they were in close proximity to each other. Grant quickly set the timer again, and returned to his post. The camera flashed again, and he quickly picked it up to look through the viewfinder.

"Oh, it's so cute!" Grant squealed.

"Gimme! Let me see!" Paco matched his enthusiasm. "Oh, so cute! They're having a party in there!"

Tommy's eyes lit up and he grabbed the camera next, grinning ear to ear at the preview.

The camera finally came to Jake and he rolled his eyes to see both bellies obviously stretched and distorted in the picture. It was not his best look.

"Well..." said Grant, knowing how eager Tommy and Jake had been earlier. "Let's eat!
Chapter 12

Sunday had rolled around and neither set of babies felt like being on time. Jake was lying in the living room flipping through magazines while Grant busied himself in the kitchen with another breakfast feast for the foursome. The babies were relentless this morning, bouncing around in their womb as if Jake were a bouncy castle. Jake groaned and drew a hand down to his pregnancy so that he could coax at least 15 minutes of peace while he read up on the upcoming season's fashions. The playful trio in his belly petered down to a soft tapping. Jake figured it was the best that he was going to get and resumed his reading.

Ten minutes later, a loud yell boomed down the hall. Grant darted out of the kitchen, Jake struggled to move his feet onto the floor and maneuver into an upright position. Both of their eyes met.

"Was that...?"
"Is Tommy in...?"

At that exact moment, Tommy came waddling out shirtless with Paco steering him from behind.

"ARE YOU..." Jake started, but was quickly interrupted by Tommy.

"No, no, no. But look! I dropped!" Tommy said cheerfully, pointing down to his enormous and now tear-shaped belly. It was quite evident that the babies had finally moved into position, as it appeared that both were hanging down headfirst into the bottom curve of Tommy's belly. His already stretch mark-ridden melon looked even more tormented as the heads tested the elasticity of his skin. It was like watching a plastic grocery bag in the last 30 seconds before it burst apart, covering the ground in milk and eggs.

Paco reached a hand down to cradle the child-filled belly, planting another kiss on Tommy's neck as he did so. "You're so close, baby."

Tommy blushed radioactively. "Can you help me to the other couch, Paco? I'm still not used to walking with this."

"You got it." Paco planted another lustful kiss on Tommy's neck and guided his hampered, waddling form to the cushy comfort of furniture. With a bit of difficulty, he finally managed to maneuver his heavily-pregnant boyfriend down into a relaxed position. Paco gave the prominent outtie a soft pinch and then ventured into the kitchen to assist Grant. As expected, they got along just as splendidly as Grant did with Tommy.

After observing the ballet, Jake continued to sit up for only a few minutes before his swollen feet demanded that he return to his relaxed position. Perching the magazine up on his towering bump, he continued to read while he listened to Tommy fumble with the remote.

"You scared?" Jake finally asked, collapsing the glossy print down onto the crown of his belly.

"Nah, I can handle anything." Tommy said nonchalantly.

"So you are." Jake smirked.

"S-shut up." Tommy almost threw the remote at Jake but decided against it. "It can't be that painful."

Jake chuckled. Tommy obviously didn't have the benefit of watching labor and birth videos in a lamaze class setting. Nor did he have the benefit of a rigid birth preparation plan. Jake was quite happy that he and Grant had been practicing stretches. Tommy probably only practiced the art of stuffing as many Cheetos in his mouth at one time. Hopefully it won't be too hard on the guy.
Chapter 13 (A nice smutty one)

Paco idly brushed his teeth in the bathroom, sans toothpaste. His eyes darted around and he used the mirror to obsessively check the hallway. This lasted for a good 3 minutes before lights at the other end of the house shut off and Grant guided Jake's deliciously heavy form down the gauntlet of cherrywood consoles, mounted candle holders, and various other obstructive decorations. Paco tried his best to deflect his eyes as Jake carefully maneuvered his planet around the Pottery Barn obstacle course. Dirty thoughts raced in his mind regarding Jake, and Tommy of course. Thoughts of bedding the both of them, possibly at the same time. Grant could get in on that too. He shook his head and went back to his farcical brushing, waiting until they arrived at the end of the hall and closed the master bedroom door shut.

Now he could move. He quickly rinsed his toothbrush and turned off the light, slinking towards the guest bedroom that housed his expectant boyfriend. He opened the door and slipped in, snaking into bed behind Tommy. He slid a hand over the bulging mound as he assumed the role of "big spoon".

"Mmm...Paco..." Tommy said, from somewhere in that realm between consciousness and slumber.

