This is my first expansion that doesn't involve some dirtiness or demonic magic. Opinions would be greatly appreciated. Be as brutely honest as you want.
Adam sighed as he sat in the attorney’s office with the rest of his family and next of kin. His great uncle Isaac had passed and the estate had to be divided. Since he had no children or grand children of his own he had divided it equally between his nephews. He tapped the arm of the chair idly as his cousin was told his share.
“Mr. Newman? Did you hear me?” the attorney asked again finally getting Adam’s attention.
“Huh?” he asked intelligently. He saw the attorney roll his eyes and the dirty looks his cousins were giving him.
“Please pay attention we’re nearly finished. You uncle has bequeathed to you his house and land. All 7 acres and 6,000 square feet.” The attorney turned scrolled down the page. “As well as several large furniture items dating back to the early part of the 1900s with the request that you do not sell any of it for any reason.”
“You know he’s going to sell it anyway,” Fred said. “And that’s worth more than these worthless stocks.”
“Hey,” Bobby Lee spoke up. “Those are Google and AT&T shares. Don’t be complaining. All I got was a couple of cars and some worthless pebbles. Who knew he was such a junk collector?”
The attorney rolled his eyes and sighed. “I can assure you all have been inspected and priced at the same. Your uncle might’ve been…eccentric but he was smart.”
“Crazy is more like it,” Bobby Lee muttered.
The attorney continued on. “It says you each get a quarter of a million in cash to spend as you see fit. That is all. Mr. Newman? Could you stay a moment? Misters Cash and Freeman, you may leave.”
Adam watched as his cousins got up with a smile now that they knew they were getting cold cash as well. They signed what they needed to and left. The ticking of the clock grew loud as he waited for the attorney to say something. He grew frustrated. “Well what is it?”
“You’re uncle wanted me to give you this,” he said handing a bottle half full of pills to Adam as well as the keys to the house. There was nothing written to say what it was and he looked a question at the attorney. “I don’t know what it is but this came rubber banded to it. Damn thing broke it was so old.”
Adam took the note and the new rubber band before getting up. He didn’t bother to look at the note. Just pocketed the items and sighed. He was just grateful he wouldn’t be living out of his car anymore.
A week later, Adam had settled into the old house. It smelt musty and still had that old person’s smell of moth balls and hard candies. “Jeez. This place is huge,” he whistled. The 7 acres gave him privacy from his neighbors and the house just seemed…lonely. He still wasn’t used to it. There were parts of the house he still had to clean and parts he had never seen before. It was like every door led somewhere different. He had found a grand bedroom that looked like it could’ve sustained a world and a half. It had a fridge and several appliances. He could only guess that it was his uncle’s old room.
He sighed and rolled up his sleeves. This house isn’t going to clean itself, he thought. He had finished the east wing yesterday now was the west. He took the bucket of cleaning supplies up to the first door. He opened it and stepped in mildly confused. It was a nursery. The ancient crib against the wall with a mobile that looked like it was on its last rung. The teddy bears and dolls were caked with dust and a lonely rocking chair sat in the corner looking out the filthy window. The old man was reeeaally crazy. What the heck would he want with a nursery?
By the end of the night he was tired and had nearly finished the wing with four more doors left. It really confused him as he sat down for his micro waved dinner. Almost all the rooms up there were nurseries with a couple of exceptions. He sighed. He didn’t get it. His uncle usually found women repulsive. He knew because his last girlfriend had the privilege to meet him at the last family reunion. Most of the women folk had avoided the shriveled old man with the glaring eyes but his sweet Mary decided to try and talk to him. All it earned her was spit in the eye and a thrashing around the shins with his cane. And then she left, he thought bitterly. It wasn’t his fault. He had warned her and she didn’t listen. He looked at his reflection in one of the many reflective surfaces in the room.
He wasn’t in military grade shape but he was still toned. Being only twenty-four he was looking forward to a life with a gal or two and a good job. His dark eyes frowned. Yeah right. Can’t even pass college and the economy is so ****ed I can’t get a job. He finished his food with a sigh and put the plate in the sink. He’d rinse it later. He turned and nearly jumped out of his skin. “God damn mirrors,” he said taking down the one by the door.
He was still amazed by the amount of aluminum and mirrors he had found throughout the house. Apparently his uncle had put them up in an attempt to quell loneliness. He trudged his way up the stairs. It wasn’t even 9 and he was exhausted. Now he regretted not buying some ibuprofen or acetametaphin when he was in town. When he got to the room he flopped onto the bed without bothering to undress. He laid there thinking a minute and just marveling the feeling of staying off his feet and legs. He turned his head to the side and frowned. He reached for the bottle of pills he had gotten from his uncle. The note lay beside it.
Adam,
I have spent a life time creating this pill and it works wonders for your body. With this pill you won’t be lonely for long. I know the old house is a bit roomy and creaks oddly but she is safe. You give this to anyone else and I’ll wring your neck myself. Just take one with water.

Adam was curious. He got up with a groan and opened the bottle. Looking in, he saw the little white pills. They looked like they could’ve been something for aches. His uncle was old and couldn’t think what else a 98 year old would create for the creaks and cracks of old bones. He shook two out and placed them on the night stand before going to get a glass of water from the bathroom. He sat on the bed, placed the two pills in his mouth, and swallowed. He made a face at the after taste. He finished the water and reached his arm towards the nightstand.
The cup fell to the floor as he doubled over in pain. His stomach was tingling and gurgling angrily, his arms wrapped around himself as he groaned in pain. He lay on his side trying not to move as he moaned and groaned. It felt like someone was twisting a knife in his gut and trying to wrench out his intestines. He writhed against the pain. What the hell? I thought it was supposed to do wonders not cause pain, he thought. A new pain brought him from the thought. Looking down he noticed something pushing out against his pants. It hurt but he didn’t understand why. He hunched in again and found his arms were still around him but it looked like he had a volley ball under his shirt.
The shirt begins to tear and the pants lost a button. The zipper came down and the pain relented now that the pants weren’t restricting whatever it was. He lifted his shirt as the pain increased. Looking down he saw it was his stomach. It gurgled angrily as it got bigger still. He tried to push it back to no avail. The pain began to lessen as his stomach slowed its growth.
He sat up slowly. He tried to stand and found it difficult. He watched in horror as something rose beneath his skin and shifted. “Oh God. What the hell was that?” he asked going to the bathroom. Looking at the mirror he saw his stomach was huge, his navel stretched thin. He watched as something moved again under his skin and moaned slightly as his stomach seemed to shift lower. It was heavy and looked…. “It’s impossible,” he whispered as he felt different pain and water leaking down his legs. He doubled over again and panted hard. He felt something shift in him close to his hips. “No. No. No. This is a dream. OH ****!” he fell to his knees as something moved lower still. He was panting now as he still denied what was happening to him. He groaned and felt something pressing against his hole. His body bore down as he pushed against whatever it was. He panted as he felt like he was taking the biggest **** of his life.
“OH ****!” He felt something leave his body and squirm against his foot. He turned and looked down at the bloodied infant still attached to him. He was about to say something when pain gripped him again. “WHAT THE HELL WERE THOSE-AUUUUUUUUUUUGH!!!” he pushed again and another child fell from him. Panting he heard their squawkings. He moved as far from them as possible, dragging them until the after birth fell out of him. He curled against the tub and just stared at the two little infants that had come out of him.

Is it wrong that you are carrying a new life instead of me?
