A/N--- heres another F/Mpreg story… It was an idea that I had today…I hope you all like it.

Warnings—some cursing, some mature content (maybe- not really sure yet)  and not actually sure this warranted a warning but just in case, it deals with the subject of a serious illness- leukemia.. now while I don’t know a lot about the illness any details I may need I’ll research.  Don’t worry it isn’t a sad story. I don’t do sad very well, I’m more into supernatural, or cute fluffy mushiness lol. Here is a short chapter I hope you all like, please r/r to let me know what ya think. Chapter 1

Alice Cadence was twenty-four and had been married to her fanatical husband Rory for three years. They had started dating in college and that same year Alice had been diagnosed with leukemia. Rory stayed by her side and did everything in his power to make her smile. On days when she was feeling down and miserable, he would, dress up in crazy costumes and do crazy dances. He had once dressed up as a tutu-wearing gorilla and he had danced the Macarena.

He had ask Alice to marry him a year later. She’d been in remission for the last two years and things had been wonderful. They decided it was time to start a family, but the doctor advised against Alice carrying a baby.

“I can do it! ”, Rory exclaimed one day as he walked in the front door after work, still dressed in one of the weird outfits that he was required to wear, this time it was a butlers uniform. “You can do what exactly”? Alice ask walking out of the kitchen rubbing a plate with a towel.

“Have our baby! I got off work early today and went to the doctor, he said I was perfectly capable of conceiving and carrying a baby, all we have to do is switch positions”, Rory was practically bouncing and Alice briefly wondered if had stopped by the candy store on his way home as well.  

“That’s, uh… that’s wonderful news honey”, she said halfheartedly as she turned her gaze down to the plate in her hands to hide the tears welling up in her blue eyes.  Rory had caught sight them anyway and he frowned distressed. “Oh pumpkin… I didn’t mean… I thought you would… Oh, please sweetheart don’t cry.  I didn’t mean to make you sad”, he took the plate and towel away and hugged her close to his chest, combing his fingers through her short blonde hair as she buried her face in his chest.  “I really thought you would be surprised and happy.”

Alice pulled away and sank onto the couch. “It isn’t your fault Rory, I just…”, her voice cracked and she took a breath to calm herself, Rory’s hand her back was a welcome comfort, she turned and looked into his warm green eyes, and reached a hand to brush at the jagged black hair that framed his handsome face.

“Why are the ends of your hair green”? “Nice try sweetheart… now tell me what’s wrong”, Rory persisted. “It’s just that… I don’t want you to think of me as less of a woman because I’m unable to conceive our children”, she admitted.

Rory laughed as he took her chin in his hand and lifted her head. “You my lovely wife are more then just a woman to me”, he spoke honestly, his eyes locked with hers.  “You are my best friend, my confidant, my lover.  You have overcome a disease that would make most give up in defeat”, he gave a little laugh as he continued.  “You put up with me and my crazy job, my oddball antics.  Alice. How could you ever be less of a woman to me when you are already so much more? I don’t look at your being unable to conceive our children as a failure, I see it as a chance for me to be able to show you just how much you mean to me.  Alice I want to carry our child for you, but only if you give me your blessing”.

Alice gave a chocked laugh even as she nodded, “I couldn’t want anything more then that”, she kissed him, pulled away to look into his green eyes, “But are you sure it’s what you want?”

Rory stood quickly and pulled her after him, “Did you not hear the excitement in my voice when I told you I could. I want this as much you do”, he swung her around in a playful circle. “I may get as big as a blimp, I may eat weird foods, I may have to pee at all hours of the night, and I may burst into tears at even the vaguest of things”, he declared amused, “But it’ll be an adventure and it’s an adventure that I want”.

Alice felt an excitement that she hadn’t felt in a long while, “we’re really going to try for a baby”, she said and Rory nodded quickly. “Yes we are, and you know making the baby is going to be really fun.”, he said as he waggled his eye brows up and down. Alice just laughed, “Did you eat a bag of candy before you got home”?

Rory gave a guilty grin then sighed happily, “  chocolate coins filled with caramel- mmmmmmm,- which reminds me…I am so going trick or treating on Halloween”. Alice giggled at him and tugged on his hand. “Stop thinking about candy Rory, we have a baby to make”, she whispered seductively and Rory moaned blissfully. “Mmm that sounds really good”, he said as Alice pulled him up the stairs. “What a great day I got to have candy for dinner and I get to have sex for dessert”.