"Yeah, sweetie. That's me." Paco said, planting a soft kiss on the nape of Tommy's neck.

"Mmmmmmmm." Tommy mumbled, breathing heavily with satisfaction.

Paco circled the enormous mound with his open palms, as if waxing a car. "Such a pretty boy." He continued nipping at Tommy's neck. After 30 seconds, he began feeling his children stirring within their confines, bubbling against the surface like boiling water.

"Mrrrrrrrr..." Tommy began stirring from his lofty platform in the dreamworld, roused to an awakened state after his belly began its raucous drumming session. "You woke them up."

"Sorry boo." Paco said, nibbling at Tommy's scruffy jawline. "I just can't get enough of you right now. I really want you to be carrying my children."

"Well, I am..." Tommy said, not quite lucid yet.

"I know." Paco continued teasing Tommy's neckline, adorning it with kisses, licks, and nibbles. "I mean again. In the future. When we feel that this is right."

Tommy let loose a subtle grin. He had slowly drifted towards this attachment with the babies that shared his body cavity. He hadn't quite embraced it enough for discussion, but he had slowly advanced towards a sense of regret towards the idea of shirking these babies into the arms of the government. They were created as the result of a blissful love that he had never experienced before, the shock of that epiphany was something that he wasn't able to handle. Perhaps he had rushed towards his decision prematurely. But then there's the financial situation. Oh, how it vexed him. They couldn't take care of two children with their professions.

~Squirt~

Tommy heard a sound from the other side of the bed, but remained lost in thought. He wasn't even too sure if his job was stable. He was one of the worst mechanics on staff, he just coasted by on this sort of juvenile charisma.

Tommy's thunderstorm of anxieties were quieted by the sudden sensation of something prodding his now-pronounced ass. Paco lightly pressed his two fingers in-between the pillow-y cheeks and pried them apart. The healthy girth of Paco's penis further spread Tommy's cushy ass, and with one slick motion, the lubricated penis entered into his looser hole.

Paco's pace quickened in a heartbeat, he grabbed Tommy's leg and spread it into the air to give him ease-of-access. Once the channel was clear, he began to bottom out with each thrust. Tommy started to cry out, but Paco quickly stifled his cries with his hand.

"Shh, shh...Not too loud." Paco whispered. Tommy nodded and began to move with the rocking motion. Paco's pace quickened, and his hand began moving along Tommy's swollen body. He pinched and poked and rubbed. Grasped at swollen nipples as they dribbled with nourishment. His lips and tongue were busy at work on Tommy's neck and shoulders.

Tommy moaned through clenched teeth with a hitching breath as he squirted onto the bed, his battered prostate throbbing from his center. Paco took this cue to redouble his efforts and release. With a renewed vigor, his slowly-laxing rhythm picked back up to a rapid hammering and he tensed before releasing a tidal wave in Tommy's hole.

Paco kissed appreciatively along Tommy's neck one more time and they flitted softly as a docile rapture coated their still bodies. Only the contents of Tommy's bump stirred, prodding at the slight weight of their father's protective hand as it rested on their globe.
Chapter 14

Wednesday hit Tommy and Jake like a brick. The impact of their pregnancies was fully realized when they woke up this morning: the heavy orbs of fluid, skin, tissue, and embryos pinned them down in their respective beds. Grant and Paco were immediately summoned out of their sleep to help their beaux out of their beds and into the restrooms that corresponded to their bedrooms.

Tommy groaned and stretched his back while he stood aiming over the toilet, one hand grasping his over-stretched mound from underneath. The babies had hardly budged in days, something that perplexed everyone in the house. Surely after dropping on Sunday, they'd be eager to get out. Alas, they were content to lie head-down as long as possible. The children wiggled in their home, struggling against the oppressive womb that cramped their limbs. Tommy watched his skin move against the bodies, the skin pulled tightly enough to make out individual features.

"You done yet?" Paco called out, amazed that Tommy was still urinating after 2 minutes.

"Almost." Tommy grumbled, his stream slowly losing force.

In the master bathroom, Jake struggled to pull his barely-elastic, striped boxer-briefs up over his nether region. He had difficulty putting the things on last night, and things seemed infinitely worse this morning. His hips obviously had spread even more to accommodate his impending delivery. Much like Tommy, he was on the cusp of labor. Now 4 days overdue, he was eagerly awaiting the end of his "adventure". His belly had dropped yesterday, but if he was anything like Tommy, that didn't mean much. Much to Jake's disdain, his belly dropping meant that a few stretch marks had cropped up that couldn't have possibly been staved off with cocoa butter. His battle against the marks was all for naught.

Jake waddled into the main room of his bathroom where Grant had already drawn a bath, a task that had earned him at least 50 points with his extremely tired and pregnant boyfriend. Jake's only annoyance was that he had gone through all the trouble of putting on his airtight underwear, which was just as troublesome to peel off.

With Grant's assistance, Jake was lowered into the warm bath water. He rested in the water, the crown of his magnificent belly peeking out of the water like a blue whale in the North Atlantic. After a good minute of relaxation, he began the arduous task of lathering up and cleaning the seemingly-infinite surface area of his pregnant body.

In the guest bathroom, Paco and Tommy were busy sharing a shower. It was a bit awkward for the two of them to fit into such a small space for such a massive belly, but they tried to make it work. Paco, as randy as ever, was busy coating the back of Tommy's neck and shoulders with a barrage of kisses and licks, his erection pressing against the deepened trench of Tommy's ass crack. Tommy played along for a while, but he couldn't fathom the idea of actually having decent shower sex with his size, so he instead continued cleaning himself. After a while, Paco got the hint and took up a loofah so he could work Tommy's backside.

In the master bathroom, Jake absorbed another five minutes of bliss. The aroma of his bath oils would have almost put him to sleep if he didn't feel a strange tightness in his back. Grant walked into the bathroom with a towel and Jake took it as his cue to avoid being a prune. Grant patted Jake dry, making sure to get underneath his belly (an area that he sometimes forgot to dry) and they moved into the bedroom to try that increasingly-difficult ritual of getting Jake dressed.

In the guest bedroom, Paco and Tommy threw their damp towels haphazardly in the corner and begin rifling through a pile of laundry to find something suitable to wear. Paco picked out a clean paternity shirt and helped Tommy slide it down his torso, taking a quick opportunity to give the twins a few pecks. He placed his hands on either side of the bulge for emphasis and drew the hemline of the shirt down, smiling as it barely fit over Tommy's belly and left his cute outie visible for the world to see.

The kitchen was suddenly filled by two pairs of individuals: one pair hopping around to prepare breakfast, the other hungrily scratching their distended abdomens.

Then came the sound.

Splash.

"Uh, guys..." Tommy said before screwing up his face in pain.

"Dios mio, it's time!" Paco said, his face lighting up.

Splash.

"Oh crap." Jake managed to get out.

Grant smiled. "I saw this one coming." He then immediately jogged to his room to grab the pre-packed bags.
Chapter 15 (It's a bit short, I'll come up with something longer in the near future)

"Hey bro?" Tommy's quivering voice could be heard over the partition.

Jake's brow was still furrowing from his current contraction, his enormous belly clenching under his hospital gown. He waited another 30 seconds until the contraction died down before answering.

"Yeah Tommy?" Jake answered, his voice just as shaky.

Tommy grunted a bit from behind the green curtain. This would be along relay. After a good minute, Tommy relaxed his strained breathing and responded.

"How far apart are yours?" He asked, still panting.

"Four minutes." Jake responded, rubbing his belly through the fabric of his gown. The babies danced in protest to the convulsions of his womb, agitating the poor man. "And yours?"

"Three." Tommy responded. "What's up with this curtain, it's silly."

Before Jake could protest, Tommy reached at the linen and drew it back. Tommy looked a sweaty mess, his gown already near-transparent from the steady stream of perspiration. Surely Jake looked worse, but he couldn't help but feel critical of his brother looking so disheveled.

The door opened and both Paco and Grant waltzed in, arms full of vending machine goodies.

"Ooh, I want some peanuts!" Tommy chirped loudly, grasping at one of the plastic packages tucked in Paco's arms. His sweaty, heavy belly anchored him down.

"No can do, sweetie. You can't eat anything right now, the doctor said so." Paco recoiled and laid the snacks down on a distant table.

Tommy looked agitated and crossed his arms in a huff.

"Oof!" Jake cried out, his belly convulsing and shrinking into a boulder-like state. "Three minutes." He said between labored breaths. Grant immediately jumped to his side.

"When's the last time you were checked for dilation?" Grant inquired, rubbing Jake's arm.

"45 minutes ago." Tommy answered for his agonized brother. "Busy night tonight, apparently."

"Paco, go grab a doctor or a nurse. He's getting closer and closer." Grant commanded, becoming suddenly protective.

Paco bounded out of the room, no longer obscuring Tommy's line of sight of the food. Tommy sighed loudly, before clenching his own belly.

"Yeah, these two have got to be ready soon." Grant said under his breath.
